Harry and the team offered a fantastic and professional service. From initial visit, quote then installation I was very impressed. Work was carried out on time and the team were great. Communication was brilliant and always able to answer any queries I had promptly. I would highly recommend them...Quality service!

We have just had a new boiler fitted by Dave and Luke from HP Plumbing excellent workmanship from start to finish must also mention Harry who was very helpful. Would recommend them 100% excellent firm to deal with.

So pleased to have found this company. Boiler was leaking and Daniel arrived the day after. What a consummate professional. Polite and explained the issue in terms I could understand. Showed me the parts that he was replacing which were clearly worn out. New parts ordered and fitted the day after. Good price for all work. I will now be using this company whenever I require such services.

I called as my boiler had stopped working. Not heat or hot water which for a family of 5 (3young kids) is less than ideal. They were very clear about call out charges but suggested I try a few things myself 1st as it was most likely related to cold pipes. The advise given meant I could fix the issue myself and no cost was incurred. I have to say 2 other companies I called just wanted to send someone - so glad I called about and managed to speak to Harry.

The team from HP Plumbing and Heating were all courteous and cheerful and helpful. They arrived exactly when they were expected. The roof structure presented them with one or two problems but these were handled efficiently and without fuss. They tidied the place up before they left. The electrician who had been subcontracted to install the thermostat also arrived when expected and also completed the work both courteously and efficiently. A small leak developed where the condensing pipe had been connected to the kitchen sink waste pipe. This was resolved without any fuss. One of the HP team arrived, identified the cause of the leak and put it right within a matter of minutes. The boiler works well and I'd certainly call in HP Plumbing again. I highly recommend them.

Just had the annual boiler service which was efficient as usual and very polite engineer. Boiler installed by HP Plumbing and Heating a few years ago - excellent installation with clear information for me. Definitely recommend this firm.

We had H P Plumbing, replace and relocate our gas boiler and replace all the pipework and radiators. This was a big job, but the team from H P Plumbing completed it in 2 days, on 2 of the coldest days of the winter so far. They arrived on time, were professional but friendly and happy to answer any questions. They even replaced our outside leaking tap for us. Communication was excellent, the quote was quick to come through and the final price was exactly what was quoted. We even received a phone call on the evening when they had finished to check all was okay, that it was I call caring about your customers. As a result H P Plumbing will now get our custom each year to service the boiler. Highly recommend this fabulous firm.

Just had Danny from HP do two gas safety certs for my rental properties and I can say he did an excellent job. Very thorough! Even pulled out a built in oven to check behind to see the connection to the gas job. He took his shoes off in carpeted areas of the property too. He arrived early got the job done really efficiently and he didn’t mind talking to me too while he did it all. The gas safety certs arrived by email minutes after each property was done. What more can you want. Price was bang on too.

Rang up Friday they came out Saturday to assess, ordered parts and came back Sunday to fit them. There was a complication as pump needed but was all completed on the day and heating/hot water back on! Daniel was friendly, efficient and tidy. Will be using again for annual service.

The whole job was exceptional, from the point of asking for a quote all the way until the point of aftercare. The work itself was carried out incredibly efficiently and neatly, the area was left as if the plumbers hadn't been there, and all staff went above and beyond in terms of their professionalism and courtesy. We wish we'd found this company years ago, and can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much.

We can't recommend Harry and his team highly enough. They have done numerous jobs for us... New boiler, radiator changes and hopefully a new bathroom soon... Harry and his team are extremely polite and keep you updated on the job. Go with these guys it's a no brainer!!!

Thanks to HArry and the team - for fitting our new boiler and sorting the elderly radiators, and for following up on a couple of complications and a new job super promptly. Everyone did a great job, turned up on time, communication was great.

Had all the old radiators in the house replaced and the whole system cleaned. From the first contact with Harry, to completion, everything went smoothly. The fitters, Daniel, Luke and Dave, turned up on time and were polite, friendly and professional. Although our old radiators were full of black sludge, no mess was made. The team were very knowledgeable and kept me informed about what they were doing. The customer service from Harry is exceptional, from ringing to make sure all was going ok and we were happy with everything, to on-going support and advice on how to keep the system in good working order. We have small microbore pipes and have had ongoing issues with our heating - I only wish I’d found Harry sooner. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Harry and his team again and would definitely recommend to others.

Harry and his team fitted our new boiler on 2nd August. Value for money and a thoroughly, professional service from start to finish! Highlights from me include: 1. Quick, professional and considerate response by Harry to our initial enquiry, having been without hot water for a few days 2. Thorough and clean job done by Dave throughout the day during the boiler fit and I couldn't leave this review without mentioning that Harry and Dave went above and beyond later that evening when I thought I could smell gas. Immediate call back from Harry to assess the situation and Dave cut short his fishing trip with his boys to come over and fully check the system for leaks at 9pm! (there was no leak - just my over sensitive nose to a new boiler fit). Thank you so much guys :-) 3. Thanks to Oli for his fast response to sorting out an old electrical issue so that the boiler fit went smoothly and to Harry for a very neat bricklaying job and for doing your best to avoid covering my Husband's classic MG with brick dust - very thoughtful.

We have just had a new combi boiler & thermostat installed by Harry and the team, and must say the work has been completed to a very high standard. Harry kept the appointments from visiting to give a quote, and for starting the works. Always happy to answer any questions we had before commencing. Old house needed a completely new central heating system. Harry responded to my enquiry, called when he said he would and produced an itemised quotation very speedily. The lads arrived promptly on the specified day and worked to remove old boiler, pipework and radiators. Harry checked in all was as requested. New system installed and working in 3 days. Impressed with the neat and tidy result all credit to Dave and Luke. Overall the service from Harry and the lads was excellent.

Harry and his team replaced an existing boiler with a new ideal boiler in our new home. As ever the service from start to finish was excellent. His lads were on time, polite and left the site spotless after finishing the job. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently had a new combi boiler installed by Harry and the guys. From start to finish they have all been brilliant, with the work being done only a few days after we received the quote. The guys were all friendly and professional, and were able to finish the job within the day to ensure that the system worked for us before the bank holiday weekend. From start to finish the process was all stress free, we will definitely use them again in the future for any work that we may need. We would high recommend them for anyone who requires any plumbing or heating work to be done.

Wanted to update to a combi boiler so gave Harry a call and got a quote really quickly which was half the amount British Gas had quoted. Booked him to do the job and was pleased to learn we wouldn't have to wait long. The lads arrived on time and successfully tackled a couple of issues that came up due to the previous system being so old. Would 100% recommend.

British Gas have seen to my central heating needs for many years so I thought using anyone but BG when it came to replacing my boiler might be risky. I needn't have worried. From discussing options, through pricing and a fuss-free installation I got super service from Harry and his team. I will definitely be using again and I will be recommending to friends and family.
