From the first, very helpful. Nothing was a trouble, everything was doable. They were also flexible regarding moving dates when completion was pushed back. On moving day, plenty of removers do an efficient job. Staff in office very understanding about our personal situation. Would thoroughly recommend them.

We use IN-EXCESS removal company 10 days ago when we moved from Hertfordshire to Essex. A more professional, hardworking, courteous, well mannered, comical, excellent time keepers, listened to us, tidy crew we could not have found, they were absolutely brilliant and took some of the stress out of the move, one of the crew even tried to help with a troublesome boiler. We cannot recommend IN-EXCESS Removals highly enough in every aspect, very professional and great Crew.

We had excellent attention from several people from this company. Terry came promptly and took a great deal of trouble to provide quotations for various options. Our plans changed and Geoff came to give revised quotations, equally attentive. Steve, MD, was very helpful on the phone. In the end we made the difficult decision not to proceed with this company because of so many local personal recommendations for a different firm in the distant area to which we are moving.

Contacted the firm to move my son's belongings to Aberdeen. Steve Yates, MD, visited promptly by appointment, and organised the job for the next weekend. Van arrived in Aberdeen earlier than planned which was an excellent outcome.
