Turned up right on time, very polite and the engineer was happy to explain things as he worked. This was for the annual service of my boiler. Radiators were checked and so was the boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The price was as expected. I cannot fault the service provided.

Igor is up there with the nicest tradesmen I have ever met. Not only was he very punctual, but he was incredibly friendly and professional. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was able to articulate the problem really well, and show me exactly what needed doing. There were no hidden fees, and he left the place very clean, which you can't say very often about other trades people. If you need a plumber in London look no further!

We emailed Igor with some pictures of a difficult tap that needed replacing and a broken radiator valve, he was able to diagnose the problems from the pictures and advised us on what sort of tap to get, and once it had arrived he came round within a couple of days to fit it. Really helpful and friendly, no surprises at all: he estimated 90 minutes of work (apologetic he couldn't do it in one) and that's exactly what it took, including the time to saw through the wood at the back of the fitting that was making replacing the tap impossible. An absolute pleasure to work with, super reliable and trustworthy, highly recommended.
