I needed a removal firm for a house move. In Excess Removals were extremely helpful and supportive from start to finish. Steve carried out the survey and was very informative and gave detailed advice about the process. Removal day went very well. The team were amazing and carried out their work in a professional and efficient way. They were easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful and good humoured during the whole process. The office staff were also very efficient and helpful. Everything went according to the agreed budget and plan. I would definitely recommend In Excess Removals.

I cannot recommend the team at In-Excess highly enough. From my initial conversation with Shenda in their office, to working with John and his team - Riley, Jamie and Brad - they were were absolutely fantastic. Moving house is an extremely stressful thing to undertake, but is was made so much less so with In-Excess. They were always on hand to help, guide and support at every opportunity and always asked what more they could do. The team went the 'extra mile' whenever and wherever they could. Thanks again Shenda for your organisation and calming support, John, Riley, Jamie and Brad for packing, loading and unloading our lives so carefully and efficiently, and also not forgetting Dawn, Lee and Daisy in the office. We would like to thank the team from IN-EXCESS Removals for making moving house as pleasurable as possible. They moved us to Aylesbury 11 years ago and we had no hesitation in going to them again. Everything was easy to understand, extra boxes made available on request, twice. The quotes was good and honoured even though we actually moved a while after it was done. The team on the days of moving were a great laugh which made it so easy and so quick loading and unloading. If we ever move again we would go straight back to them.

I cannot recommend In-Excess enough. From our initial meeting to the final box being unloaded, In-Excess were first class every step of the way. From Shenda in the Office to Gareth & his Team, we were exceptionally well looked after. Hard work for Gareth & Team but they did it carefully and with a smile, taking the stress out of the day,and the following day too! This Company make moving feel straightforward and it works so well. Even down to wanting more boxes, tape, bubble wrap whatever, nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend anyone moving home to call In Excess, look no further! Clearing my mother's house after she has moved into care. In-Excess guys Gareth and his team managed the whole thing in one day, separating out scrap metal, furniture that could be repurposed, and items for disposal. Clean and tidy throughout, and extremely considerate, flagging up items of sentimental value that our family had failed to see when going through the house in advance. Excellent value for money, and they made the whole process bearable.

They were fantastic from the first time I called to when I dropped off the last of my boxes. They were patient and constantly helpful when my move date kept being pushed back. I was able to book my move for 4 days after I exchanged because they kept me up to date with their availability. On the day they couldn't get their full sized van in due to someone parking poorly across the street from me. They didn't miss a beat and switched to three Luton vans. This meant more work but no one said anything. They emptied my house (2 bed mid terrance) in 2 hours. They unloaded on the other end in about an hour. Not a single thing was damaged. The owner, who did the appraisal, didn't try to upsell me on their services. I cannot recommend them too highly.

From start to finish, you guys have been amazing! Nothing has been too much and no question has been a problem. The guys were all brilliant and it couldn’t have gone any more smoothly. They were all super fast and efficient. We were super grateful for all the help and we couldn’t have asked for anymore. Lee was super good with the kids, wanting to help unload on Saturday and let them get involved and that meant a lot. They make moving look easy! Shenda and her amazing team made our move day run extremely smoothly. From the very start of the process, In Excess were clear about what we needed to be do to be ready to move and so accommodating in supplying all the packing materials we needed. The day was not without its challenges...pouring rain all day, a bed that just would not dismantle and a loft room with very little space but the team were completely calm, professional and got everything done so quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
