We recently had a vertical designer radiator fitted and a replacement radiator. I was very impressed by David and Sam who carried out the work, nothing was to much. As a premises manager I needed a plumber for a large project at the school in which I work. Marc was recommended and I have never used anybody else since. Our old combi boiler packed up with a bang late on a Friday evening and upon calling Indigo, Marc was with us in no time to ensure that everything was safe. It was clear that due to the age of the old boiler and the damage incurred, that a new boiler was required. Indigo provided us with a quote that was very reasonable and having been impressed with the response to the initial call out, it was an easy decision to use them. The job also involved replacing the old pipes right through the house and was carried out in a fast, efficient and neat manner. The new boiler is great and the team did a great job including taking the old one away, tidying up and bricking up the old vents etc. Communication was brilliant throughout the whole experience and you can clearly see that Marc leads by example, his customer service skills are adopted by his team, who were very polite and helpful. We are very pleased with the new boiler and would highly recommend Marc and his team to all of our family and friends. Indigo are very helpful, efficient, honest, reliable and competitively priced.
