The whole service was prompt & professional throughout. Shenda packed our kitchen and fragile items for us. Very hard working and very friendly. All items arrived safely. The removal men were also brilliant. We were in the house by 2.00. Would totally recommend this service.

I would highly recommend In Excess removals. I was particularly impressed and grateful for their response to the Covid19 situation i.e. offering constant re-assurance in the face of moving completion dates and on-going uncertainty, as well as allowing one free re-booking during the height of the pandemic. Thankfully I didn't have to use this! During the move itself (on an extremely hot 31st July), the removal team were great - really helpful and patient Thanks again In Excess!

This was our 4th move in 5 years and was, without doubt, the best by a long way. From start to finish, In Excess Removals dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner and provided a first class service at a very reasonable price. The packers did a great job at protecting our valuables and the moving team were careful and really helpful. I could not recommend them more highly and only wish we had found them before!

the team were fantastic from the people in the office to the people doing the job, couldn't do enough to help. super helpful and efficient and all-knowing in their field, the whole moving thing is stressful but this was the one area that ran smoothly.

We were really impressed with the service that we received from the moment we phoned the In-Excess office. They were organised, professional and friendly. On the day, the team removed so much stress by being punctual, efficient and supportive! They worked quickly and took care with all of our possessions ensuring no breakages. Would definitely recommend this company.

We were very impressed with the removal team - especially on moving day. They were very professional, friendly and had such great attitudes. The three guys who moved us provided a great service throughout the day. They handled our belongings carefully and were friendly and courteous. Despite having some challenges gaining access to our new property which caused quite a delay, they were understanding and worked really hard to make up the lost time. The whole experience was a very positive one
