We were very impressed with the removal team - especially on moving day. They were very professional, friendly and had such great attitudes. They worked really quickly and nothing was too much hassle. They made the move effortless and dare I say... stress-free! From start to finish, Steve, Shenda, Louise and the team were absolutely brilliant. We used them to remove our furniture and personal effects from our house in Berkhamsted, store everything for about 7 months then move us into our new home in Lymington. Unlike another reviewer, our experience of their handling of a relatively small insurance claim was first-rate. Highly recommended!

We were really impressed with the service that we received from the moment we phoned the In-Excess office. They were organised, professional and friendly. On the day, the team removed so much stress by being punctual, efficient and supportive! They worked quickly and took care with all of our possessions ensuring no breakages. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great service from the office team (Shenda, Louise and Steve) and a smooth removal process on the day. Never any trouble for extra boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc and deposit returned quickly once boxes had been taken back. Thanks to the whole team for your help and support throughout a stressful moving process. I will recommend you to friends without hesitation.

The move was discussed and the date for moving changed many times due to other factors. It was easy to make contact and check with them, and the move went smoothly as far as the physical transport of our contents was concerned. It is always said that one of the most stressful things in life is moving home and whilst I never wish to again I cannot recommend highly enough Steve and his team. We had several delayed exchanges because of legal problems but the operations team would always bend over backwards to accommodate the move of 2 properties into 1 (and possibly but luckily not, into storage). When it eventually came to the move the packers were careful, friendly and considering of the need to live overnight in the property. The movers were hard working, friendly and could not do enough to oblige even when changing minds as to whether a box should be on the ground or second floor. The staff of In Excess show a strong loyalty to their organisation and are a credit to them. Highly recommended.
