From the moment I sent the text to request a quote to have new windows and doors fitted, Jon and Joe were the ultimate professionals. They visited promptly and, once we had agreed on the style and measurements, they were quick to order the materials and get a fitting date in the diary. On site, they were friendly, efficient, keen to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and extremely tidy! I am so pleased with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

We decided to us JC Friend & Sons as we were recommended to them by family. What a good choice that was from the start, we were impressed with the choices given by the surveyor and follow up drawing details to show us what we were getting. We recently used J.C Friend & Sons Glazing Ltd for a full window replacement across our house, including additional windows as part of an extension, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Jon and Joe were brilliant from start to finish. The quality of the installation is excellent, and the 5m wide Cortizo sliding doors they fitted are a real standout feature, they look incredible and have completely transformed the space. What really impressed me was the turnaround time, everything was done quickly and efficiently, without cutting corners, which is pretty rare. This isn’t the first time I’ve used them either, they’ve done work on previous houses I’ve owned, and I’ve always had the same great experience. From the initial enquiry to completion John and his sons were great. We had replacement windows throughout the whole house. We were given excellent help and advice as we made our design decisions. The installation went seamlessly. The house was left tidy at the end of each working day, and John's sons, who did the installation, even pointed out some small unrelated issues which we would need to deal with. We are delighted with the quality of service we received, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fitted our home with new windows & doors to a high standard. They worked very well, completing work within specified time period. Disruption kept to a minimum & always cleared up at the end of each day. They took all the old windows & doors away for recycling.

The company was highly recommended by neighbours who’d had a great job done on their front door and porch windows. After getting in contact, Joe came round to take a look, then quickly came back for measurements and details and was so friendly and helpful at all times. They helped us choose the front door and porch windows we wanted and even pointed us towards other examples locally for an idea. They fitted us in as soon as they could and the actual job was very speedy with minimal disruption. Communication was perfect and when we had a little teething trouble with the door both Joe and Jon were round in no time to help us fix it. JC Friend and Sons is a family business and have replaced all our doors and windows over the years and installed 2 x French Patio Doors in early Oct 2004. The workmanship was excellent.
