Excellent service from start to finish and will continue to use Indigo where necessary. Moved into an older property with a lot of internal issues but Marc was very attentive and reassured us that they can sort it. Him and Dave were very quick and professional on getting the job done, their knowledge and experience gives you a complete sense of being in safe hands. They clearly value their customers as they understood we were stressed and they took our problems as their own and we couldn't be happier with the speed, cleanliness and overall standard of workmanship. We had a full re-pipe downstairs, they serviced the boiler whilst replacing old lead pipes upstairs and already got these guys looking into replacing our old radiators for a more modern and efficient heating system. We discovered a leak during our kitchen renovation and they came straight out to us without hesitation which didn't halt the process whatsoever. I put my full trust into Indigo and I would recommend their service to anybody!

We had been having a really difficult experience with British Gas under our Homecare cover on a tenanted property where British Gas were just unable to fix the issue leaving our tenants without heating and us liable. We approached Marc and Dave at Indigo for a second opinion. Marc was super professional with a site visit and design that fitted what we need. It was the right boiler and overall heating system and cheaper than the alternatives suggested. They listened to what we needed in the house and didn’t replace elements that were working fine - BG and one other quote wanted to rip out everything. Knowing their work from our own home we knew the quality would be high. The job has just finished less than 2 weeks after first contact for a new boiler system. When installing the guys worked incredibly hard to fit rapidly and get the heating working. I cannot praise the guys highly enough for quality of workmanship and professionalism throughout. I fully trust what they recommend and will use again when the time comes!

Contacted Indigo in relation to a leaking toilet at my elderly (85 years old) mothers who lives by herself. I don't live close by and hence am really picky about who I get to do work at my mum's. They couldn't haven't been more professional, organized and customer-focused from start to finish and I'm really grateful for the kindness and courtesy they showed her. 1st class

Arrived on time, got straight on. Replaced stop cock. Installed new hot water cylinder inc. pwk remove and replace. Repaired 2 taps. Made gas c/h pwk safe. 2 taps. Very professional knew what he was doing. Coped with some unforeseen problems without fuss. Work was done to a high standard with extra consideration given to safety issues. Removed all rubbish, cleaned up. work completed on time and to estimate. Great job and well done.

Indigo had previously fitted a boiler. They had also carried out the Gas safety certificate. I suddenly realised that the certificate was overdue, rang Indigo and they fitted in a visit the very next morning. They also reminded me that the boiler needed servicing to keep it in warranty. They arrived on time and carried out all the work. I do prefer to use local firms so originally asked on my local Facebook page for recommendations for boiler installers. So many people recommended them and they were so helpful when I approached them.

Recently had a new boiler fitted by Marc and David and they have done an amazing job. From providing the quote through to completing the job we have been really impressed with the service. Marc took the time to explain everything properly when quoting and has always been quick to reply to any queries. They both did such a fab job with minimal disruption and were friendly and polite. Superb service from the moment we asked for a quote to service our boiler, fit Hive and remove a sink; efficient, fairly priced and an absolutely excellent standard of work. Having had a few poorly recommended workmen, a friend told me about 'Indigo' The engineer came out to review the fitting of a new boiler. He was very informative, polite and wore a mask during the consultation. I considered a combi boiler, however my property was better suited to a boiler that fed directly to the tank. It was explained in detail and I was happy with this. Indigo offered a 0% payment deal that was a bonus and worked well for me. They contacted me by phone, keeping me fully informed of all work required and consulted me on options. The piping, brick work and replaced boiler are very neatly placed. The engineers worked non stop all day to provide me with an excellent boiler. Very efficient, clean, tidy and nice lads that did the work A bonus being that this is a local firm and I would not hesitate to recommend them! Very helpful - Big Thank You !!

The lads turned up on time to strip out our old boiler and fit new Worcester Bosch 30i and were professional, clean and tidy, answered any questions. Would recommend anytime.

My boiler was replaced in a new location which involved routing a new gas line from the meter. Indigo gave a clear description of the work needed and gave a reasonable quote for the work. We were given a date for the work and they arrived at 8.15 on the agreed day. The people doing the work worked nonstop. were friendly and were ever possible met any requests we made. When the work was completed they cleared up the site and gave us a run through of the new equipment. The company was easy to reach and if a message had to be left with them they replied quickly. The invoice was exactly as the quotation received before the work started.

