John was reassuring from the outset, explained the plan and timescale. He kept me update at all 6 visits. He was realistic and knowledgeable. Obviously impossible to total get rid of rats but at least they are no longer visiting my garden. Well done John and a huge thank you.

John was incredibly thorough, friendly and knowledgeable when controlling a rodent problem at my property. He explained the choice of poison, having a fast effect and minimal stress on the rodents. He gave the treatment sufficient time to take effect, waiting a number of weeks with regular visits throughout. The cost fairly reflected the service provided. Given that the property is a flat, it was not possible to identify the access points and source of entry but it is reassuring to know that I can now call on J&J for any future reoccurrences (if any) with an ethical and fast resolve. It was a pleasure to have John in the property. 10/10.

I contacted John to treat a mouse problem. Never having had a mouse issue before, I was totally naive to the extent of the situation. John explained how the treatment worked and what to expect. John was so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He made 5 visits in all until he was sure they were gone and this was covered under one final payment. Amazing service and will not hesitate to use in the future.

John came to treat a bed bug problem in our main bedroom. He was excellent from the initial phone call. Really knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. Made sure we were fully aware of how to prepare, what to expect, and what to do (or not do) after the treatment. The treatment itself seemed to be very thorough, and John was friendly and informative throughout. We'd had a bad experience with a non-registered company 4 weeks ago who had done a poor job. John was a total contrast, and very reassuring. He clearly takes pride in his work. His treatment is also excellent value, especially given the promise of a return visit should that be required (which it can be, with bed bugs). Would recommend him highly.

Our entire house was infested with ants. After just two visits we were amazed by the success of J&J Pest Prevention's highly effective means of overcoming this, and delighted by the friendly/courteous service we received.

John provided a very friendly and professional service at a reasonable cost repairing our roof netting. I would definitely recommend his work and will certainly request his services in the future if required.

At the outset John quoted for the job of ridding our garden shed and small garden of a rat infestation. He explained that he would not bill us until he had been successful in getting rid of the infestation. He visited us 4 times until the job was done and was always professional, pleasant and reassuring. He has a great knowledge of the behaviour of rats and wildlife.
