Visit for estimate - arrived on time, polite and business like. Day of packing - efficient and tidy. Moving day: efficient, very tolerant of the long delay to get into flat. Office: Phoned several times, staff efficient, reassuring and pleasant. Collection of boxes: Very satisfactory. Job well done at what seemed a competitive price, thanks.

Packing: Great job overall. They did leave bits for the day of the move which we ended up packing ourselves. That was the only disappointment. Move & disassemble/reassemble: The guys were great, super efficient, hard working. I would use them again & recommend.

The whole service was prompt & professional throughout. Shenda packed our kitchen and fragile items for us. Very hard working and very friendly. All items arrived safely. The removal men were also brilliant. We were in the house by 2.00. Would totally recommend this service.
