We purchased an older victorian property that hadn't been invested in for about 15 years. The toilet and bathroom were separate and we wanted to bring the toilet into the bathroom. When Rob initially arrived, he has a very open and honest conversation with us and we felt we built up a strong and trustworthy rapport with him. Rob and his team did an excellent job transforming our old bathroom into a modern new shower room and incorporating the toilet. The old toilet room was then replumbed and converted into a utility cupboard, which now holds the washing machine and dryer. Due to the age of the property, we uncovered a few surprises along the way, but Rob was there at every step ensuring we understood any potential issues but also providing excellent suggestions and solutions to reach the desired end product. Rob's team - Bryan and Sam - were also extremely polite and courteous. We would recommend Platinum Plumbers to those who are looking for a trustworthy plumber.

I had to have my cylinder removed so that another firm can come to replace the pump. Platinum Plumbers was reliable would recommend to all my family and friends. whilst they were there they were very friendly I would like to say thank you to Mal /Karl/ Sam and Bryan who came to do the work over two days and also thanks to Rob for having a fantastic team of plumbers

On the 24th February at 11.30am I discovered a copper pipe, located externally to the back wall of my property, was leaking. The pipe feeds a garden hose off of the main water supply. The dripping pipe was soaking the brickwork. Left unattended it would saturate the wall and cause internal damage. I called Platinum Plumbers, explained the issue and sent a photograph to assist my enquiry via a link on their website. By 13.20 Platinum were scheduling a site visit. At 13.45 the visit time was confirmed and twenty minutes later two plumbing engineers were on site. They analysed the problem, confirmed the price to solve the problem and executed the solution. They were polite, wore face masks and respected social distancing protocols. Within 20 minutes the work was completed and tested. I paid the bill over the phone upon work completion and carried on with my day. It was an exemplary response, which minimised disruption to me.

We originally contacted Rob after we were left with an unfinished bathroom by a previous company. Rob and his team were helpful from the beginning and helped us complete the initial bathroom. Over the following year, it seemed all of the previous work by the previous company was done terribly and Rob & team helped fix this along the way, eventually we had to rip the whole bathroom out due to no other option. Rob and his team acted quickly, professionally and did a great job. The communication went well and they helped us in a really stressful time Rob and his team were brilliant and we would recommend them.

I contacted the National Gas Hotline to investigate a potential gas leak at home and was impressed to receive a visit within two hours during which the engineer conducted a series of tests and confirmed that there was no gas leak or evidence of carbon monoxide. However, the supply was temporarily disconnected as the procedure required a Gas Safe Engineer to subsequently attend the property, check all the gas appliances and reconnect the supply. I called Platinum Plumbers immediately following the callout, left a voicemail message and was called back by Rob within ten minutes. After explaining the situation, and the fact that we now had no gas for hot water, heating, cooking and shower use, Rob very kindly rearranged his schedule for the following day to attend and also immediately gave a very reasonable cost for the job. Rob and his apprentice arrived on time the next day, assessed the situation, and provided a full description of what was required. This involved a full gas leak and carbon monoxide emission test, plus tests to the boiler and gas appliances. This was completed professionally and efficiently, with excellent and friendly communication throughout, after which the all clear was given which was very reassuring and allayed my concerns, and the supply was reconnected. I fully recommend Rob and his team at Platinum Plumbers.

Really great job by Rob and the team, with friendly and professional service throughout. This started from the intro chat about what I needed with them giving me different choices depending on cost and a detailed spec on the invoice as to the components of the works. Good clear communication throughout - when they encountered any problems they let me know, gave me options for how to proceed. Job was finished to a good standard and they made a real effort clear up any dust etc. afterwards. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Communication with Rob of Platinum Plumbers was efficient, and I was advised of costs in advance. Sam, Rob's colleague arrived on schedule, was friendly, polite and completed the repairs to the leaking pipe efficiently. He explained what he was doing, happily went out to get another part needed and tidied up once he had finished. He is a lovely young man and a credit to the company :)

Our boiler broke so we called them. Rob came out quickly and gave us a fair estimate for the work. Sam did the boiler replacement and system flush. Lots of good points about this experience — they arrived when they said they would, did the job thoroughly and neatly, cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant people. We’ve already recommended them to a friend and will pass their details on to others. Thank you, Platinum!

Platinum recently replaced our bathroom and did a great job. Excellent communication throughout from Rob, work completed quickly and efficiently, exactly as we asked. Rob did all the ordering of the materials too, which was extremely helpful. All round a good experience and would use them again.

Rob and his Apprentice came to flush the pipes in my central heating system. They were polite and pleasant and came on the day and at the time arranged. They gave a quite accurate time when the job would be finished. Rob serviced the boiler a few weeks before and showed me the sludge that had built up in the pipes during the previous year in my Magnaclean system. I asked if he would flush them. At the end of the process the area was left clean and tidy. Rob also asked if I knew what to do if any of the radiators were not balanced. He made a little video on my phone so I would be sure! Platinum Plumbers have been looking after the plumbing in the house for some years and installed the new boiler in 2023.

Rob, the owner of Platinum Plumbers, and his Apprentice came to service my boiler on the date and time arranged. They were polite and friendly and busied on with the work. They checked radiators and cleaned the Magna clean and also the filter attached to the boiler. They replaced a component and put everything back together at the end of the work, finally checking the radiators again. I feel I can trust the company as they have been looking after my central heating system for some years. Rob pointed out the build up of gunk in the pipes and I asked if they would flush them - which they have now done to my satisfaction.

Rob at Platinum Plumbers was very professional and hardworking. He explained everything clearly and we are very pleased with his work. We would recommend Rob and we would certainly use Platinum Plumbers again.

Rob and the team were a pleasure to work with. Provided a quote with multiple options, provided sound and helpful advice (answered questions I hadn't even thought of!), were very flexible and did a fantastic job. So happy with my bathroom - would recommend them to anyone - great company, lovely people.

We enlisted the help of Rob and the team at Platinum Plumbers to resolve ongoing issues we had experienced for some time with the fluctuating temperature of the water coming out of our shower unit. Rob was always realistic with us about what the job entailed and they were methodical in diagnosing what was actually causing the problem and clear in explaining what work would be involved in fixing it. Ash and another friendly member of staff came to fit our new shower unit and worked solidly over two days to get things up and running again for us. Every member of staff we encountered at Platinum Plumbers was professional and pleasant to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

Rob and his team did an amazing job of refurbishing my bathroom. All the work was completed to the highest of standards including anything that was subcontracted. I am delighted with the standard of the fittings and the finish of the job. I highly recommend Rob and his team.

Rob and his team fitted a new boiler for me. I would like to say thank you to Rob and his great team . The job was excellent and work was carried out professionally and well. All rubbish was cleared away and I am very happy with the work. Also had to have a flat roof re-felted, Rob arranged this and again great job was done. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone.
