At the outset John quoted for the job of ridding our garden shed and small garden of a rat infestation. He explained that he would not bill us until he had been successful in getting rid of the infestation. He visited us 4 times until the job was done and was always professional, pleasant and reassuring. He has a great knowledge of the behaviour of rats and wildlife.

John provided a great service. He was informative, friendly & courteous, in the course of eliminating the rat problem I had. Before he arranged the first visit, John explained how the process worked and what he would do. He informed me he would not submit his bill until he had eliminated the infestation and that this might take up to 5 visits. He was true to to his word. He took his time on each visit, always explained what he would do and what I could expect to happen. I was very happy with this service and highly recommend J &J Pest Prevention services.

Mr Jorsta fitted grid around solar panels to stop squirrels running underneath (very noisy and chewy!) and blocked up access to my roof space to stop them coming in. He was quick to respond, reliable, turned up when promised. Very reasonable price for 4 or so hours spent and work done. Very wildlife aware, and knowledgeable. No hesitation in recommending Mr Jorsta.