Our bathroom required a complete makeover including removal of old airing cupboard to increase available space, new ceiling and flooring plus amendments to plumbing and electrics. Marc project managed the whole process and the work was completed within the agreed timeframe. The team worked together in a professional and very friendly manner to ensure we were happy as work progressed. We frequently just left them to get on with the job during the day knowing that they would treat our home with respect. They cleaned up every night and ensured we had at least basic facilities until the next day. We are highly delighted with the end result which has provided a new bathroom with the wow factor. Very pleased with every aspect of Indigos work. Came as arranged to explain options for a replacement gas boiler and provided a quote within 48 hours and we were pleased with the price and we did have other quotes. Work completed on the days we had agreed. Very pleasant and helpful team Efficient and very tidily.

Within 1 hour of calling requesting assistance for an overflowing toilet header tank ( which meant mains water was turned off for the whole house) a representative called and replaced a defective isolator valve. Very prompt and efficient service.

Fantastic Company - Mark and his team fitted me a new boiler recently. All available options were fully discussed the value for money was excellent - The work carried out was fast and efficient, boiler was fantastic quality. The difference was noticeable from the moment the work was completed. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Will be coming back to Indigo in future for sure.

We asked Indigo to help us with a particularly fiddly kitchen reconfiguration and refit. Among other things, this involved plumbing the sink in on the other side of the kitchen and finding a way to channel the waste into a drain, whilst using the original water source to supply the washing machine and dishwasher. Sounds simple, but this required the stopcock to be re-oriented and pipes and wastes to be fitted in the tiniest space. We weren't at all sure all this could be done in the space available and had a couple of panic attacks along the way - but Indigo was invariably patient, positive and, most important, delivered on its promises. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Indigo replaced our old oil central heating system with a new gas boiler and piping. The guys were brilliant from start to finish. Fair itemised quote. Prompt, friendly and professional manner. Started early and worked hard to get the job done in the time agreed. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Following a recent complete and expensive bathroom refit by a local company in November '17. We were left with a poorly fitted toilet unit (amongst other things)which stopped working and leaked. Marc (Indigo) was working next door. He attended immediately,located and isolated the problem. David (Indigo) attended 2 days later and completed the repairs. Thoroughly recommend; Marc arrived on time, took great care to sort out the problem and went the extra mile to ensure leak sorted and that I wasn't left with any issues, even when the problem wasn't quite what had been anticipated and took a bit longer than had been expected. As a premises manager I needed a plumber for a large project at the school in which I work. Marc was recommended and I have never used anybody else since. He is calm, confident, honest, trustworthy and extremely reliable. He has since done several other jobs in school and he has been referred to friends of mine. All of them have since got back to me and thanked me for 'such a lovely man'. His workmanship is pristine which is why I have had him change radiators in my own house and service the central heating. This gas company should be your 'go to' gas fitter!

Our old combi boiler packed up with a bang late on a Friday evening and upon calling Indigo, Marc was with us in no time to ensure that everything was safe. It was clear that due to the age of the old boiler and the damage incurred, that a new boiler was required. Indigo provided us with a quote that was very reasonable and having been impressed with the response to the initial call out, it was an easy decision to use them. The job also involved replacing the old pipes right through the house and was carried out in a fast, efficient and neat manner. The new boiler is great and the team did a great job including taking the old one away, tidying up and bricking up the old vents etc. Communication was brilliant throughout the whole experience and you can clearly see that Marc leads by example, his customer service skills are adopted by his team, who were very polite and helpful. We've just had a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler fitted by Indigo and are really pleased with the job. Marc came round to quote and was very thorough and gave good advice , he actually saved us money on some of the things we were thinking of doing that we didnt really need to. Sam and Dave did a great job removing and tidying up the old boiler and pipework , disposing of the old tanks and everything that wasnt required for the new boiler. The whole team worked really hard and the boiler was installed on the date we were given , they even worked late to finish the job. I would recommend Indigo to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future

Had a shower installed and some tiling done by the Indigo team. Great job by well mannered polite guys. No mess was left by them either. Kept me well informed all the way through about everything so great communication. Managed to squeeze my job in not long before Christmas which was fabulous and much appreciated as it wasn't an urgent job. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone and everyone looking for plumbing and heating jobs to be done and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I have used Indigo on numerous occasions and I have to say they are the best in the business. Indigo have recently installed a Worcester Combi Boiler at our property. My boiler stopped working suddenly and Indigo responded quickly to my quotation request.
