After a beautiful tiling job on my en-suite last year, I asked Jacek back to redecorate my whole house, install a new bathroom and fit a new kitchen. A whole lot of work which he and his team carried out with skill, care, endless patience and good humour. Nothing was too much trouble, no sudden change of mind (on my part) ever a problem, the experience could not have been more trouble-free. As for the work itself, I couldn't have asked for better.

Jacek and his team have just done a brilliant job of tiling the en suite in my new loft. I didn't make it easy for them because at a very late stage it became clear the (different) firm doing my loft conversion had left me with an uneven floor. Endlessly helpful and patient, Jacek and his men tiled the walls first, carefully allowed room for the builders to adjust the skirting boards, allowed time for the builders to put their work right, and somehow found the time to complete the job in time for the plumber's final fix. In the middle of a nightmare loft conversion, Jacek reminded me there are still people out there with pride in their work, integrity and kindness.

We have used JN Decor a number of times and have always been very pleased with the result and the quality of service. So when we decided on a complete revamp of our kitchen they were the obvious choice, although I was not sure that they would have access to all the trades required. Jacek and his team did a grand job. As it happened the kitchen furniture we chose had to be fitted by the company themselves to maintain the warranty, but JN Decor did everything else - removing an internal wall, new floor, new ceiling, plumbing, painting and decorating, and all the plumbing in of new appliances. With any project of this scale, there is always going to be the odd thing that doesn't quite go to plan. When this happened (eg finding a damp wall) or when we changed our mind (adding extra sockets etc) they were very flexible. They liaised with the damp experts and helped us source tiles that were hard to find. Highly recommended.

JN Decor have just finished a fairly extensive external redecoration of my house. Painstaking preparation work, neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

I have used Jacek for two jobs - the first was plastering the walls and ceilings in my kitchen, the second was tiling the kitchen once cupboards and worktops had been put in. He did the plastering at short notice and the finish is beautiful - my bro-in-law and parents, who had had plastering jobs done in their homes recently (not by Jacek) were in awe and wished they lived closer so they could have asked Jacek to do their jobs. The house was left clean and tidy after the job and Jacek and his colleague were friendly and hard working. The same can be said for the tiling job - done at short notice and quickly but without any loss of quality. It was not an easy job as there were many sockets to go around but the job was done beautifully and I enjoy looking at the tiling because it is so well done. I am a bit fussy! Regarding price, Jacek has not always come out cheapest but as he has been able to complete the jobs quicker than most tradesmen have proposed, and has not compromised on quality in order to be quick, Jacek has come out top overall.

Flexible, approachable, and very friendly. We've used JN Decor twice and are very pleased with the results. A fair price was offered and a great job done when it suited us.

Jacek and his team have just finished a decorating job for me. They were quiet. efficient and at the end of the job even moved the furniture to enable the new carpets to be laid. I will use them again.

We have recently had some internal decoration work done and are currently having the outside of our house painted. The decorators have been excellent- hardworking with few if any breaks, paying attention to the preparation work and finish, and cleaning up at the end of each day. We had a day of 'odd jobs' undertaken by Adam who was also efficient and tidy! Jacek supervises to ensure that work goes to schedule and to supply equipment and tools as neccesssary. Very impressed with JNDecor and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Nice chaps, poor plastering completed on a job, had a new ceiling fitted - the end result wasn't straight...he did offer to come back to look at it, but it was quicker for me to sort it myself. Decoration was fine.

Jacek designed and put up shelving in our garage. A small job which he was happy to take on. He did it brilliantly and very quickly. Very very pleased with the result. He also fixed our wardrobe door for us for free. Kind, efficient & professional.

I recently had Jacek (JN Decor), do some work at my flat which entailed tiling the bathroom and toilet room floors and putting some blinds up. He was wonderful and can say that even though I am a rather fussy, particular person. He was punctual, arrived with all the tools needed, very polite and friendly and a pleasure to have in the flat. His work was to a very high standard and I was very happy and impressed when the tiling was complete. He's very hard working, meticulous, thorough, cleans up after himself and consults you before and during the work, to make sure the job is done to your liking or preference. Jacek and his colleague, Adam, completed some painting, wallpapering and tiling over a period of two weeks. They were easy to talk to, ready to listen and comply with our requirements. They were conscientious and took pride in completing the job to a high standard. I would be happy to use them again.

JN Decor decorated the downstairs of our house and did a great job. Jack provided a reasonable quote and timescale to complete the job. He kept to both. They were nice guys, prompt, efficient, clean and tidy and completed a very professional job for us. I would have no hesitation in using JN Decor again for future work.

Jacek and Adam repainted my flat - ceilings, woodwork, walls.They also did some tiling in my kitchen and changed the window catches on all my sash windows. Jacek's was the most competitive quote. He and Adam finished the work on time and on budget. They did a great job, they were professional, tidied up well and very easy and friendly to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

Jacek and his team repaired and repainted the external windowframes, sills and doors at the front and back of my house. They did an extremely good job, with the minimum of fuss and disruption, and were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them very highly and will certainly use them again, both for redecorating and for the other services they provide.

Is it possible to enjoy having the outside of your house painted? I did when Jacek and Adam painted mine. They were quick, clean and efficient and a pleasure to have on site.

I hired the services of JN Decor all the way in February 2011 to start a painting and decorating project in June 2011. The work included painting my entire house which comprised of 5 bedrooms, 2 hallways, through lounge, kitchen and parts of my bathroom. The job invovled painting the ceilings, walls, skirtings, radiators, door frames and doors, installing a new plasma tv on the wall and channelling tv cables inside the wall. All in all I was very happy with the way the team at JN Decor carried out the work. They were professional, punctual, hard working, dedicated, and clean. The team worked flat out including Sundays to get the house ready for my new flooring to be laid by another party. The whole project went on for almost 3 weeks. I will not hesitate to use JN Decor again in the future and would highly recommend that you give this team a call.
