Kalibre Kitchens and Bathrooms

We used Kalibre kitchens in our old house to put in a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms and were very pleased with the work, so it made absolute sense to get them into our new house for a new family bathroom. The schedule of works was accurate and timely and the work carried out was brilliant. The guys working on the job, particularly John, were helpful, clean and tidy. We are so pleased with our new bathroom which is now much more practical than its previous incarnation. We cannot recommend Kalibre enough. From start to finish the work was great. If you need a new bathroom or kitchen then Kalibre is the place to go.

Having had Clive and his fantastic team install our new kitchen it was time to hand over to Jo and her team to install a new ensuite shower room (no pressure Jo! ) For those of you unaware of this fantastic company, they don't just come out and carry out a design, they guide and assist you with product choice, they recommend places for you to go and view products in situ and arrange for all sorts of samples to be delivered to your home. Jo is meticulous in the way she goes through everything with you in fine detail and produces a fully itemised quote, you are given a schedule of works that details what work will be carried out on any given day and by whom and Jo visits several times whilst work is in progress. Everybody that worked on the install was fantastic, stripping out and refitting a second floor en suite in a building with no lift is no joke! They went out of their way to leave not only the work area clean every day but also made sure the communal staircase was spotless which always pleases the neighbours and nothing was to much trouble for them. The end product is stunning, it's not just the quality of the materials it's the quality of the workmanship that shines through, you can tell that these tradesmen take great pride in their work and rightly so because they are superb. All the work was completed on schedule and budget and for the second time in recent months I can honestly say that I highly recommend Kalibre, not just for ktchens but bathrooms as well.

Clive and his team have done a fantastic job. His design was just what we wanted. He made subtle changes to the existing layout which made better use of the available space. He presented us with a detailed schedule about what work was scheduled for each day together with who was doing it and showed great flexibility in adjusting the first week's schedule when I threw a spanner in the works! The guys who came in were professional and pleasant to have in your home and always left the place clean and tidy. Everything was explained (e.g. electrics and plumbing changes) as they went along just as a double check before the work started and Clive was always on hand to discuss progress and minor changes. The finished kitchen is superb. We're absolutely delighted with it and highly recommend Clive and his team.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. From initial enquiry through to completion of the job the service and communication has been first class. Jo took time to understand what we wanted and came up with a suitable design that met our requirements. All the tradespeople were very friendly punctual and respectful of our home. Finished product has exceeded our expectations and would use the company again should the need arise.

I had been let down by a contractor I had used before and found myself having to source someone new which can be quite daunting. Was really impressed with the reviews I had seen online and gave Clive a call. I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. From the initial visit to measure up and look at samples I knew this was going to be a company I could trust and rely on. The whole process was managed incredibly professionally whilst remaining friendly and reassuring. Clive's communication throughout was brilliant, I always had advance notice of who was going to be working on site at each stage of the works. I live in a second floor flat with no lift and the team that carried out the work were exceptional and certainly got their steps in! Nothing was to much trouble for them, they moved my fridge freezer and tumble dryer into other rooms so I still had use of them till the new ones were fitted and made sure I always had a washing machine to use. All the work was completed as per the schedule including some additional works I added along the way and I am absolutely blown away with the quality and finish of the new kitchen. I honestly can not praise Kalibre Kitchens enough and would highly recommend them, as would my neighbours who said what a pleasure it was to have such polite workmen in the building!

We initially contacted Kalibre because of the positive reviews we read on line, we have not been disappointed with our decision to instruct them. In all our dealings with Clive he has always acted professionally, whenever he committed to a timescale he always delivered and promptly responded to our emails and calls. Clive was very patient during the planning stage, his attention to detail is excellent, he made several constructive suggestions which have proved to be really helpful with the day to day functionality of our new kitchen. We were given a schedule of works and the contractors names; all the contractors, without exception, were brilliant, their standard of work was excellent, they were always prompt, pleasant and tidied up after finished work each day. Clive project managed the installation, he would visit daily, checking all was on track, updating us with any relevant information during the process. We are delighted with both the aesthetics and functionality of our new kitchen; Kalibre’s customer service since the kitchen was completed has been ongoing, we have had a couple of issues, through no fault of Kalibre’s, which when reported to Clive was dealt with promptly and diligently without any hesitation. All in all from start to finish we cannot praise Kalibre enough, Clive is thoroughly trustworthy, our experience has been exceptional and we would not hesitate to recommend Clive and his team at Kalibre Kitchens.

We are delighted with our recent ensuite bathroom refit. The old bathroom was very tired and in need of updating. It now looks very modern and stylish. Lots of people have commented at how the new design and fittings make the bathroom look much bigger, even though the floor space hasn't been extended. The whole team are all friendly and professional. We have used Kalibre on a number of bathroom and kitchen projects over the years and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
