Kalibre Kitchens and Bathrooms

The whole process from start to finish was seamless and professional. Clive made everything so easy for us and communicated every step of the way. The finished effect was beyond our expectations. Needless to say that we cannot recommend Kalibre Kitchens highly enough.

The refurbishment of our bathroom and ensuite was carried out by Jo and her team in a friendly and professional way. The refurbishment started and finished on time to a high standard and at the agreed price. A special mention to Alan who carried out the main installation in a diligent manner.

A big thank you to Jo and the team for creating a wonderful new bathroom. It was a real pleasure working with Kalibre Kitchens, from design through to completion. The work was started and completed exactly to schedule and to a very high standard. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them again in the near future.

We had our kitchen and dining room knocked through and a new kitchen designed and installed by Clive and his team. From the outset Clive's calm and patient approach stood out against other companies providing the same service. It was a large project for us and he guided us through the pro's and cons of ideas and designs, the final version of which was exactly what we had hoped it would be. He project managed everything from builders to flooring and decorators, providing us with a schedule of work for his team that was kept to. All members of his team were courteous, professional and had an attention for detail and quality that matched Clive's. He oversaw all of the work, was in touch and on site on a regular basis and any potential issues were resolved quickly and professionally with no overall impact to schedule or budget. Considering the extent of the work we had done, the whole experience was surprisingly stress-free for us which is testament to Clive's professionalism and commitment to exceptional customer service. We absolutely love our new kitchen and dining area and can't recommend Clive and his team highly enough.

We had a replacement kitchen and re-flooring of the kitchen and sitting area. Clive helped us refine the design to accommodate all we wanted in the space we have. Great selection of materials and a great team of tradesmen who were all friendly, tidy and made a very disruptive period easier to manage. We were provide with a schedule of works and were pleased to have the work completed on schedule despite an unexpected set back. Clive was on site to answer questions and all his team were on site as scheduled. Everything went as planned and the completed project is even better than we had hoped for. As previously mentioned in other reviews the notable difference in having gone with Kalibre Kitchens is in the fact that they all went to great lengths to keep us updated, make suggestions for un-foreseen problems and found best solutions without impacting on either the schedule or the workmanship. Cannot recommend Clive and his team highly enough.

We had two bathrooms completely renewed by Kalibre. Their pricing was competitive but what stood out for us the most was the customer service and the quality and selection of the materials used. Jo oversaw the project management from Day One, helping us choose from the huge selection of options before us, and once work started, regularly checked in on progress with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. She employed a range of skilled and helpful tradesmen who we couldn't fault. Overall, we're really pleased we chose Kalibre for the work and would highly recommend if you want something a bit more special than a bog-standard refit. For novices like us at replacing bathrooms, Jo was the ideal person to deal with and she patiently helped guide us towards good choices.

I received a great service from Kalibre Kitchens for the installation of my new kitchen, from the initial planning and throughout the installation and all the trades were professional and courteous. Clive set out the dates as to when each trade would be in and when the kitchen installation would be completed. He did not disappoint and came to site on several occasions to check on the progress. All rubbish was stacked neatly and cleared in a timely manner and care was taken to protect the floors from being damaged. Any additional items required were also arranged without any issues. Overall, a great high quality installation with no problems. I would definitely recommend Kalibre Kitchens.

The job was to replace the old kitchen, including all appliances. We found Clive's attention to detail and desire to make sure he completely understood our requirements absolutely first class. There was flexibility in the initial planning and a willingness to make adjustments when we changed our minds. From the outset Clive went to great lengths to make sure we were kept fully informed of progress and timings. Schedule and budget were adhered to (except when delivery of items was delayed due to the COVID pandemic!) All tradesmen were polite, clearly very experienced, and competent. A couple of unexpected issues cropped up but they were dealt with efficiently, effectively and with a professional attitude, to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kalibre Kitchens.
