I contacted Ian and Marc when our System Boiler was deemed unrepairable the day before we went on holiday. They talked me through our options and were ready to start work the day we came home from holiday. Minimal disturbance when carrying out the work (I was on nightshift and slept through the work). Very clean and tidy, old boiler and hot water tank removed with no trace of dust left behind. Excellent customer service including follow up to ensure we were satisfied with operation and control of our new Combi Boiler before our invoice was sent out. Highly recommend this company.

We recently replaced our twenty year old Worcester Bosch System boiler with a more modern and efficient version. Riddex Gas Services was recommended by Worcester Bosch (and work by their recommended engineers carries an extra guarantee length). It became clear that the Riddex and Worcester organisations have a good working relationship. The replacement work included flushing out the whole heating system before commissioning the new boiler. This was done with only one radiator at a time on line to ensure complete cleanliness. Their work was done competently and efficiently, over three days, in a courteous and friendly manner and we were kept informed of progress at all times. We are completely satisfied with their work (I am a retired engineer).

From the start we were impressed, we had contacted a number of companies to get a quote and left messages with them all Ian & Mark Riddex were the only ones who got back to us despite Ian being abroad on holiday at the time. Marc gave us a quote for the work and took time to explain the varying options. The replacement boiler was fitted on the arranged date and the work was completed within the projected time given, at all times they were professional and we always had confidence in the work being done. We are very satisfied with the whole process and the explanation of how the programming of the boiler worked. Would have no hesitation in using Ian & Marc again in the future

Recently used Riddex Gas Services to replace our freestanding boiler with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler.From first speaking to both Ian and Marc knew that they were who we would employ.they visited us several times to answer any questions we had and explained everything involved in the conversion.They kept to the installation date and along with their apprentice carried out the work slightly quicker than anticipated.Hoovered,tidied up at end of each day.on completion the workings were explained . If required for any other work I would definetely trust them and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

We had 2 estimates for the job. The opposition failed to mention that the boiler they quoted for would require additional, larger diameter gas pipework, underfloor, at additional cost. Could have been a nightmare. Ian and Marc Riddex identified this problem and suggested an Ideal boiler (10 year warranty) which would run off the existing pipework. From our acceptance of their estimate it was only a couple of weeks before the new boiler was installed. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional and had the new boiler up and running by mid afternoon. Part of their service was returning the following week to flush out the whole system of the cleaner put in at the time of installation. They replaced it with a system preservative. They send a reminder when our annual service is due. No hesitation in recommending this family run company. They clearly take great pride in looking after their customers.

Our boiler broke and Marc came out to look at it within a few days. We then decided to get a new boiler and the following week Marc, Ian and William where out fixing it. The customer service was great and the items we fitted well and just a great service overall. Would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone looking for heating/gas work. A great team!

Ian and Marc Riddex were contracted to strip out our old antiquated central heating system and instal a new one. They then went on to completely refurbish our downstairs toilet.
