Ian and Mark replaced my old combi boiler, repositioned a radiator, replaced the bathroom radiator with a chrome towel radiator and carried out a thorough service of the central heating system. Very pleased with the work carried out and reassured installation covered by boiler manufacturers warranty. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Ian in the future or recommend him to others.

Ian and Marc did a replacement of our old traditional tank fed boiler with a Worcester Bosch Combi. He was courteous throughout the whole process of sorting the quote and then completing the job. We now have instant hot water on demand and a dramatically improved heating system after the flushing out work that was done as part of the install. Although maybe not the cheapest out there, Ian's attention to detail and pride in the work made this worth paying.

Ian has installed several combi boilers for me and I have been very happy with each job. He always provides a quote and sticks to it. He leaves the site very tidy and takes away his debris, which is more than you get from some tradesmen! I would most certainly recommend the business to other customers.

My old boiler exploded, so Ian came out to take it away and install a new one with renewed pipework and gas connections. It was a superb job and was done quickly and efficiently with no remedial issues. Ian was extremely trustworthy, amicable and professional throughout. Didn't deviate at all from his quote. A top notch service! Have already recommended to others.

Replaced a boiler that had exploded. He surveyed, found out the issue, ripped out, sorted the pipes, reconnected the gas, recomended the correct boiler and certified the boiler. Changed all the thermostats and radiators. Did have an issue with manufacturer who supplied the wrong boiler however Ian sorted this for me very quickly. He even finished the job ahead of schedule. Very trustworthy, I left my keys with him. Conscientious.
