When I called to enquire, Louise was so helpful in organising the survey that Steve carried out with lots of useful advice. Shenda and Louise were always happy to answer my various queries and on the day, the team (Chris, Dean, John plus one more!) were just astounding in moving us in 30 degree heat whilst keeping us laughing along the way. How they managed to move some of our very heavy furniture from our third floor, I will never know. I would highly recommend them and the next time we move, we are definitely going to them!

We cannot say enough of how impressed we were with In-Excess Removals. From the initial contact through to the end they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made the whole stressful experience of moving much calmer, even keeping our youngest entertained. The team continuously worked so hard, particularly on a hot day, always courteous and upbeat. I would not hesitate to recommend In- Excess Removals again and again and we would most certainly use them next time - if ever we moved again!

They came the day before to start packing at agreed time and they could not have been better. On the day everything went smoothly, only one breakage! And this has been resolved satisfactorily.

This is the second time we have moved with In-Excess and again they did a brilliant job. Guys were really nice and did a very quick job loading and unloading, can’t fault the company at all, office staff also very helpful, would highly recommend. Made the day so much less stressful. Visit for estimate - arrived on time, polite and business like. Day of packing - efficient and tidy. Moving day: efficient, very tolerant of the long delay to get into flat. Packing: Great job overall. They did leave bits for the day of the move which we ended up packing ourselves. That was the only disappointment. Move & disassemble/reassemble: The guys were great, super efficient, hard working. I would use them again & recommend.
