INDEPENDENT DAMP AND TIMBER SURVEYOR.
I provide specialist damp investigation reports and timber reports with solutions to fix the problems. I also offer Spayed foam evaluation reports.

Dampness is often misdiagnosed by contractors.
Quite often the correct solution is simple and inexpensive.

I AIM TO RESPOND TO EMAILS WITHIN A FEW HOURS -

I am not a contractor, I am a surveyor. I do not carry out remedial damp proofing or building works so you can rest assured that my reports are completley impartial.

We have damp in our flat. Jason did a survey for us which told us exactly what the problems were; their extent; what should be done; and gave us a shortlist of firms who could deal with it. His report was clear and arrived the next day. We would be glad to recommend him.

I used JPM for a survey and found them to be polite, prompt and thorough. From the initial callout in late Oct 2016 to the report being emailed to me, it has been a very easy process. (I phoned quite a few companies initially and not all are so easy to deal with). All individuals concerned were polite and great to work with. I would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Jason managed to turn around the detailed report within a couple of days of the survey, and the report itself was very easy to understand – not full of jargon, and the bits which are more technical are explained thoroughly. Even after the report was given, Jason made himself available to answer any questions, which he did so very quickly.
