When we moved into our new home the boiler was not fit for purpose and we were very pleased we found JustHeat to repair it, we were immediately so impressed with everything about Justin and when we were then ready to go ahead and have the necessary replacement installed we knew we wanted to call a trusted expert back in. We had every confidence that he and the team would do a great job for us and they did not disappoint, we only had to wait a week from accepting their quote and on the day they worked with a professionalism and attention to detail which was so good to see and much appreciated. Highly recommended :)

Justin knows his job better than most heating engineers/ high-end plumbers. But he’s not afraid to ask the manufacturers or his colleagues technical questions where necessary - I know, because I’ve heard him ring people up for some obscure boiler pressure figure while servicing our machine. I find that impressive. I also like the fact he is also a fire fighter - the heating business is now secondary to his main vocation, which is saving lives. I find that inspiring. In addition to all that, Justin’s firm prices things very reasonably - so what more could you want?

Justin was very professional from day one when seeing the property and quoting the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and very competitively priced. Due to COVID the work had to be delayed but this was no bother for Just Heat. The work was to remove the old boiler and system from the kitchen and replaced with a top of the range combi boiler in the garage. Their work is spot on, very neat and tidy and extremely efficient. Nothing was a bother for Justin, Luke, George and even adapted the work to include fitting a washing machine. We will be doing more work with them in the future, Highly recommended!

This work was completed on Thursday 8th July. It was carried out very efficiently and to our satisfaction. The plumber, George, was very tidy and cleaned up all the work prior to leaving. He was knowledgeable, courteous and constructive with options. The work was professionally completed in a diligent fashion, within the proposed time scale. We would highly recommend J.H.Services.

From the time Justin first visited the property to make recommendations we felt confident that he had the solution for us after going through a number of proposed options. A Worcester Bosch combi boiler was selected which was capable of supplying two bathrooms and could cope with the high water flow. The old boiler was removed from the kitchen to free up cupboard space there and the new boiler installed in what was previously an airing cupboard. Two gains there, a kitchen cupboard freed up and an airing cupboard gained. On the day of installation, both he and George turned up on time and proceeded to lay sheets down to protect the floors. Working as a team soon becomes apparent through the day as the project started to gather momentum and progress was significant. Hence to say there was very little lost time as they obviously knew their business. Being a retired engineer quality was important as this reflects the care that a tradesman applies to a job. No worries there as all pipework was very neatly and precisely done. Although we didn’t have hot water for one night the whole installation only took just over a day and a half to complete and we were soon fully up and running again. On completion, all rubbish was removed and the areas affected were left clean and tidy. From this experience, we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Just Heat and we will be using them to replace current radiators that need updating. Justin and George did a great job fitting a new heating system and sorting out some of the peculiarities of the existing system. It is a very neat job they explained how every thing works very well. The system has been altered to allow the use of softened water in the home without destroying the heating system. I am very pleased with the work and very grateful they could fit me in at relatively short notice.

The service was extremely professional from the first meeting and survey to finishing the job. The work included removing our old boiler and replacing it with a new Worcester Bosch Boiler and new central heating pump. George our engineer was courteous extremely neat tidy and most importantly to us Covid secure while carrying out the work. The work was completed on schedule and the boiler works like a dream. The cost of the works was very competitive and I thought great value for money. We have a ridiculously complex boiler system and have had various issues with it over the years. The people who installed it stand by and looked puzzled, but then we found Justin and he has been brilliant. He has a determination to solve the puzzle and work out the problem, and seems to be the only person who really understands how it works. We are indebted to him and I can't recommend him highly enough. Always helpful and responsive, and a superb heating engineer.

I am really happy with the service Just Heat provide and would highly recommend them. Justin not only fitted me in at short notice, he identified the problem, helped me find another tradesman to resolve a related issue and got my boiler running again as quick as he could and on top of that the bill was very reasonable. The work was a routine annual service, with checks of boiler and controls. As the work was of a minor character, the firm did not have the opportunity to demonstrate the full range of their expertise! Although routine, the work was actually carried out the next day after I requested it, and the engineer, George, was efficient, friendly in manner and appropriately informative on what he was doing. I welcomed him asking me, as a helpful reminder, if there was anything else I needed to be done.

We had an issue with our boiler that we attempted to sort with the manufacturer on warranty. They came and fixed one issue, but also found an electrical issue so couldn’t test and recommended getting our usual plumber to do a quick service and test. Had to get an electrician over to sort that, once done I called Justin to see if he could help. At this point we hadn’t had heating/hot water for over a week. Justin’s team came within the hour and performed the service and test very efficiently, and got us back up and running again. I believe this is now the third time in the last five years that Justin’s helped us with various issues at short notice, and always does an excellent job.

Contacted Justin to carry out a service for our boiler which he and Dan fitted previously a couple of years ago. A time was arranged later that day(!) and George carried out the service. All done satisfactorily - will be booking in again for the next service!

Justin, Dan, and George have done an amazing job on my blocked central heating system. Having had several other companies to try and solve the problem Justin and his team have sorted it and now all up and running efficiently. Very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. I have been using Just Heat for a while and have always found Justin to be friendly, reliable and due to his extensive knowledge able to go straight to the problem and provide a solution at a reasonable cost. Just before Xmas my old boiler was playing up (again) and having decided its days were numbered, I asked Justin for a quote for a new boiler. He discussed the various options with me and provided a detailed quote which was thorough and competitive. Last week a new boiler was fitted and what could have been a disruptive and major inconvenience, was carried out very professionally and efficiently. Credit and thanks to George who was punctual, very polite, communicated well throughout and had a very good work ethic completing the installation on time and leaving everything clean and tidy. A follow up call from Justin to see that everything had gone okay and the new boiler was working well completed the excellent service. I'm another very satisfied customer and have no hesitation in recommending Just Heat to you.

We choose Just Heat as we wanted to use an independent local company with good reviews to supply and fit a replacement gas boiler, and are very pleased. Justin, and his colleague, did a great, professional job - helpful, informative and fair price. A slight problem a couple of days later (a Sunday), Justin came straight out - turned out to be my error, but he still spent time checking everything else was OK. Based on our experience, no hesitation in recommending.

Visited to survey and provided a quotation promptly and at work in the flat within 2 days of order. Removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler went smoothly and completed within the day despite a few issues that had to be overcome.
