Contacted Justin to carry out a service for our boiler which he and Dan fitted previously just over a year ago. Time and date were arranged and Dan carried out the service. All done satisfactorily - will be booking in again for the next service!

TLDR – I recommend them. We got two quotes for the work, Just Heat (Justin) was the higher of the two, but he provided a much more detailed breakdown of the costs and options we could take to reduce this if we wanted to. Both in person in a very thorough chat through the options (not like a stereotypical dodgy double glazing might do, but genuine and helpful) and in the follow up quote for the work. It was this explanation and breakdown that made me feel confident Justin clearly knew what he was talking about and seemed to care. The job was to remove a very old boiler from the kitchen and install a new fancy one in the upstairs airing cupboard. On day one we had some issues, and had Justin not come so highly recommended on Which I might have asked him not to come back. They were genuine mistakes, and in the follow up phone calls I had with Justin I could tell he was thoroughly annoyed with himself (I've been in similar situations!) so I gave him the benefit of the the doubt and we got the situation sorted out and the work continued well. The way Justin handled the situation and finished the work outweighed my initial disappointment. We've had multiple compliments on the extremely neat pipework and the boiler itself. Just Heat quote fairly, explain what you're getting, explain the upheaval it might cause, resolve any problems well and seem to take care and pride in their work. I will be using them again and recommend you think about at least getting a quote.

After ringing over 12 different gas engineers in my local area, who were unable and unwilling to help me, luckily I was recommended Justin. After telling him the problem he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He picked up the part on route and came to fix my boiler all on the same day, fitting me in at the end of his day! Having read the reviews I called on Just Heat Services to provide a quote for the installation of gas central heating. Happy with the quote and the advice provided. Justin and Dan completed the work last week, installation of new boiler, pipework, radiators etc. They're a friendly and trustworthy team, I was comfortable leaving them with a key whilst I was out at work. No issues and they're very tidy, came home last Friday to a warm and tidy home. Very happy customer. Will definitely call on them again as the need arises, I highly recommend.

Having used Justin a few times over the years we used him again recently and was reminded how good Just Heat are. We had several jobs that had been building up and arranged for them all to be done - installing some new radiators including pipework adaptions, replacing all existing TRVs including flushing and resetting up of heating, (they got a radiator in the hall working that hadn't worked for years!) and resolving a problem with our tenanted property shower. They (Justin and Dan) turned up when arranged, discussed the work and any issues and worked hard to complete all the works in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the works and our previous experience with Justin we did not agree a price but was confident (which was proved to be correct) that the final costs were not ridiculous but good value. Good communication keeping us updated, very trustworthy and will continue to use them.

Justin responded quickly to our initial request for help, promptly identified the problem, kept us informed, and returned to fix the issue as soon as the parts were available. Justin and Dan have just replaced my old boiler to my complete satisfaction. They made a very tidy job of the pipework that needed changing and installed the new boiler and controls within a day. Very impressed with their professionalism and quality of workmanship.

We needed a boiler service certificate for our house sale; Justin responded quickly to my call with a competitive quote - which he kept to - and arrived early the very next day to perform the service. He was calm and friendly and set to work straight away. During the inspection he helpfully spotted and fixed a compliance flaw and drew my attention to a documentation error made by the large Kent company which had done the original installation, so I feel assured by his knowledge and abilities - and confident that he will be able to sort out any problems in our new house.

Justin had successfully "supported" our ageing boiler for some years, but the time had come for it to be replaced. Justin recommended the replacement of some aged components of the system and provided a detailed quote for the provision, installation and commissioning of these and a WorcesterBosch boiler, which I was entirely satisfied with. He and his colleague Dan arrived precisely on time, put down dust sheets and carried out the entire installation in 11/2 days with minimum disruption to our family life. The installation and commissioning was carried out to the highest standards and I have no hesitation in recommending JUST HEAT, based on my experience of their professionalism. I am a Chartered Engineer by profession.

Justin and Dan came over and reviewed the faulty boiler and carried out full analysis of whether we should attempt to repair or replace the existing boiler. The report was very clearly explained by Justin and the decision was made to replace the boiler. Dan and Justin carried out the work in the timeline they had advised us and carried out the work to very high standard. The new boiler is now working perfectly! We would wholeheartedly recommend Justin to anyone and will definitely use him and his team again

On Tuesday 30th July I called the gas emergency because I could smell gas and within an hour someone came to check a verify that there was a leak. I telephoned Justin and he came the following morning at 9.00 am to check everything and told me that a repair could be done the folllowing morning and sure enought Dan arrived and removed the old pipe work, fitted the new with a minimum of mess and my boiler was on again. Very nice friendly men and excellent service.

We had some minor issues with the hot water system which we wanted to get checked out. Justin came round and dealt with them all in a very short time, and serviced the boiler too. Great service, efficiently and tidily done. With an old house and a somewhat complicated heating system, Justin provides great reassurance that everything will continue working satisfactorily.

We have called on Justin's services since we had a boiler emergency over 10 years ago. Most recently he replaced our combi boiler and fixed a faulty cistern on a toilet. Via Worcester Bosch he was able to offer interest free credit for the new boiler which was very helpful as it was an unexpected expense. He's always courteous, helpful, diligent and provides a great service.

We called Justin on Friday afternoon following a recommendation from a retired plumber friend of ours and he arranged for Karl to be on site at 8.00 Monday morning to replace our boiler. Karl worked efficiently and tidily and our heating system is now functioning well.

I can highly recommend Justin and his team. Our boiler broke down. Justin kept it going through the Christmas holidays and the early part of the new year. It finally gave up in the March when we had to have a new boiler. From what was a painful experience the last time we had it done (and exceptionally expensive) Just Heat gave us a completely different and pleasant experience to the previous fitters. Not only did they fit it within days, they did so efficiently, cleanly and stress free. The cost was also exceptionally competitive compared to other quotes and well worth every penny. Since then I have called them out a number of times for other random plumbing jobs, and I have always been exceptionally pleased with the quality of work. All in all a wonderful helpful team whom I would highly recommend.

I got Justin and his team to replace three old radiators, which needed pipework changing and service my boiler. Great work and when doing the boiler check a minor gas leak was discovered which didn't need doing then but they were flexible at the end of a long day to change all the pipework needed to my gas meter having looked at the options. Justin is very knowledgeable and experienced and will tell it how it is and give you options. He has replaced the fan in my boiler in the past when the boiler stopped working at short notice. would recommend him and his team to do a good job at very reasonable cost.

Phoned Just Heat 0930 hrs on 2nd January and Justin was with us 3 hours later. After a full survey of our system he identified the problem with the Magic Box management system. He advised a plan which he followed with a costed quote that evening which I accepted and he was on site at 0800hrs next morning . The Magic Box was removed completely, pipework in outer loft and airing cupboard modified and pump relocated. System restarted and tested and all completed without mess before lunch and to budget. Justin is a thinking man's plumber, very clean and tidy in his work which is done in an organized way. He talks through the technical aspects of the problem and comes up with cost effective proposals. Highly recommended.

Having encountered major problems with our central heating system we were put in touch with Justin who did a wonderful job in sorting it out. This involved the introduction of a cleaning chemical as a pre-dose for a possible power flush, getting the system operational whilst we took stock to see what else was needed, the replacement of a faulty, yet new, pump, and the eventual power flush. The result: a central heating system that now works, greater understanding of the issues involved, and a plan for a program of regular services in the future. Throughout a difficult couple of months (with the weather gradually getting colder), Justin offered considerable reassurance and advice, as well as timely and prompt visits when needed. I would recommend Just Heat unreservedly.
