We had a combi boiler fitted to replace our existing gravity fed system as we are contemplating a loft extension at some time in the future. Justin had to route a new gas supply pipe from the garage through to the house, extensive pipework changes were made and the new boiler was re-located in the airing cupboard. Every stage of the work was discussed before and during the job as some changes were made. Both Justin and Dan are extremely professional, very thorough and tidy. Thankfully Just Heat we're there to guide us through the process, from expert advice for where to relocate the boilier, to best placement and types of radiators to suit a room. Work began quickly, and was completed to a very high standard. We were really impressed with the service and we felt we were in safe hands through the entire project. Fitted new boiler and reconfigured some complicated pipework. Justin was efficient and tidy, good humoured and helpful easily overcoming any obstacles as they arose. Our boiler blew up just as the COVID crisis was beginning to bite. It was before lock down and we were able to get 5 quotes but Justin's stood out. He was the most thorough, gave us the most confidence that he understood all of the issues and could think them through. His price was competitive and the Bosch Guarantee the longest. As he had foreseen, the replacement of the boiler was only half of the problem but the replacement was completed within a week of accepting the quote. He was unable to complete the commissioning as the gas supply was inadequate. We then had to find contractors to install a new supply pipe under lockdown. Justin helped us with a couple of suggestions in addition to others we found through Which? and other sites. He also provided technical advice to ensure that we specified the work required accurately and got clear costings. It was one of his leads (a contractor using moling technology) that provided the best and most economic solution. Justin liaised with the moling contractor and UK Power networks and fitted the new pipe into our gas meter and boiler, all commissioned whilst observing social distancing requirements carefully. Our new system has now been working for a month and is a clear improvement on our previous boiler and looks like it may be more economical. Justin did not invoice us until all the work was completed and his bill was only slightly more despite the extra work involved. We are delighted with Justin's work and service.

Justin came round the same day I contacted him, and resolved a problem I had with a pump continuously working. I had tried to get someone to fix it, who did not really know the solution, then someone else who kept putting me off. I would certainly recommend Justin, not only did he resolve my problem, explaining what he was doing, but he also reorganised the wiring in the airing cupboard and left it a lot neater.

Justin fixed and serviced my leaking Bosch combi boiler. Really good service and very very reasonable cost for the amount of work involved. I have no hesitation in recommending 100% and will be sure to use in the future.

Justin stepped in shortly before Christmas, averting a potential disaster over the holidays. Another firm had tried to deal with a leak and a boiler problem but had fixed neither, leaving a sagging ceiling and a quote for a complete new central heating system. Justin promptly fixed the leak and the ceiling and the boiler issue was resolved without unnecessary expense. We appreciated his readiness to explain which work was and was not required, and his helpful, understanding response to some coordination issues that arose because we could not be there ourselves. Justin and his team know their stuff! Having Justin round to quote and do the work was a pleasure and a learning experience. He took his time to explain to us exactly what needed to be done and why, even managing to quote sections and page numbers of the manufacturers manuals and regulations. You're in safe hands with Just Heat! He's also been great with some unrelated questions, always being friendly and clear.

Contacted Justin to carry out a service for our boiler which he and Dan fitted previously just over a year ago. Time and date were arranged and Dan carried out the service. All done satisfactorily - will be booking in again for the next service!

TLDR – I recommend them. We got two quotes for the work, Just Heat (Justin) was the higher of the two, but he provided a much more detailed breakdown of the costs and options we could take to reduce this if we wanted to. Both in person in a very thorough chat through the options (not like a stereotypical dodgy double glazing might do, but genuine and helpful) and in the follow up quote for the work. It was this explanation and breakdown that made me feel confident Justin clearly knew what he was talking about and seemed to care. The job was to remove a very old boiler from the kitchen and install a new fancy one in the upstairs airing cupboard. On day one we had some issues, and had Justin not come so highly recommended on Which I might have asked him not to come back. They were genuine mistakes, and in the follow up phone calls I had with Justin I could tell he was thoroughly annoyed with himself (I've been in similar situations!) so I gave him the benefit of the the doubt and we got the situation sorted out and the work continued well. The way Justin handled the situation and finished the work outweighed my initial disappointment. We've had multiple compliments on the extremely neat pipework and the boiler itself. Just Heat quote fairly, explain what you're getting, explain the upheaval it might cause, resolve any problems well and seem to take care and pride in their work. I will be using them again and recommend you think about at least getting a quote.

After ringing over 12 different gas engineers in my local area, who were unable and unwilling to help me, luckily I was recommended Justin. After telling him the problem he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He picked up the part on route and came to fix my boiler all on the same day, fitting me in at the end of his day! Having read the reviews I called on Just Heat Services to provide a quote for the installation of gas central heating. Happy with the quote and the advice provided. Justin and Dan completed the work last week, installation of new boiler, pipework, radiators etc. They're a friendly and trustworthy team, I was comfortable leaving them with a key whilst I was out at work. No issues and they're very tidy, came home last Friday to a warm and tidy home. Very happy customer. Will definitely call on them again as the need arises, I highly recommend.

Having used Justin a few times over the years we used him again recently and was reminded how good Just Heat are. We had several jobs that had been building up and arranged for them all to be done - installing some new radiators including pipework adaptions, replacing all existing TRVs including flushing and resetting up of heating, (they got a radiator in the hall working that hadn't worked for years!) and resolving a problem with our tenanted property shower. They (Justin and Dan) turned up when arranged, discussed the work and any issues and worked hard to complete all the works in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the works and our previous experience with Justin we did not agree a price but was confident (which was proved to be correct) that the final costs were not ridiculous but good value. Good communication keeping us updated, very trustworthy and will continue to use them.

Justin and Dan have just replaced my old boiler to my complete satisfaction. They made a very tidy job of the pipework that needed changing and installed the new boiler and controls within a day. Very impressed with their professionalism and quality of workmanship.

We needed a boiler service certificate for our house sale; Justin responded quickly to my call with a competitive quote - which he kept to - and arrived early the very next day to perform the service. He was calm and friendly and set to work straight away. During the inspection he helpfully spotted and fixed a compliance flaw and drew my attention to a documentation error made by the large Kent company which had done the original installation, so I feel assured by his knowledge and abilities - and confident that he will be able to sort out any problems in our new house.

Justin had successfully "supported" our ageing boiler for some years, but the time had come for it to be replaced. Justin recommended the replacement of some aged components of the system and provided a detailed quote for the provision, installation and commissioning of these and a WorcesterBosch boiler, which I was entirely satisfied with. He and his colleague Dan arrived precisely on time, put down dust sheets and carried out the entire installation in 11/2 days with minimum disruption to our family life. The installation and commissioning was carried out to the highest standards and I have no hesitation in recommending JUST HEAT, based on my experience of their professionalism. Justin and Dan came over and reviewed the faulty boiler and carried out full analysis of whether we should attempt to repair or replace the existing boiler. The report was very clearly explained by Justin and the decision was made to replace the boiler. Dan and Justin carried out the work in the timeline they had advised us and carried out the work to very high standard. The new boiler is now working perfectly! We would wholeheartedly recommend Justin to anyone and will definitely use him and his team again

On Tuesday 30th July I called the gas emergency because I could smell gas and within an hour someone came to check a verify that there was a leak. I telephoned Justin and he came the following morning at 9.00 am to check everything and told me that a repair could be done the folllowing morning and sure enought Dan arrived and removed the old pipe work, fitted the new with a minimum of mess and my boiler was on again. Very nice friendly men and excellent service.
