We used In Excess for our house move in October. They were extremely helpful and very professional. The office staff are incredibly patient considering we were scheduled to move on 3 different dates. Everything was explained well and there were no surprises or problems on the day. I would use again and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a removal company.

This is the 2nd time we have used In-excess, totally amazing service from the friendly initial contact, free boxes and bubble wrap as many as you need. Great competitive pricing and the lads on moving day couldn't fault them. Hard working and friendly. We had a small issue after moving day and Steve was amazing at helping out as well, 100% recommend these guys!

We cannot say enough of how impressed we were with In-Excess Removals. From the initial contact through to the end they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made the whole stressful experience of moving much calmer, even keeping our youngest entertained. The team continuously worked so hard, particularly on a hot day, always courteous and upbeat. I would not hesitate to recommend In- Excess Removals again and again and we would most certainly use them next time - if ever we moved again!

In Excess removals were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Great customer service, very friendly team and very hard working. We used their full packing service which was reasonably priced, they packed everything well and quickly the day before our move and the team on the move day worked around us so well given that we have 2 small children. Everything was well packed and moved carefully so nothing was damaged or lost. Would highly recommend them to anyone moving house.

the team were fantastic from the people in the office to the people doing the job, couldn't do enough to help. super helpful and efficient and all-knowing in their field, the whole moving thing is stressful but this was the one area that ran smoothly.

Almost 10 years to the day since In-Excess last moved our family home - they moved us again. This time we had more belongings and we were glad that In-Excess did the packing for us. Despite the additional challenges of COVID-19 our move was handled professionally and with the care and attention we would expect. I would not hesitate to recommend the In-Excess team, perhaps we'll need them again in 10 years time!

From the very start of the process the staff were extremely professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. I was not looking forward to moving but the office team did their upmost to make it go as smoothly as possible. On move day itself, Gareth and the guys were just amazing. They were friendly, super helpful and extremely hard working, enduring a late finish. I can't thank you all enough for making my move less stressful. You are a great team! I would highly recommend your company.

It is always said that one of the most stressful things in life is moving home and whilst I never wish to again I cannot recommend highly enough Steve and his team. We had several delayed exchanges because of legal problems but the operations team would always bend over backwards to accommodate the move of 2 properties into 1 (and possibly but luckily not, into storage). When it eventually came to the move the packers were careful, friendly and considering of the need to live overnight in the property. The movers were hard working, friendly and could not do enough to oblige even when changing minds as to whether a box should be on the ground or second floor. The staff of In Excess show a strong loyalty to their organisation and are a credit to them. Highly recommended.
