We have a complex heating system and James undertook a thorough examination and service. He was very professional and checked everything, including the boiler and heating system. We will be asking him again in the future and we confidently recommend him

James fitted a new boiler, valve, 6 radiators, a new timer and wireless thermostat. He completed the work on time and his work was neat and tidy. It's absolutely clear James is a very experienced boiler engineer and plumber. His work colleague was also very effective. James is polite and friendly and listens carefully to what you want. His work is good value for money and I feel you can trust him. He also fitted a shower and shower pump a week earlier and again, that work was excellent.

I have used James a few times in the year. A previous plumber tried to fleece us for a new boiler when it didn't need replacing last year I felt the need for a second opinion. I called James and although he was busy he genuinely tried to help over the phone. The boiler was fixed lasted another 18 months, so when the boiler finally packed in I knew who to use. James came in fitted the new one and worked in a clean and proficient manner. An excellent, honest trader. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Having had several quotes for a new boiler it was getting quite frustrating knowing that having a boiler replacement with a flue going through the conservatory was going to be a challenge. I telephoned Which? to find out more about how their traders managed to get on the Trusted Traders register. Following that conversation I telephoned James and explained the issues with him, the advice he gave me was fantastic. Result was the boiler is now up and in the loft. No conservatory issues, more space in the kitchen and more storage in the airing cupboard. I cannot fault the work at all and was very impressed to see that he used spirit levels to ensure everything was level...even pipes in the loft! He was a very pleasant person to have around and my wife took to him straightaway which made the 2.5 days to fit it much easier. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone and will certainly call upon him in future.

I contacted James when our Hot Water Cylinder started to leak. He made an appointment to inspect the work, arrived on time and provided a formal quote the same evening. The price was good and because of the risk of a major leak, James fitted the job in for us within 3 days. His workmanship is thoroughly professional and the work area was very clean (and dry!) on completion of the job. I highly recommend this thoroughly polite, pleasant and professional tradesman.

James installed a new boiler and radiators as part of a renovation project. We asked him to quote for the work. He turned up when he said he would, assessed the work required and the environment and went away with our contact details. He provided his quote when he said he would and having compared him with four other providers, we chose him as being the one most likely to deliver what was agreed in the time frame agreed, at a sensible price. He turned up on time. All the required parts were delivered to site as scheduled and he carried out the work in a very professional manner, keeping mess to a minimum and tidying up as he went. He completed the work in half the anticipated time, despite having to resolve some issues with work done by a previous plumber and being asked to do some additional work, without any change to the agreed price of the job. Overall, an honest man who will do a very good job.
