Jacek & his team did a fantastic job for us; just decorating 2 rooms, but they were very professional and helpful. They worked really hard and although the work was completed in double quick time, the standard is excellent. Would definitely recommend to others and will call him first when we need any more work done. I feel more relaxed about any problems arising in the house as I know I will be able to call on Jacek to sort them out!

Jacek and his team did a fantastic job for us turning our little room into a laundry and redecorating two bedrooms. They were so efficient and obliging and we absolutely love the end results. Jacek was very easy to communicate with and patient with us when there were adaptations or additions to the process. Would highly recommend.

Jacek (and his team) refurbished my elderly mother's new flat before she moved in: a time pressured and high stress time for the family. Thoroughly professional and experienced, Jacek will ward off those wilder suggestions a client may make and offer something altogether more feasible….His team turned my cramped, tired en-suite into a veritable spa! Jacek and his team replaced my bathroom and painted my sitting room. I could have done that second task myself but I wore out my left elbow in lockdown by painting everything else in my flat. I needed some recovery time! I'm so happy with his work; he'll be coming back to do my kitchen. I must remember to tell him that. He was faster than he said he'd be and very neat and tidy. Tiling all straight. and all the plumbing works. Surfaces made good and painted. All my fingers-crossed internet ordered plumbing supplies were fitted, with no random grumbling and sighing. Lovely team. Piotr and Robert. I am a woman and competent basic DIY'er who gets a bit annoyed with tradesmen who are surprised that I can identify the rungs on a step ladder, let alone stand on them. He made a good impression when quoting. I am not an idiot and he didn't talk to me as if I was, or look past my shoulder for a man to talk to. I had landed up with a covid conspiracy theorist as a plumber last year (NOT a Which? Trusted trader) so I was keen to select someone this time who was expert (the conspiracist's shower installation needed to be fixed....) and personable, whose presence would be welcome in my flat rather than simply endured, even when chiselling the tiles off the walls and cutting the bath in half. He is well reviewed in other places and I can see why. I'm doing the same! I must get a wriggle on and book him for my kitchen before you lot book him up for your projects.

We have used JN Decor for a wide range of jobs. On this occasion they painted the outside of the house and undertook some bathroom improvement. The quote was accurate and fair for the job. The team started and finished on time and were very efficient throughout. There was never a mess at the end of each day. There was good communication from Jacek about the progress of the work and any decisions we needed to take. The bottom line is that it clearly matters to them that they do a good job for you.

Jacek replaced a bathroom and did some general jobs for me, while I had a tenant in the property. He was able to ensure that the work space was clean and the facilities were available at the end of every day. On top of that, he did an excellent job, ringing me when decisions needed to be made and making sure that I was aware of progress. No budget surprises! And done on time.

I have used Jacek recently for decorating several internal rooms, having used him previously for painting the outside of the house. Jacek and Kris did a very high quality job. They are meticulously clean and tidy, and extremely thorough. Also proactive in making useful suggestions. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacek, and would happily hire him again.
