After suffering an unreliable boiler and various shall we say uninformed 'engineers' for the past year we tried Justin from just heat. Justin looked at our 11 year old Alpha boiler and changed the diverter valve for us which did improve the domestic hot water output however, he warned us that the pump was sticking a little and that the boiler was renowned for water leaks ( which we knew from experience ). By now, so many components from our boiler had been renewed that it really was becoming illogical to keep pouring good money after bad so Justin gave us a fixed price for changing our boiler over to a Worcester Bosch - the price Justin quoted was good so I agreed to the new installation - with absolutely no regrets. We now have a new boiler with 'lashings' of constantly hot water together with a warm house whats more is Justin did not charge us for the call out and repair to our old boiler as we stayed with him for the replacement. Good man and we intend to stay with him for our annual safety checks etc., WELL RECOMMENDED

We found Just Heat through Worcester Bosch and having read reviews on Trusted Traders, had no hesitation in asking for an assessment of the work required to replace our boiler. The quote was quickly received and the work booked . Both Justin and Chris were a delight to have in the house, being friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and with little disruption. The working area was left very clean. All of the documentation was explained and all questions answered. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Just Heat for boiler replacements.

Was recommended Justin by a friend but when I called about our shower leak he had too much work on (a good sign!). Justin did great job in rectifying the mess created by a cowboy builder at our house. His quote was competitive and he was quick in answering back to me. He arrived on time, installed every material of high quality and he worked late in the night to make sure our boiler is up running so that we can get hot water and heating after suffering from months because of the negligence of old builder. Justin is very informative and has the ability to explain everything clearly. I will highly recommend him and would hire him again if I need to.

It's always difficult to take the plunge and choose a "plumber". I selected Just Heat as a direct result of the reviews on this website, as it is my opinion that Which cares more about its reputation than other contractor "paid for" ratings websites. Justin visited to quote for the job, listened and acted upon my opinions so I felt no undue sales pressure to select any particular model of boiler. Shortly thereafter I received a detailed written job specification with price quotation and a start date and time was agreed. Justin and his assistant Chris arrived at exactly 08:00 (on both days) as arranged and coordinated their work together quietly and efficiently. At the end of the job all work areas were left tidy and the boiler controls were clearly and patiently explained to me. I am therefore delighted to recommend Just Heat to other households. Justin (and Chris) replaced our night storage heaters and water tank with a combo-boiler and gas central heating. The experience was surprising painless. They did a terrific job, with very little inconvenience, kept the place tidy and were open to our every whim. Justin answers e-mails promptly and his fees were very reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Justin arrived as arranged, completed the boiler service and gave a report of things that might require attention in the near future. He was customer friendly and professional and will use him again.

Initially Justin carried out our boiler service...he then came out promptly when we had an issue a year later with our 30 year old boiler - which finally gave up the ghost. He advised us on a replacement and carried out the installation work at a fair price - even though the job turned out to be trickier with extra electrical work required. I had struggled to find someone commercially qualified who was prepared to work in a domestic setting (domestic gas engineers not qualified for type of work needed). Justin was very thorough; he quoted quickly and thoroughly, was competitive in price. Started on the agreed date and co-ordinated necessary sub contractors and worked quickly and efficiently. We were delighted with the outcome; it had been a long, tedious, on-going problem which finally, thanks to Justin, is now solved. Thoroughly recommend!

I called Justin one Friday afternoon with a boiler problem concerning a lack of hot water. He came round that evening at 6.15 and gave me a very clear and detailed account of two identified problems. Later that same evening he emailed me a list of parts and costings of the options and once I had responded with our preference, he ordered the parts and once received, came straight away to fit and solve the issue. I was impressed with Justin's fast follow up, his identification and informed analysis of the problem and his detailed quotation including links to websites for replacement parts. Equally impressive is that he uses email for sending quotes and invoices and that he accepts payments by BACS.

In the middle of winter, on the coldest week our boiler stopped working. I called Justin and he said he would come that day. Unfortunately he picked up an injury during the day so was unable to attend, but at 7am the next morning he was in touch and attended within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and within an hour and a half had collected the part and had the boiler back working. His work was quick, but quality and had a friendly approach. Would definitely recommend Just Heat!

We saw Justin on a recommended website and asked for a quote to replace our boiler and radiators including moving some of the radiators to alternative locations. Justin gave a good assessment and explanation of the work involved along with problems that could be encountered. His quote was very competitive and his workmanship was of the highest quality.
