On the morning Jamie arrived to give a quote for a cloakroom refurbishment, we discovered a leak in our bathroom toilet. He advised on this and shortly after was able to undertake the partial refurbishment of the bathroom and the complete refreshment of the cloakroom. All the work he did was carried out to a high standard including making good some shoddy workmanship by a previous kitchen fitter. His professionalism and good humour were much appreciated.

Jamie and Dave did a fantastic job on our bathroom. Complete overhaul, including building a steam shower, new bathroom suite, window, underfloor heating and tiling. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work or the finished job. The job didn't overrun and came in on budget. They kept us informed of the whole process and were thoroughly professional throughout. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Water found in cupboard under kitchen sink; seemed to be loose fitting from sink to outside water pipe, which we were unable to re-connect ourselves. We were unable to use the kitchen sink and had to use a plastic bowl to contain any washing up water used, which we then had to manually throw down our outside drain; also unable to use washing machine. I contacted a number of plumbers the majority of which seemed uninterested in the job or unable to offer an early appointment. Thankfully when I contacted JP Systems 'Jamie' was very helpful despite being busy, and managed to send his brother (Dave) the following morning so that the problem was resolved within 24hrs. JP Systems are now in my tradespersons log book and we shall definitely be using them again, and would also recommend to others. Thank you JP Systems

We had a problem with our boiler not firing up in January, probably the worst time to have a problem as the weather was very cold. I contacted Jamie late in the day and he arrived at maybe 18:30 in the evening. He was with us for maybe an hour and explained what he was going to do and why we had the issues. He rectified our problem and was highly professional throughout. There was no nasty surprises with his invoice either. 10 out of 10

Jamie helped to build our house 20 years ago putting in the original plumbing system, and he is the only trader who has survived from those days - he is a lovely chap, very honest, easy to deal with, excellent problem solver, very reliable and the work is really high quality. You'll struggle to find better.

JP Systems installed our family bathroom and downstairs bathroom to an excellent standard, I can't recommend them enough. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie, he was always available, completed the work to budget and on schedule, offered helpful and honest advice and he is a lovely guy to do business with. Our boiler had stopped working, no display at all, no hot water or heating. Telephoned Jamie and explained situation, he came to look at boiler promptly at 9am today, he diagnosed the fault & said he would need to source the part, which he did and then went to collect it from Basildon, we are in Ingatestone. Jamie repaired the boiler leaving no mess at all & also had to then sort out the relay box which was being temperamental. The heating & hot water were both operational before 12pm. Pleased to have found a trustworthy & reliable trader.

JP Systems have worked for me on major projects (in SW19) and assist with ongoing maintenance checks etc. One house needed completely re-plumbing and they designed and installed the system to a very high standard. Work is carried out at the time agreed, completed on schedule and on budget. I appreciate the prompt response I get to any emergency situations that arise. This is a small company, run extremely professionally with a friendly team. I would highly recommend JP Systems for any plumbing work required.

I have known JPSystems for 14 years, when they installed the bathroom/plumbing/heating systems in a new build house for me. This year, I employed them to manage a complete refurbishment of the house, involving new bathrooms, painting/decorating throughout/various improvements/fitted furniture etc. The work took 4 months, and was completed to time and to budget. Jamie and his team are unfailingly courteous and polite. He uses top class skilled tradespeople, so the work is of the highest standard. He came up with ideas for improvements which I had not thought of, eg a new tv room, which have been a huge success. The costs are regularly updated and any extras discussed, and he is happy to explore different solutions to a problem to fit with the budget. Jamie takes a great deal of pride in his work, and does not cut corners. He and the team are happy friendly helpful people, and are tidy and careful with clients belongings etc. They are punctual and reliable. All the rubbish is taken promptly and the areas left clean. I have no hesitation in recommending JPSystems for building and plumbing work.

I used Jamie to renovate my bathroom. He took time out (3hrs) to come and discuss my ideas and work out with me if they were possible and confirm measurements. He suggested and thought of potential problems that I hadn’t considered so I could tweak my design accordingly. During the job he kept mess to a minimum and I am delighted with the results. I cannot recommend him enough. He is hard working, honest and most of all does a fantastic job.

Jamie took on the management of a complete refurb of the ground floor of our house. Every room was included, study, lounge, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom. A new boiler and radiators were fitted along with underfloor heating an tiling in the kitchen. A new vaulted roof was made in the kitchen space. A new room was created by knocking through into the dining room. Study was completely repanelled, decorated etc. A new staircase was built. Jamie managed all the trades to do all this work, alongside his own plumbing skills. He liaised with us at all stages, daily at times and we managed all the tricky decisions together. He kept us up to date with costings as we went along. He came back a few times to snag and refine what had been done. We are delighted with the transformation of our home and would highly recommend Jamie and his team.

We moved into our new home and wanted to competently refurb the ground floor. This included, new kitchen including underfloor heating and tiling, roof reshaped and panelled. New boiler, new radiators, new electrics, new bi-fold doors, new internal doors (knock through. New panelled study. New staircase. Redecorate throughout. Jamie and his team did all the above (a few extra tasks outstanding at the end) in a 7 weeks period over last Summer. Communications were great throughout on design phase and installation. There were several things to fix along the way as there always are in these jobs but we came to good answers whenever we hit one. Jamie is excellent and he has great folks working for him.

Jamie installed a new boiler and megaflow unvented cylinder for us. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. He was very kind to do this job over a weekend as we were expecting guests soon and had no hot water arrangement.
