I asked John to come and do a small repair on my kitchen roof, and as I'd used John to reroof the house a couple of years again, I would not hesitate in recommending this man and his team of roofers. Very pleased with the job. They were honest, professional and efficient from the time of inspection and quoting to completion. Tidied all rubbish and debris away and repaired some cracked tiles for free. Highly recommended to anyone.

Work consisted of a new slate roof with additional bay and was completed to a very high standard. Scaffolding was initially erected within a few hours and work on the rood commenced a couple of days later. Three roofers worked hard to complete all works in one week. I was taken up on the scaffolding to inspect the work. As well excellent roof work, all masonry had been made good and repainted. The area outside was left clean and tidy and the scaffolding removed within four working days.

From the first interview J W Scudder Roofing were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. John talked us through all the latest developments in roofing and helped us select the best fixings and materials. His team, led by his son John, are all qualified roofers and fixers so the attention to detail was impressive and the job was completed in double quick time. They were all polite, punctual and left the job clean. Even the scaffolders they use are first class and polite. The finished result is not just top quality but very good looking and has been much admired by friends and passers by. I wish all traders were like this. I would recommend them to anyone.
