J Biggs Electrical

Struggled to find a recommended electrician so I took a chance sourcing an electrician online. I felt confident to use a Which recommended trader and was impressed with Jon’s communication before, during and after the job. Jon turned up exactly as planned and worked very hard throughout the day. He was very polite at all times and I wouldn’t hesitate to employ him again or recommend him to others!

It was a real pleasure to have Jonathan in the house doing several electrical jobs. Communication by message and phone calls was very easy and reassuring. He was considerate, friendly, very efficient, came to do the work on time and was very helpful in choosing new light fittings. He worked cheerfully and carefully leaving no mess on completion of the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as the best electrician I have had.

Jon came highly recommended by my parents, for whom he fitted downlights. Jon provided an electrical survey on our first home before we purchased it. He was thorough and communicated everything clearly so we understood it all. Since buying our property, Jon has installed downlights in every room and moved and added multiple plug sockets. He was available to chat on the phone and through WhatsApp throughout the project. The house looks amazing with the new lights. We agreed on a schedule and he communicated clearly when he was available to do the work. He was flexible in the sense we added more work to the job while he was doing it (as we forgot about wanting downlights in the hall and landing when we initially spoke). Very helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. (He worked very late on his last day to get everything done.) He was able to think of solutions to any potential problems quickly and without fuss/drama. He even gave us advice on other things around the house (which was great because as first-time buyers we are very new to all this and need all the help we can get!) We'll be asking Jon to replace our consumer unit soon and we will 100% go back to Jon in the future for any electrical needs. Thanks Jon!

Jon completed some PAT testing for me and he was excellent from start to finish. Jon responded really quickly to my emails, he arranged a time which suited me and came to my house to complete the equipment testing. I found Jon to be reliable, punctual, very polite and extremely conscientious with his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would indeed use him without doubt next time for any electrical work. Thanks Jon!

First of all, I am writing this comment from the heart to share my happiness. For days, I couldn’t get an appointment with any electrician. However, upon recommendation, I met Jonathan. Not in days, but within hours, he came to my home, fixed the issues, and provided my certificates. This level of professionalism is a success for our country. I congratulate him and from now on, he is my friend. For even the smallest electrical issue, I will contact him. I also want to express my gratitude for the price, quality of work, speed, politeness, and understanding.

This is not the first time Jon provided a service for us. This time it was a small job but he approached it in a timely way, arrived when he said he would and provided an update once the work was completed. It is so good to know an electrician of Jon's calibre and who I trust. I would highly recommend him.

Jon is polite, considerate and helpful and gives good advice. Jon arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the reason why our under cupboard kitchen lights were not working & fixed it immediately.

Jon was punctual and completed all work as per estimate, and kept us informed of any problems when they occurred. He was extremely helpful and cleared up behind himself. Felt completely at ease and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I’m very pleased to have been recommended Jon. He is very polite and very capable. He undertook all the jobs exactly as promised to a very satisfactory standard. I will definitely use Jon as my number one choice for any future electrical work required! Very many thanks Jon!

Jon is an extremely nice young man. He is very polite, considerate and helpful and gives good advice. His work is always very tidy. WE have employed him a number of times over the years and because he is reliable and does such good work we have always gone back to him.
