The company was used to replace my Samsung QLED screen under warranty. They texted to say the part had been ordered, phoned when it arrived and arranged an appointment for the next day! Antonio phoned 40 mins before arrival and was very friendly, hard-working and quick! The replacement was done in no time, with zero mess! Very, very impressed. Thank you.

Soundbar was picked up a month ago, I quizzed the engineer when he collected it about my concern of no contact reviews and he said the phones work fine it's just they get busy and it's better to e-mail, you'll get a response straight away. I e-mailed a couple of weeks ago and there was an immediate response to say the part had been delivered a few days earlier and just needed to be fitted. I chased up a few days ago and nothing. I have phoned 20+ times and always get the recorded message and cut off. If you have an official Samsung repair and they say they are using this company simply say no. Whether they do a good job or not is irrelevant if they've got an expensive item of yours and they are impossible to contact and do not communicate. Currently escalating with Samsung.

Tv faulty purchased through John Lewis, ICTV was there repairer for West Sussex and Hampshire came the next day earlier than originally booked ,man that came very scruffy looking in trainers, shorts ,tracksuit top no identification shown no name of company on van, no face mask, told me to switch on tv which I did he said screen needs replacing Sony don’t do that you Will get a replacement tv, I asked about the loan tv that John Lewis said I would get, he said ring the office and left, in the flat for less than thirty seconds ,called ICTV they said they have not got loan TVs I asked about the replacement tv by calling them again the next day they said John Lewis would replace it then changed there mind saying Sony would and they would arrange it, and leave it with them 3 further days passed called ICTV again and heard nothing they said they needed my proof of purchase which I sent them they had not ordered replacement tv contacted then again 3 days later as I heard nothing from them they said Sony rejected the replacement as my proof of receipt did not have store name on it John Lewis online receipts only show item and date purchase so contacted John Lewis several times to get this ,got the information and sent direct to Sony customer services who had no previous request from ICTV for replacement tv under warranty Sony now dealing with I have been without a tv for 9 days due to ICTV very poor service and lack of any kind of follow up from them I would rate them extremely poor

Customer service was second to none, engineer came to my house as my Samsung TV had no power {very Polite} and had to take the set away. After a couple of days had a phone call to let me know what the problems was and how much it would be to repair it. {the lady was very polite and it was agreed to fix the TV. A few day later had a phone call to say the TV was ready and could deliver it back the following day. I have had probably the best experience that people only dream of trying to have a TV repaired. Would recommend these guys to anyone

The screen on our 40 inch Panasonic TV was damaged and needed to be replaced. An initial telephone call to ICTV and subsequent emails resulted in an (accurate) estimate and a time- frame for the repair. Subsequently a firm quotation was provided and a date within 10 days was agreed for the repair to be carried out. The process was handled by Hannah who could not have been more helpful or efficient. The repair was carried out on time and efficiently by a professional and friendly engineer. We are very grateful for the way in which this problem was handled by ICTV.
