We have recently had our ensuite and cloakroom replaced by Kalibre. They were brilliant! The whole process went smoothly from start to finish and the only thing we had to worry about was choosing the fixtures and fittings. Jo project-managed the process and kept us fully informed throughout. The team involved in the fitting; Jon, Paul, Steve, Paul the Floor and Dave, were fantastic. We absolutely LOVE our new utility room, having that extra storage has been a game-changer! En-suite and downstairs cloakroom totally refurbished on time, to budget and to a very high standard. Discussions leading up to the work were not rushed and every step of the process made clear. Schedule was clear as to what would happen when and names of technicians to expect, it was a seamless installation. A couple of things arose when removal started and electrics began but these were dealt with professionally and didn’t impact negatively on the schedule. We were given regular updates and any questions were answered swiftly. The technicians, coming and going were friendly, professional and very clean, a pleasure to have in the home. Hardest bit was choices, we didn’t really have a clear vision of the outcome but with Jo’s guidance and a bit of leg work we were able to ‘nail’ everything and be completely satisfied with the results!

Kalibre refurbished our family bathroom in 2021 and we were so pleased with the outcome that we did not hesitate to use them again. As before, the job was carefully planned at meetings with Jo. We chose the fittings and tiles we liked and the job was as fully costed as possible before the work began. We were given a schedule of the work to be done, when and by whom. Work began as agreed and proceeded efficiently. The tradesmen were polite and friendly, the project management excellent and we were very pleased with the result. No hesitation in recommending Kalibre.

We contacted Kalibre Kitchens to get a quote for our kitchen & utility room after we had some building work carried out. Clive designed a great plan for our new layout. We were given a timetable, so we were aware of what work would be carried out each week. Clive & his team showed up on time, were friendly, and did a great job. It looks amazing, and the price was reasonable for the great quality kitchen we now have. I love it! Would highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

This is the third time we have used Kalibre Kitchens & Bathrooms to carry out work in our house. This time was the biggest project so far - to install a new kitchen following building alterations including combining a dining room and part of our garage into our new kitchen. We entered into planning in 2024 after which we fine-tuned items and appliances and agreed the work to commence following the building work. The work began in July 2025 and was completed on 1st August. Our project manager was Clive Crail, who had an excellent team working for him. He provided us with a detailed itinerary of when the works would begin and what would take place on each day of the works. He closely monitored the deliveries of the items and dealt with any issues that arose. The team were brilliant, friendly and reliable. Their attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. Our house was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. We felt happy to leave them in our house whenever we had to go out. Kalibre are a local, family-run business and very professional. We won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of having a new bathroom or kitchen designed and installed.
