Igor came to work on our gas heating system. He replaced two thermostatic controllers and reviewed the pressure in our expansion vessel. I appreciated that he was very willing to explain his findings to me (specialist trades often talk down to customers). That was very useful, as he diagnosed the cause of the lack of heat in two radiators and I felt confident to give the go-ahead for additional work at additional cost. I get the impression that Igor really likes his work and that he's interested in finding solutions. Igor's invoice was itemised and clear. I can't say how competitive it was but it felt fair for the work done. He's very efficient, carries a number of parts with him and was very prompt picking up the one part he didn't have. I also like his confirmation emails and text message updates on arrival times. I will ask Igor back without hesitation.

Carried out an annual service on my gas boiler Cold water tank flow valve replaced Filler tank flow valve washer replaced Cleaning and adjusting WC flow valve washer Had all replacement parts in van, so no extra time collecting parts for the job. Kept me well informed of arrival date and time. Responded to messages in a timely manner, via email and text. The job came in below the quote Will be using Igor in the future and recommending him to all my neighbours. A first class service

We had a major problem of a leak from a pressurised pipe - we needed the water back on that night. Igor came within 2 hours of my call - fitted new hosing and an expansion vessel and sorted the problem out. Really impressed with this level of service.

Blocked soil pipe

A roofer had put silicon in the join of a soil pipe and the toilet blocked within a couple of days. I called Hydro and they came to the house to see the problem on 17 December. He listened to what had happened, tried to unblock the toilet which didn't work, suggested a way to fix the soil pipe blockage and gave me a quote. I agreed to the quote and he fixed the blockage pipe on the Monday. He was fast, efficient and tidy. I would definitely use him again.
