Neil serviced our boiler without a problem. Particularly impressed because I needed it done quickly and they squeezed me in at 8 am the next day. They are now quoting for further pipe work replacement. Good value - will certainly use again.

Had to use Platinum Plumbers for an emergency callout for my boiler - the condenser pipe had frozen and water was backing up causing leaking internal pipes plus the condenser chamber was leaking and the boiler making strange noises! A team of two came within the hour. They were professional and organised - explaining clearly what the problem was and outlined everything that they were going to do to remedy it. Second time I have used this company. I felt confident in their work. Very professional: they came on time. No fuss, work completed in good time. I had a quote outlining the work and cost. Right amount of customer focus. Respected my wish to use shoe cover when walking on my carpet, clean I would use them again and recommend them.

Platinum Plumbers installed our boiler, radiators and connecting pipework and have conducted all subsequent servicing. On the morning of this year's annual service, I received a polite reminder call from the office which was much appreciated requesting that I switched off the boiler in preparation for the work to be carried out - I had previously been emailed requesting that I do so if possible. They arrived on time, smartly presented and conducted a full boiler service and pipework flush. They were friendly, courteous and professional, as always. I was kept informed throughout on what was being done and the progress. All areas were tidied and cleaned before leaving. I have always found their work to be of a high standard and I strongly recommend Platinum Plumbers for both new installation and servicing work.

My friend recommended Platinum Plumbers to me. I called him on Tuesday about a faulty float valve. On Friday morning they arrived at the time they said to expect him. They were super, really friendly and worked diligently to make the repair. I'm delighted with the work and customer service.

The work was to Powerflush the central heating systems and to supply and install a new Valliiant Combi Boiler, also a thermostat. To connect to the electrics and supply a new sludge filter. Also to register the Boiler. The work was done to the agreed schedule and quote. It was carried out to my satisfaction and was checked by the Chief Gas Engineer and Manager Rob, Rob. The Engineer Sam and the Apprentice were polite, friendly and kept me informed of what the work involved. They kept the area clean and tidy.

They arrived when they said they would, got straight to work and completed the service in good time. I also appreciated the advice regarding future developments in heating! Also helpful was the phone call, in advance of the visit, to switch the boiler off, allowing it to cool down to a safe temperature thus saving them time.

Efficient friendly definitely use them again

I’ve been using Platinum Plumbers for several years now. Rob and his team respond quickly, they’re unfailingly polite, helpful and informative, and give clear advice and information on he likely costs and pros and cons of work options. Joanne (Mrs Rob) who manages their office is also always helpful. Their engineer Hardip diagnosed the problem with my hot water on Friday and it was fully sorted, with a new part, by first thing today Wednesday - it could have been sooner but that was the time that best suited me. They’re good value for money in my opinion because they give clear information and estimates. I thoroughly recommend them.

I had a gas boiler fitted yesterday and I was impressed with the slick proficiency and professionalism in which they carried out the work. They were polite and courteous. Kept me well informed and they did as they said they would do, they were timely, no fuss, trustworthy, clean. Great customer care. Worth every penny. I would certainly recommend them

I had a spoon drop into my waste disposal unit and get thoroughly jammed. The unit had been installed a short while back by Platinum Plumbers. The men arrived on time and did the work so that we are able to use our waste disposer again. They cleaned up after themselves so you would hardly know they had been in the kitchen. We've used numbers of plumbers over the years and this firm is easily the best of them

Platinum plumbers called at the time specified to service my boiler. They checked all the radiators and left everything working. The plumber and his assistant were wearing masks and were careful of my welfare. They were friendly and helpful and explained what they had done.

It's been a month using our new bathroom and can say there have been zero issues. It's my favourite room in the house! We've been impressed with the communication, workmanship and rapport of this whole team throughout and would definitely recommend them. The initial quote was higher than others, and overall total came to even higher, however, it was money well spent. We felt confident from the start that they knew what they were doing, and felt they had a good grasp of the style we wanted. They came back with a quote and details of every appliance, it was thorough and could tell they'd already spent some time looking up everything. The team doing the day to day work were excellent. Very tidy, cleaned up after themselves and friendly. Our bathroom turned out to be more damaged than first thought and ended up being a month long job, but luckily they aren't just bathroom experts and managed to fix other aspects of the bathroom themselves, including replacing the rotting joists, waste pipe etc which saved a lot of time. Could not recommend Platinum Plumbers enough.

We had the Platinum plumbers guys come in to diagnose a few faults with our existing Combi boiler so they came in a few days later to replace it with a new one. Amazingly, the job was all done in two days and we are now able to have lovely showers with a continuous flow of hot water. There was a lot of extra work involved in our job (because the new boiler didn't fit so well into the space where the old boiler was) but we were not charged any extra for this, which we were extremely grateful for. They were absolutely delightful gentlemen to have around in the house for those 2 days and bent over backwards to make the job as finished as possible before they left. Unfortunately, they weren't able to put everything back exactly because the new boiler was bigger. We were kept in constant contact by the company owner Rob and felt extremely looked after. We can't praise them highly enough for the work on our house and will recommend them to others in a flash.

I have used Platinum plumbers many times over the years, most recently to renovate my bathroom. They answered my many questions, explained the pros and cons of certain works and left me with a fantastic quality bathroom. Their workmanship is always fantastic and meets my high standards. They are extremely friendly, have clear and professional customer service and always arrive when they say they will. On the rare occasion anything goes wrong, they fix it immediately with no extra charge. I always recommend them to all my family and friends as they are very trustworthy.

I'd had problems with my shower intermittently leaking for months - had used plumbers through insurance, who came out, tried something, then left without checking; and of course, no follow-ups. I called Platinum due to their Which? reviews, hoping they could do a proper investigation. They sent Brian round, who did just that - finding one problem, but then not stopping until he'd checked everything, which meant he found the REAL issue. He and Sam were great, lovely to talk to, explained what was happening and what they were going to do. Rob was on the phone whenever needed, to explain costs, potential overruns etc. I will be getting them back to do other jobs very shortly - which is a recommendation in itself!

This was the first time I have used Platinum Plumbers, and cannot rate them highly enough. I contacted them about a repair to my sink and washing machine, they came within 24 hours and rectified the problem. I particularly liked the fact that I was able to send them images of the problem before the visit, so they could arrive knowing what to expect and be able to complete the work at the first visit. Made such a change from the usual 3 week wait to see someone, then several days for a price and even longer to fix it. The whole job was completed from initial phone all to completed job within 24 hours. Rob the engineer was extremely courteous and explained exactly what needed doing throughout. Great price also. Would thoroughly recommend this firm and would not hesitate to use them again in the future when needed.
