From the first, very helpful. Nothing was a trouble, everything was doable. They were also flexible regarding moving dates when completion was pushed back. We use IN-EXCESS removal company 10 days ago when we moved from Hertfordshire to Essex. A more professional, hardworking, courteous, well mannered, comical, excellent time keepers, listened to us, tidy crew we could not have found, they were absolutely brilliant and took some of the stress out of the move, one of the crew even tried to help with a troublesome boiler. We cannot recommend IN-EXCESS Removals highly enough in every aspect, very professional and great Crew.

We had excellent attention from several people from this company. Terry came promptly and took a great deal of trouble to provide quotations for various options. Our plans changed and Geoff came to give revised quotations, equally attentive. Steve, MD, was very helpful on the phone. In the end we made the difficult decision not to proceed with this company because of so many local personal recommendations for a different firm in the distant area to which we are moving.
