Just Heat have been trading since 2005 providing professional services to customers in Kent and Sussex for all of their heating and hot water needs. With a vast experience in the heating industry, we can offer a wide range of services to the highest of standards.

We are a Gas Safe registered company and Worcester approved installers (WAI) and have the level of knowledge and expertise to ensure our customers receive nothing but the best service.

My thermostat gave up the ghost a few months ago and Justin coaxed it back into life, warning it was on its last legs. When it packed up again his response time, professionalism and ability to tailor options to my needs were exceptional. Plus he never makes you feel like a numpty which is unusual. He installed my boiler about eight years ago and I've never had a problem with it since.

Reported a boiler issue on a Friday night and received two visits over the weekend both worked around my poor availability at unsocial hours. Problem diagnosed and part sourced and replaced within 12 hours of each the first inspection. Exactly what you need with a young family in the house. Would definitely use again.

Justin certainly lived up to his previous reviews. He was very helpful and informative in helping us decide how to upgrade the system in the bungalow we bought. He worked very professionally on the installation, taking time to do the work to a high standard without shortcuts. He was punctual and worked full days to get the job done. At the end of the work he took the time to explain all the controls and how they worked. After completion, he made sure all the work areas were tidy and clean Would definitely recommend and use again.

Justin and Brad completely replaced our entire pool heating system. Fitting a new boiler, heat exchanger and all necessary parts. Work was completed to a very high standard and the heating room was left cleaner and tidier than it had been in years! A superb job. Justin is a perfectionist who sets himself very high standards. Justin was very helpful when my boiler stopped working and displayed two error codes. He fitted me in at short notice, arrived on time and advised me of what he was doing. He fixed the boiler in record time and was very polite, tidy and efficient, would highly recommend.

I had a previous 'engineer' come in and after 4 weeks, he could not diagnose the problem, so I called Justin, who came the next day after my call for a faulty boiler. He was able to diagnose the faults and repair the boiler in just over 1 hour. He explained everything as he removed the faulty parts, explaining what was wrong with them in detail. He worked fast, was courteous and very efficient. He had all the replacement parts with him in his van and quickly rectified the issues. I could not have been happier with his work.
