When our old boiler packed up we were left without hot water and heating. Justin came to our rescue and we are so grateful. He gave us a prompt, very competitive quote. He also fitted us in to ensure we had our hot water and heating up and running asap. His work was neat and tidy and we really felt that he wanted the best for us with our heating needs. His friendly manner put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Justin for any of your heating and hot water needs.

Justin was called out to install a new boiler, his quote was the best out of many others for the same work. We paid the price quoted with no hidden extras. First impressions he stood out as a decent guy. His work was exceptional, neat and tidy. Very impressed and above all finally got some heat back into the house. Would certainly recommend.

Our heating went off over the Easter Holiday and the entire house was freezing. I texted Justin on good Friday and he immediately responded with suggestions. He was on holiday at the time but continued to communicate with me throughout the entire weekend and came out for a site visit! He identified the problem within 15 minutes of arriving and fixed it in under an hour. Justin subsequently checked in with me all week even up until late this evening to make sure my family and I were comfortable and all problems had been resolved. He is not only a fantastic tradesman but a top man in general! Extremely professional and personable and I would only call him for any issues from now on.

We recently built a large house in Surrey and Justin installed a complex heating system for us. He was extremely professional, reliable and honest throughout the entire process and communication was excellent. Justin was sure to understand what we wanted and tailor his service the best he could to suit our needs. All of the work was carried out promptly and he was an extremely tidy worker. I would recommend him to anyone for jobs of any size!

Justin was recommended to us by a relative. When no other plumber would venture out because of the bad weather or even reply to messages left, Justin arrived within 30 minutes of contacting him. He explained every step of our boiler repair and the job was completed within an hour. I would have no hesitation in recommending Justin.

Justin came to our house as the water pump needed replacing, as well as the boiler needing servicing. I called Saturday morning and he came to us within the day. I must add that he did not need to as his stated business hours are Mon - Fri. Once he arrived he was quick to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. He serviced the boiler and reinstated to full working condition. He could not have been longer than an hour and was courteous, professional and informative. I sincerely wish I had known of Justin and his business prior to a far longer and involved issue with the manufacturer that went unresolved. I would highly recommend Justin and his company Just Heat Ltd to anyone who needs basic plumbing assistance or a larger more complex fix! I hope to never need Justin again but would not hesitate call for any issue large or small.

Justin was brilliant and knowledgeable and helped us out when our boiler broke down. He quickly located the problem and was able to fix it there and then. Offered some good advice too.

Justin was very responsive to our need to quickly replace our failed boiler in order to restore the hot water and central heating in our house. He was able to rearrange his work to prioritise this installation over servicing which could wait a few days. Justin has gained his experience over a couple of decades and does what it says on the tin, just heating, hence the name. I found he was very willing to share his knowledge with me which I particularly liked. I am very happy to rate him highly.

I called Justin not knowing whether the Boiler was finished or how much the repair would cost, if it was possible at all, or what to expect. Justin replied immediately to my enquiry, was very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person and did an excellent job - as well as giving very good advice. Would recommend him very highly.

Justin and his team did an excellent job fitting extra large old style radiators in our house. The radiators were not a simple job as there were a few challenges which were the manufacturer fault but Justin came up with the ideas and rectified the problem there and then. The guys had a very long day and a physically challenging job plus the weather was the worst as it was the coldest day of the year and the team had to work in freezing condition without a single complain. Everything was done efficiently and to the right standard. The place was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

After several non-replies from other plumber/boiler men, we finally got through to Justin who came round in the evening, analysed the fault (PCB in the boiler) and returned 2 days later to fit the new part and get our boiler going again. Very much appreciated in the cold spell now upon us. We will certainly use him again now we have found him!

Justin has done several jobs for me over the past few years (I am a Facilities Manager in charge of several properties). The job is always prompt, well done and thorough. He has a real 'can do' attitude and doesn't suck air through his teeth! He also has one eye on the economy of the job where possible, which is gratifying. No hesitation in recommending him.

My elderly Aunt & Uncle were left with no hot water system working, Just Heat stepped in at very short notice and completed the required repairs successfully.

Cold weekend, boiler broke down (of course). Came 9am Sunday morning and had everything working by 10.30 - and for a very reasonable price. We will be using again.

I called Justin to carry out an annual service on my Worcester Bosch boiler as I'd cancelled my British Gas Service contract in December 2016. He discovered the flue ways in the heat cell were completely blocked resulting in an extremely high level of CO gas. He disconnected the boiler from the gas supply and said I had 2 choices: replacement of the heat cell or a new boiler. I opted for a new boiler which he installed 2 working days later - very prompt and efficient. He also spotted and dealt with a few other matters. Thank you very much Justin.

My family have known Justin for many years and he has always provided an excellent, professional and friendly service. I recently contacted him about an urgent overflowing water tank and a damaged/rusty radiator at my mothers home. Just Heat to the rescue! My central heating had not been working properly for about 3 months. A well-known gas company had not come up with the goods, so I turned to Justin who came to assess and talk through the problem with me. He provided a solution, submitted a very reasonable quotation quickly, and came with his assistant to do the work. My heating is working perfectly now and I am very happy with the result. We have used Justin previously to try and keep our old boiler alive and each time he has been great really quick to respond and very reasonably priced. I put the cry for help out late last week to Justin, he came round on Friday to review and diagnose, by Sunday he had given me my options and a very reasonable price for a new Worcester boiler. We agreed to go for the new boiler and today (Tuesday) he turned up, took the old boiler out and installed the new one. No mess, no hassle and very reliable. I have no problem recommending Justin based on his excellent response and service he has given me over the past years, he is very trustworthy.
