JB7 Plumbing and Heating Ltd previously traded as JB Plumbing and Heating.

We specialise in repairing, servicing and installing central heating systems. We also carry out full bathroom refurbishments and complete other work such as leaks and blockages.

We work throughout Manchester and Greater Manchester.

The plumber fixed multiple issues, leaky stopcock and fixed the water system outside. He also assessed an escape of water issue we had in our bathroom. For a diagnostic hour, he was so helpful and it really helped me and my mum feel a lot less overwhelmed with the plumbing problems we have. Overall was so helpful, productive, informative and would strongly recommend!

Professional throughout from initial contact to job completion. Was asked relevant questions in relation to the type of radiator I'd purchased and requested photos of the area the radiator was to be fitted. Quote given which was accepted and the fitter arrived two days later. Excellent job, explained operation and cleaned up.

JB Plumbing and Heating did an amazing job. I contacted them on Thursday evening about a leaking boiler and they attended first thing on Friday morning, and identified that it needed replacing. They then organised everything and attended to replace the boiler and remove the old one at their earliest availability. They even repaired the plinth, which had suffered water damage. Extremely helpful, reliable and efficient.

JB Plumbing & Heating carried out three jobs on the bath, shower, and toilet and were very quick to diagnose the problem and were very thorough in all their checks. The plumber who carried out the work was extremely professional and conducted all jobs to an excellent standard and left no mess at all behind. Price was also agreed beforehand and there were no surprises on the day! I would definitely recommend using JB Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing needs.

Hired this company to replace the cold mains water pipe in my house, they replaced only 60cm of the pipe but still charged me £650 for the full replacement as they advised that this was a 'fixed price job'. This was never agreed and was not on their quote. I tried to complain but they threatened me with a bailiff if I didn't pay the outstanding amount and this was before I was able to involve 'Which?'. The company declined to go through the resolution service Which? Trusted Traders are supposed to agree to use, so I had no choice but to take them to the small claims court. It took 13 months and an awful lot of personal time to go through this process. The court agreed that the quote was for the full pipe replacement and I was able to get some of my money back. I now have to start again and get someone else to replace the pipe.
