When we decided to upgrade our bathroom and boiler, we spent a lot of time looking for the perfect team. This was, by far, the largest undertaking we'd ever considered for our home, so we wanted to be thorough and work with someone we trusted. When Rob arrived to survey the house for the quote, we found someone both thorough and trustworthy. We were very impressed with the detail, care and openness he brought to proceedings during our first meeting and that didn't let up during the entire job. Everything was explained with clarity, and if things were complex for us to understand, Rob's drawn diagrams made things easy. The job evolved - as we expected work on such an old house to do - but every single complication the team encountered was solved with enthusiasm and hard work. The team - Bryan, Sam and Karl - are a credit to Platinum Plumbers. Always on time, always smiling, always gracious - we had a good time. I would highly recommend platinum plumbers and boilers anything you wanted to no answered in a manner that you understood the staff were very polite and helpful and office staff had a new boiler fitted plus five new radiators no problems at any time the fitters were neat and very clean price agreed on no problems I would recommend platinum to anyone that needs any central heating work done. 5 Star company

Platinum Plumbers completely replaced our domestic central heating system with a Viessmann combi and new radiators all round. They then also completely refitted our bathroom which had previously suffered damage to the wooden flooring due to extensive leakage below the shower unit. They were thoroughly professional from start to finish. They supplied detailed quotes at the start of both projects and came in on budget and within time (to a few days). Any extras we requested were clearly defined and costed accordingly. They used external competent tradespeople for specific jobs, including tiling and plastering, and removed all rubbish as they went along. Rob kept us informed from start to finish, and his guys turned up on time, got on with it and were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

What a wonderful service. Everyone was very professional, yet also very friendly. As far as doing the job (fitting a new boiler and changing pipes), Sam and Alfie worked tirelessly on long days and even Boss Rob doing the final checks spent longer than booked to ensure everything was perfect! I have used Rob and Platinum Plumbers for many years, including refitting 2 bathrooms and installing a new boiler. This time, he undertook a routine boiler service, arriving punctually as usual, and efficiently carried out the work in good time. He gave full information about the service, including additional views on future central heating developments. All was left fully checked and functioning, and clean and tidy.

Given one of the busiest periods of the year, platinum plumbers managed to get my water softener installed & commissioned within a few weeks - from first communication, planning to finished product. Sergio the plumber was exceptional, he was on time and showed very good craftsmanship in his work. He also went above and beyond, followed the regulations, and most importantly when he smiles you know it’s going well 🤣 thanks a bunch, Sergio! I must add that Rob will listen to your requirements carefully and advises accordingly. I’m glad they are based locally in south-east London as it’s not every day you’ll find a bunch of passionate plumbers with class. Thanks Alice for coordinating all of this, it definitely is not easy at this time of year and it definitely wouldn’t have happened with out you! The water softener I chose was the water2buy W2B200 model, perfect for 1-6 sized households.

Rob and his team have handled work on my property for 6 years now, both plumbing, gas, and new boiler fitting. Rob always tells me all the information that the job will entail and gives me the options. JBS are efficient in communication and completion. I have always been able to rely on his skills and judgements.

I telephoned Platinum Plumbers late yesterday afternoon as my Mother's boiler was making a strange smell. Unfortunately unable to get to me the same day the Plumber arrived promptly at 8 am this morning, quickly diagnosed the fault, replaced the part and carried out a full test of the system. I cant fault the service that Platinum Plumbers has provided. Responsive service and excellent value for money.
