What a fantastic company. From the first visit to provide a quote, right through to completion, this company were brilliant. They showed up when they said they would, were professional at all times and did an amazing job. The guys carrying out the work were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely use them again, thanks again for a great service!

Arrived on time and got to work straight away. Very polite and explained about the job. Really nice fitters who are obviously very experienced at what they do. They thanked me for ensuring the room was clear for them to work. they didn't expect to get finished in the day but worked right through to complete the job on the same day. The finished job is excellent and we are very pleased with it. They left everything tidy with little or no decorating to do and cleared away all the old windows. We are having JC back to do the downstairs windows after christmas.

I'm am thrilled with my new windows and will definitely use this company again. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and everything was left tidy. I can't thank them enough. All done at a very good price too.

Only a small job to replace an opening window pane, but the fitter arrived well within the given time window and completed the job quickly and without any mess or fuss. We used JC Windows for a problem we had last year - they were very good then so we went for the again this time. We would have no hesitation in asking them to help again should the need arise.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial visit and agreement on price was done efficiently. The patio doors were made quickly and two fitters completed the installation in one morning. Both fitters were very professional and friendly. The patio doors were fitted to a very high standard. They cleaned up well after finishing - leaving nothing for me to do!

I would highly recommend JC Windows. They provided a quality built conservatory as per the agreed price and timeframe, which was 3 weeks. There was great communication from them from pricing the job to undertaking the work. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I can’t express how genuinely impressed I am with this company. Firstly the my fitted my parents Bi folds and the work was spot on. We asked them for something special for a door and entrance to our home and we got that in abundance. They turned up when they said they would to quote. They emailed when they said they would and even turned up early to start the install. Have your ever heard that one before craftsmen turn up on time! They also cleaned up after themselves and they genuinely worked their socks off. Very impressed with our entrance and cannot snag anything - it’s just got the wow factor . Perfect job thank you to everyone at JC windows - you are the best.

From start to finish this company was excellent. Mark and Martin turned up at the agreed time and carried out the removal of the 50 year old existing patio doors in a careful and efficient manner. They fitted the new doors to a very high standard always checking we were happy with the work. They cleaned up after there work leaving the site spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Martin and Mark are a great asset to the company with there attention to detail.

First job was in 2020, and they were superb. Second job,Johns team were great. Unfortunately the builders they used were a complete nightmare. Third job was signed and ready to go, and I was happy to wait 2 months for a builder as I didn't want the last ones back. I had completely stripped out most of my kitchen to facilitate for the build and then having chased them up for days, the builder said he couldn't do it. I now live in a bomb site thanks to these charlatans especially Mark!! Disgusting

Spot on from start to finish! Upvc sash windows fitted to 2 bays and 3 singles. Mark and Martin ("The A Team") are a joy! Clearly happy in their work, extremely hard working, and their attention to detail is second to none. A perfect job done! I wouldn't hesitate to use JC Windows again. Highly recommended.

First time I’ve used JC Windows This was through a recommendation. I am very pleased with the conservatory. The installation team were fantastic including the subcontractor (plastering), and the service from John and his team. No hard sales pitch and a very good price. All polite, courteous and extremely tidy. I definitely will use them again in the future and only wish I had done so in the past.

They replaced 3 new doors, 4 large windows including a bay window and all the conservatory windows and doors and fitted a new lantern roof. Excellent workmanship, very hardworking, everything finished to a very high standard, clean and tidy, got rid of all the waste. Very Friendly service nothing too much trouble, everything that was requested was done. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I have just had a porch built by JC Windows. I hadn't used this company before but they came highly recommended and I can see why. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and efficient. Best of all I love my new porch. Will most definitely be using this company again for further jobs.

Company very easy to deal with. Easy to contact and quick to respond. Had double glazing replaced in lounge windows set in hardwood frame. The survey beforehand was very helpful and the work was carried out with no inconvenience to us, no mess at all during or after completion. Would definitely recommend this company.

From start everything was meticulously planned and team who fitted our triple glazing were highly skilled, hard working, trustworthy and very professional. This is our second big project and was completed to a high standard and the quality of the windows were like all the products supplied by this JC of an exceptional standard. The final thing was the cleanliness of the team which was exemplary and they even rehung our curtains. A very positive experience.

Really easy to deal with, friendly and professional folks. Did a superb job of my bay windows plus guttering, facia boards and sofits. Competitive and accurate quote provided and they kept me up to date all the way. Highly recommend these guys and would happily use again if I needed.

We hate traffic noise so why did we move into a grade 2 barn conversion with hardwood windows right on the roadside of a country lane? Why indeed, because we loved the property. After 2 years of putting up with noisy tractors and boy racers at certain times of the day and night we decided to invest in secondary glazing. We like to deal with companies from our area of Lancashire if we can and googled ‘secondary double glazing’ near me. Up popped JC Windows. We contacted them and told them what we wanted. John gave us a quote and we arranged for him to measure up. The windows were ordered and ready for fitting sooner than advised. The fitter arrived, explained what he was going to do and got on with it. No fuss and no mess for us to clear up as he did it all. We are so pleased with the result. It has made a huge difference and you do not even notice that they are there. We would definitely recommend J C Windows for secondary glazing. So pleased we found them.

Really think the title tells it all. Had a patio door and new window in lounge installed, which involved the removal of brickwork with both windows. The guys were friendly and competent and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We have just had secondary sliding glazing installed today by 2 lovely polite gentlemen who completed the work to a very high standard, taking much pride in there work and we couldn’t be any more happier with the glazing . Engaged with JC windows to replace aged windows and front door. From initial contact, through technical survey to installation, JC windows were SUPERB Friendly installation team, totally professional No mess, rubbish cleared Was so impressed we engaged with them to replace our conservatory roof. This looks BRILLIANT, as do the new windows and doors

Great service from initial contact, brochure, and quote best price by far in area and the fitters where superb very quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves made sure I checked the door and its finish etc can’t fault them. Highly recommend 👍 thank you
