Jason came to our house to look at a few things we wanted an independent view of as I'm no expert in this area. Everything went very smoothly and Jason gave us lots of information and advice whilst he was here and talked through all the questions I had in detail. His excellent report came within a day, with really helpful recommendations for the types of work we need, expected prices and additional information about each type of work which means we will know what we are asking for when we get quotes. Thoroughly recommended.

Jason visited our house today to carry out a full damp proof inspection. He arrived on time and got straight to work, he was extremely thorough and really great at explaining what he was doing and what everything he found meant. He listened to our concerns/areas we wanted special attention to and within a few hours produced a professional, easy to follow and detailed report. Highly recommend, great service.

Jason came to do a damp and condensation survey. He inspected our flat thoroughly and explained to us very well the issues in flat. He then sent us the report promptly. The report was thorough and included independent recommendations on how to remedy the issues and estimates, exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Jason.

This was an excellent service that I'd recommend to anyone. JPM was fast in responding and scheduling a survey, was very thorough and well informed. I really appreciated that the survey was completely independent.

I contacted JPM because of a problem with damp on the wall and ceiling of a room in my flat. I wanted to discover the true source/s of the problem before finding a builder or roofer to do the necessary repairs, as I was concerned about being ripped off with unnecessary repairs being undertaken. While the survey seemed a little expensive, it has proved to be worth every penny. JPM did a careful inspection of the whole flat, taking photos and using a moisture meter to detect problems. He also inspected the communal areas and external walls and went out onto the flat roof to take photos and check for problems. The following day he sent me a very clear and detailed report, including photographs and a detailed list of recommendations for repairs. In addition he added files advising on types of extractor fan, damp course and mortar etc. to be used in a repair. He was friendly and helpful and turned up on time. All in all, an absolutely excellent service!
