iSafe were quick to respond when others were slow to get back to us. We had no heating from the end of Nov. We called Scott, iSafe early on the Saturday morning in Jan and he got James to do a survey on the Monday morning and work commenced on the Thursday/Friday of that week. The team of guys worked hard and worked late to finish the job. They were very polite and helpful. Thanks to Scott, James, Sean, George and Leo. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I had problems with my old combi boiler. I phoned iSafe gas on Monday 6/11/23, James from iSafe came out next day checked what was required and talked through types of boilers which I could have fitted. He was able to offer an installation day that week. Stevie, the gas engineer, turned up as arranged and carried out work efficiently, cleaned up work area when finished and explained how to operate the boiler. iSafe followed up with a call to make sure everything was working alright, I would highly recommend.

Our old boiler got condemned a few days after moving into our home. Discovering iSafe was like a lottery win as far as boiler replacement goes. James was excellent at tailoring a package that worked for us. His recommendation of a Viesmann boiler with a Hive smart thermostat control was an excellent choice. George did a brilliant job in installing the boiler and walking us through the registration and operation process for Hive. We couldn’t be happier with the products and service received. Five stars!

I would highly recommend iSafe Gas, our boiler was old and beyond repair, I contacted them last Wednesday and had a new boiler fitted by Friday. James came out and talked us through everything and made sure we got the best boiler to suit us. He was very professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. The installation was seamless, Stevie the engineer talked us through the installation process and was very informative so we understood. He cleaned out all our radiators and pipes, installed a new flu and gas pipe so once the boiler was installed everything was running perfectly. He took time to show us how our new boiler and heating system worked after the installation. There is nothing I could fault with the service we have been provided with. As a 1st time customer I can definitely say we will continue using iSafe Gas in the future.

We can't praise iSafe Gas enough for the speed, cleanliness, professionalism and friendly service when they changed our 22 year old boiler for a more efficient one. James from iSafe came out and provided a written quote for changing our boiler, which was very competitive especially as it was for the Viessmann that we wanted. When we accepted the quote a date and time were very quickly agreed and the Gas engineer came exactly when they said they would. Stevie the engineer worked like a trojan and kept everything clean and tidy as he worked. Thank you once again, and now we have found you, we will be using you in the future.

Company was recommended to me me by a friend. James was great at advising myself and my wife on various options of boilers and installation. Engineers turned up on time and were extremely efficient, were also clean, tidy and left no mess whatsoever. Also after installation James personally came by to check we had no problems and were happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

From initial enquiry, through to survey, supply & instilation the job was done to a very high standard. On the day of instilation the guys were on time and did a great job.
