Jamie came to install my water softener and did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and worked cleanly and efficiently. He explained everything thoroughly and provided great service!

Jamie came two weeks ago to try fix our decrepit water softener, and much how he tried. Over 1 hour, you cannot raise the dead. New machine installed today; Jamie did it efficiently and professionally and its now working perfectly. Jamie explained everything with enthusiasm. He is a brilliant Ambassador for Kindwater. We had a brilliant service throughout the whole process of getting our water softener and filter installed. Jamie talked us through all the options available and there was never any pressure or hard sell, which was appreciated. Booking the installation day was really easy with the office. Jamie arrived at the time they'd said and was polite and really thorough throughout the day. He even added an extra isolation valve for our garden hose, which was above and beyond. He managed to get both units in the different cupboards we requested and saved a great deal of space for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kind Water and Jamie for their services.

This is the 2nd house we have had KindWater install a water softener into and the service they provide is fantastic. From the initial call into the office to organise a survey to the installation everyone has been great. Jamie who completed the survey and installation was great and talked us through various options and advised what would work best. IT was fitted on time and Jamie did a great job in the installation and talking me through how it works.

Jamie did an outstanding job installing our water softener. It's been a long time since I've seen workmanship of this standard. The attention to detail was exceptional. The cut-out through the back of the cabinet was incredibly neat and only as large as it needed to be, rather than the oversized holes you often see. The installation itself is immaculate, with everything positioned and finished to a very high standard. What impressed me most was that Jamie didn't just install the softener and leave. He noticed the untidy pipework left by previous installers under the sink and took the time to tidy it up, shortening and organising it so the whole area now looks much cleaner and more professional. He went well beyond what was expected. He clearly takes real pride in his work, and it shows. If every tradesperson worked to this standard, home improvement projects would be a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jamie.

Fortunately, I came across KindWater via Google, whilst searching for a replacement for my ageing softener. I received a reply to my initial enquiry within 20 minutes and an appointment for an ispection and potential replacement was arranged for the following week. The tecnician, Jamie, arrived 25 minutes earlier than expected and set about assessing the situation. Just over an hour later I had my new softener installed and running. Jamie was the epitome of the perfect tradesman. Polite, efficient and very knowledgeable about his trade. No mess, no fuss and perfect install. Contacting the company to pay for the work was easy and handled by another professional. All in all, an absolutely excellent experience and I cannot recommend KindWater highly enough.
