I have used Just Heat twice now, once for a boiler repair and once for a boiler service. Both times Justin has been easy to contact, reliable and friendly and I would recommend him unreservedly.

I have used Just Heat a couple times and couldn't recommend him enough. Our boiler had stopped working. He was able to assist the same day and he shopped around to obtain the spares needed. He was honest to admit he had secured a decent discount on one of the parts and passed this reduction on to us! He is informative, helpful, knows his stuff & honest. Definitely a trusted trader.

Justin was highly recommended to us by our previous plumber who retired. We therefore contacted him with high expectations and have not been disappointed. He has worked both in our home and our rental property, most recently completing a boiler, hot water cylinder and cooker installation, as well as sorting out a block sink. He is always extremely quick to respond, provides a quote and sticks to it! Completes the job efficiently and cleans up after yourself. If you want a reliable plumber he is your man!

Responded very promptly to boiler failure on Sunday, diagnosed the problem first thing Monday morning, fitted the parts first thing on Tuesday morning and then returned on Wednesday to check everything okay. I was kept fully informed at all points and the price was extremely reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Justin of Just Heat has installed two new boilers for us in separate houses over the last ten years as well as providing advice on heating system problems. He has given straightforward advice on repairs and improvements without necessarily recommending the most expensive option. Justin has always left the work area clean and tidy. We would recommend his services to others, without hesitation.

When we needed a new boiler 8 years ago, our plumber recommended Justin to us. We were pleased with the work that he did, and have asked him every year since to service the boiler, which has always worked smoothly. If we had a query or an anxiety, it has been reassuring to know that Justin is there to offer advice and reassurance. Justin has recently replaced all our radiators, which were about 50 years old. Justin supervised the work, but most of it was carried out by one of his employees. We were impressed by the diligence which he applied to the task. If we had queries, or if we had an observation to make, a message left on Justin's answer service was always responded to within a reasonable time. We have no hesitation in recommending Justin to anyone who has work to be done on heating systems.

I've had a brilliant experience using Just Heat. Called with an emergency and he went out of his way to get to me fast, identified the problem and fixed as soon as the part arrived. I couldn't be happier with the service.

After suffering an unreliable boiler and various shall we say uninformed 'engineers' for the past year we tried Justin from just heat. Justin looked at our 11 year old Alpha boiler and changed the diverter valve for us which did improve the domestic hot water output however, he warned us that the pump was sticking a little and that the boiler was renowned for water leaks ( which we knew from experience ). By now, so many components from our boiler had been renewed that it really was becoming illogical to keep pouring good money after bad so Justin gave us a fixed price for changing our boiler over to a Worcester Bosch - the price Justin quoted was good so I agreed to the new installation - with absolutely no regrets. We now have a new boiler with 'lashings' of constantly hot water together with a warm house whats more is Justin did not charge us for the call out and repair to our old boiler as we stayed with him for the replacement. Good man and we intend to stay with him for our annual safety checks etc., WELL RECOMMENDED

We found Just Heat through Worcester Bosch and having read reviews on Trusted Traders, had no hesitation in asking for an assessment of the work required to replace our boiler. The quote was quickly received and the work booked . Both Justin and Chris were a delight to have in the house, being friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and with little disruption. The working area was left very clean. All of the documentation was explained and all questions answered. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Just Heat for boiler replacements.

Was recommended Justin by a friend but when I called about our shower leak he had too much work on (a good sign!). He very kindly gave us a number of someone he referred work to but this person was also too snowed under.
