Justin and his team did an excellent job fitting extra large old style radiators in our house. The radiators were not a simple job as there were a few challenges which were the manufacturer fault but Justin came up with the ideas and rectified the problem there and then. The guys had a very long day and a physically challenging job plus the weather was the worst as it was the coldest day of the year and the team had to work in freezing condition without a single complain. Everything was done efficiently and to the right standard. The place was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

After several non-replies from other plumber/boiler men, we finally got through to Justin who came round in the evening, analysed the fault (PCB in the boiler) and returned 2 days later to fit the new part and get our boiler going again. Very much appreciated in the cold spell now upon us. We will certainly use him again now we have found him!

Justin has done several jobs for me over the past few years (I am a Facilities Manager in charge of several properties). The job is always prompt, well done and thorough. He has a real 'can do' attitude and doesn't suck air through his teeth! He also has one eye on the economy of the job where possible, which is gratifying. No hesitation in recommending him.

My elderly Aunt & Uncle were left with no hot water system working, Just Heat stepped in at very short notice and completed the required repairs successfully.

Cold weekend, boiler broke down (of course). Came 9am Sunday morning and had everything working by 10.30 - and for a very reasonable price. We will be using again.

I called Justin to carry out an annual service on my Worcester Bosch boiler as I'd cancelled my British Gas Service contract in December 2016. He discovered the flue ways in the heat cell were completely blocked resulting in an extremely high level of CO gas. He disconnected the boiler from the gas supply and said I had 2 choices: replacement of the heat cell or a new boiler. I opted for a new boiler which he installed 2 working days later - very prompt and efficient. He also spotted and dealt with a few other matters. Thank you very much Justin.

My family have known Justin for many years and he has always provided an excellent, professional and friendly service. My central heating had not been working properly for about 3 months. A well-known gas company had not come up with the goods, so I turned to Justin who came to assess and talk through the problem with me. He provided a solution, submitted a very reasonable quotation quickly, and came with his assistant to do the work. My heating is working perfectly now and I am very happy with the result. We have used Justin previously to try and keep our old boiler alive and each time he has been great really quick to respond and very reasonably priced. I put the cry for help out late last week to Justin, he came round on Friday to review and diagnose, by Sunday he had given me my options and a very reasonable price for a new Worcester boiler. We agreed to go for the new boiler and today (Tuesday) he turned up, took the old boiler out and installed the new one. No mess, no hassle and very reliable. I have no problem recommending Justin based on his excellent response and service he has given me over the past years, he is very trustworthy.

Justin was highly recommended to us by our previous plumber who retired. We therefore contacted him with high expectations and have not been disappointed. He has worked both in our home and our rental property, most recently completing a boiler, hot water cylinder and cooker installation, as well as sorting out a block sink. He is always extremely quick to respond, provides a quote and sticks to it! Completes the job efficiently and cleans up after yourself. If you want a reliable plumber he is your man!

Responded very promptly to boiler failure on Sunday, diagnosed the problem first thing Monday morning, fitted the parts first thing on Tuesday morning and then returned on Wednesday to check everything okay. I was kept fully informed at all points and the price was extremely reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Justin of Just Heat has installed two new boilers for us in separate houses over the last ten years as well as providing advice on heating system problems. He has given straightforward advice on repairs and improvements without necessarily recommending the most expensive option. Justin has always left the work area clean and tidy. We would recommend his services to others, without hesitation.

When we needed a new boiler 8 years ago, our plumber recommended Justin to us. We were pleased with the work that he did, and have asked him every year since to service the boiler, which has always worked smoothly. If we had a query or an anxiety, it has been reassuring to know that Justin is there to offer advice and reassurance. Justin has recently replaced all our radiators, which were about 50 years old. Justin supervised the work, but most of it was carried out by one of his employees. We were impressed by the diligence which he applied to the task. If we had queries, or if we had an observation to make, a message left on Justin's answer service was always responded to within a reasonable time. We have no hesitation in recommending Justin to anyone who has work to be done on heating systems.
