Great service from start to finish. Helpful and relaxed survey visit with James explaining all the options for a new boiler. On the day of the fit George worked like a trojan and did a great job leaving the place tidier than he found it. I would strongly recommend this company.

We recently noticed water dripping through the ceiling of our landing and identified it was coming from a leak in the water tank in our loft. Having used iSafe to install a new boiler, we contacted them for advice on the leaking tank. They came out within days to assess the leak and identified the problem. They clearly explained all the options open to us and we decided to have an unvented cylinder fitted rather than try to replace the corroded tank in the loft which would have been a big and messy job. All the work was done on the agreed day and within the agreed timeline. It was completed quickly with minimum disruption. The team were professional and extremely helpful and also provided a solution to a water pressure challenge we had faced. They also committed to be in contact after the work was completed and have been in touch to check that everything is OK. Having used iSafe to complete two big jobs in our house, their professionalism and customer service both during and after the work, leads me to highly recommend them to others

I needed a new boiler as my boiler was 15 years old. I saw a advert on Facebook for isafe gas and phoned them for a quote and spoke to james he arranged an appointment for the next day came out and discussed what was the best boiler for me he was very helpful and i was happy with the price and a few days later the workmen Stevie and George and fitted my boiler they were very helpful and explained everything to me and cleaned up everything and took all rubbish away also the guy to plaster my old flu up done a great job thank you James at isafe gas I will be telling people if they need a boiler to phone isafe gas

I contacted iSafe because their reviews were so highly marked. I have now found through my own experience that they were wholly accurate. The members of the team, Matthew, James, and Steve, with whom I dealt, were complete experts in their respective fields. As to the installation, it was assessed, and accomplished to perfection. What's more to say?

Found this company through Facebook and gave them a message due to my boiler making some strange noises when on. Arranged an appointment for James to visit my property and give me a quote for a new one as it was fairly old and I wanted peace of mind. James was very professional and knows his stuff, talked us through everything and gave us a quote at the end of it which we were happy with. Gary the engineer was out the following week to install our new boiler and radiator which was to the highest standard, place was left immaculate and all old components were taken away. Delighted with the service from iSafe and would highly recommend them.

iSafe were quick to respond when others were slow to get back to us. We had no heating from the end of Nov. We called Scott, iSafe early on the Saturday morning in Jan and he got James to do a survey on the Monday morning and work commenced on the Thursday/Friday of that week. The team of guys worked hard and worked late to finish the job. They were very polite and helpful. Thanks to Scott, James, Sean, George and Leo. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I had problems with my old combi boiler. I phoned iSafe gas on Monday 6/11/23, James from iSafe came out next day checked what was required and talked through types of boilers which I could have fitted. He was able to offer an installation day that week. Stevie, the gas engineer, turned up as arranged and carried out work efficiently, cleaned up work area when finished and explained how to operate the boiler. iSafe followed up with a call to make sure everything was working alright, I would highly recommend.
