I contacted In-Excess Removals for a house move quote and from the initial phone call to the quote Shenda was so amazing and explained everything to me. On the day of the move the guys turned up promptly and took great care of our furniture. They were polite and friendly and even when the sale didn't go through until later in the day stayed on to help us get everything in. We would highly recommend them for a house move excellent job.

The team were absolutely fantastic with our move they were incredibly patient with collecting items and waited for items to be dismantled by vendors which was promised before collection. when delivering the items they took great care with where they put the items and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a brilliant job.

Great removal company and team!
Start to finish In Excess have been excellent and great to deal with. Easy to contact and very quick to come round to do the initial quote. During the packing we requested lots more boxes and they delivered promptly the same day. The day of the move went really smoothly, couldn’t have asked for more! Team of 3 who were quick but careful with our belongings. Amazes me how quickly they work especially on a hot summers day! I’d highly recommend. The admin staff at their offices were also a delight, very helpful! Thanks In Excess for making our move!

In Excess did a great job of moving us in August and the Team of guys were hard working and reliable. Taking care of valuable objects and listening to direction on where to put boxes the other end when we eventually got the keys to our new home. Nothing was too much trouble, keep them supplied with Tea and Biscuits and they will just crack on as asked... Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or using them again, although we are hoping this is our forever home. Thanks to all at In- Excess, even the Office staff were great and accommodating when we need a few extra boxes. Congratulations Steve, Shenda and Louise, what a great Team you all are at In-Excess...

In-Excess, removers and packers were excellent when I used their packing and removal services at the end of July. They worked so hard through heatwave conditions and never complained. They showed humour and kindness and were good fun.

This is the second time we have used In-Excess removals and couldn't recommend highly enough. From the friendly team in the office to all the removal team on the day, nothing was ever a problem, everything was moved with care and put where we requested. If we move again will definitely use again, took a lot of stress away from the stress of moving house!

In-Excess were absolutely brilliant in our house move - it was incredibly stressful with lots of moving parts but Shenda was warm and responsive in the lead up, continually trying to accommodate our shifting and abrupt schedule. On the day, the team were absolutely phenomenal, packing our two bedroom house (including piano) efficiently and safely and were also a pleasure to have around. They had a long wait at the other end while various things went wrong, but went above and beyond to ensure we were in our house by the end of the day. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I needed a removal firm for a house move. In Excess Removals were extremely helpful and supportive from start to finish. Steve carried out the survey and was very informative and gave detailed advice about the process. Removal day went very well. The team were amazing and carried out their work in a professional and efficient way. They were easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful and good humoured during the whole process. The office staff were also very efficient and helpful. Everything went according to the agreed budget and plan. I would definitely recommend In Excess Removals.

I cannot recommend the team at In-Excess highly enough. From my initial conversation with Shenda in their office, to working with John and his team - Riley, Jamie and Brad - they were were absolutely fantastic. Moving house is an extremely stressful thing to undertake, but is was made so much less so with In-Excess. They were always on hand to help, guide and support at every opportunity and always asked what more they could do. The team went the 'extra mile' whenever and wherever they could. Thanks again Shenda for your organisation and calming support, John, Riley, Jamie and Brad for packing, loading and unloading our lives so carefully and efficiently, and also not forgetting Dawn, Lee and Daisy in the office. All of you make an exceptional team and provide the very best customer service. Best wishes.

We would like to thank the team from IN-EXCESS Removals for making moving house as pleasurable as possible. They moved us to Aylesbury 11 years ago and we had no hesitation in going to them again. Everything was easy to understand, extra boxes made available on request, twice. The quotes was good and honoured even though we actually moved a while after it was done. The team on the days of moving were a great laugh which made it so easy and so quick loading and unloading. If we ever move again we would go straight back to them.
