Inspection report was excellent, as was their availability to conduct. Only negative point was communication - I asked them to put the report into an email/word or pdf template (rather than Whatsapp) and to break down the cost of remedial works identified. It took over a week and chaser message to get the cost breakdown and still no formal report.

I had a continuous problem with the condensate pipe where every time it rained the heating cut out. It took a few plumbers before it was fixed. Ilir was a very courteous man. He fixed the problem straight away and completed it quickly. Would recommend.

I had a leak under the floorboards, IMAA found the leak, fixed it and then fixed the flooring and installed new carpet. I've been using IMAA Plumbing Ltd for a few years and work is always up to a good standard. Ilir is very responsive and replies promptly. Always comes to look at the job as soon as he can, provides a quote and then carries out the work. Really happy with them. Would recommend to others.
