We had a long term awkward problem at our Methodist church with a SVP emerging through the steeply-pitched tiled roof of our two-storey community halls, where heavy rain (but not light rain) was coming through somewhere into the ceiling upstairs. James diagnosed where and exactly how the water was coming through, and effected an expert repair. He was very professional and courteous, maintained social distancing throughout, his price was quite reasonable, and so we have no hesitation in recommending his services. Thank you James!

Work was completed according to estimate. In addition, a broken time was replaced with no extra charge. Mr Knott was courteous and skilfull throughout. Most importantly he fixed the leak we had around a former window.

A very slick operation. Scaffolding went up on Wednesday, all done and cleared away by Friday the following week. All concerned were very pleasant and efficient. Result looks good. Recommended.
