I needed some sink trap work done. A full removal for both sink traps were needed to be replaced and new fitting put in. Originally they only did a diagnosis, however, i was impressed with speed and honestly from the team ( Contact, and plumber) with what they needed from me that I decided to use them. Scheduling was a straightforward process. The plumber came with everthing they needed and took his time to make sure everything newley fitted worked. The job took longer than he expected to get done, about 45 minutes logner, but that was fine by me. I rather it be done right than not at all.

Contacted JB Plumbing and Heating on behalf of my elderly mother who had a leaking central heating pipe. It is difficult to persuade her to have work done, as she has had some bad experiences. Sam contacted me and after explaining problem quickly provided an appointment time with clear explanation of costs. Was kept up to date by Sam, reminded a few days before of appointment and on day was texted to say that John would be carrying out job. This was all very reassuring to my mother. She was very happy with John who was kind and efficient and the job was completed in good time and neatly done and at a reasonable price. In future JB Plumbing will be my first choice for our home and my mothers house.

No need to contact the Company when annual service due as they contact you- very efficient and reliable. Very polite and take the trouble to explain everything. In this instance recommended precise location for additional carbon monoxide detector in kitchen area. Work done to high standard. Very satisfied.

JB was recommended by neighbours. Very efficient, call made, followed up by email with all the information I needed, arrived on time and carried out the diagnostic. Helped source and collected parts, replaced tap as discussed plus carried out an additional change to plumbing which means if I did have a similar issue I won't need to turn off the entire water supply at mains, but can isolate hot and cold as required. Excellent service will definitely use again.

The engineer came out to repair my boiler which had suddenly stopped working. John followed covid precautions, was very knowledgeable and able to get our boiler back on within the hour. Really happy with the service and will recommend to our family and friends.

Our boiler started leaking and JB Plumbing came over the same day and ensured we had heating and hot water. They then came to fix the boiler (and 2 radiators which had been broken for a while) within days. When they came to do the work it was done quickly and cleanly. An electrician visited us to replace a transformer on a light that wasn’t working, he was very professional, worked cleanly and the light now works with the new transformer.

The old boiler was on its way out, and so I contacted JB P&H for advice on a replacement and a quote. They were very prompt in getting back to me, and extremely helpful in talking me through the options. Then, as the old boiler started leaking, they managed to fit me in within 3 days to install the new one. Steve did an excellent job - he was thoroughly professional, friendly and polite. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and all the programmes and warranty details were clearly explained to me. I'll happily use JB P&H again, and would certainly recommend them.

Replaced kitchen sink mixer tap to solve dripping tap, and unblocked bathroom sink. The external pipes from the bathroom also needed repairing as there was also a leak. Prompt response to query and completed the next day. Clear communication about what they were doing. Completed on budget. Small extra problem with another leaky pipe joint also repaired at no extra cost. Very polite and efficient.

We had our boiler serviced with 24 hours of asking for a quote. We have a very old outdated boiler so finding a tradesman to service it is hard to do. JB Plumbing and heating made easy work of it and provided helpful advice and explaining everything really well. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a slow leak in our mains stopcock, and were having some trouble finding the right trader to help us fix our issue. Using Which Trusted Trader I found JB Plumbing and Heating, everything was arranged for a visit within 24 hours, and they actually booked us in for the next day. The engineer managed to come early, and lucky he did as the job turned out to be a bigger job and would have probably ended up staying late if he came at the original time. Throughout the whole experience the engineer was polite and thorough with his explanation. He assessed the job and came up with a full breakdown quote before he started any works so that we understood the costs and what works he would carry out. We are pleased the issue is resolved, and we understand why he had to fix it in the way he did. We would highly recommend this trader for any works, emergency or planned. We will definitely use in the future.
