I, Jason, have been in this industry since the year 2000. I decided to form my own company with my wife in March 2017 and we have secured contracts with Homeserve and Corgi Homeplan. My wife, Carron secures appointments and liaises with the customers to a high standard. We are a friendly husband and wife team who serve our customers in the best way we can. Service and repair of unvented cylinder and associated timer switch. Initially in 2022 my tenant had no hot water and I needed someone to attend urgently. I tried several tradesmen but JCJ were by far the best communicators. They liaised with my tenant to attend and work out what the problem was. They reported back to me quickly by email and text and in no time at all the issue was rectified. I returned to them in 2023 for the annual service. My tenant was super impressed with the service, as was I.

New radiators were installed and the boiler serviced. This was done efficiently and cleanly. I highly recommend this company, not only for the good work, but also the friendliness. This goes a long way.
