KindWater Water Softeners

Having used Kind Water for 20+ years I was not surprised by the service received today. As always, a speedy response. I called yesterday at 1.30pm and explained to a very helpful chap that our hired water softener had developed a fault (it is 9 years old and we live in an extremely hard water area). By 11.15am today we had a new softener installed. The engineer was Jamie, who had visited previously for a routine service. Jamie mentioned that he had worked with Kind Water for 17 years, which speaks volumes when considering suppliers! Jamie carried out the work in a fast, professional and helpful manner taking time to talk through various options and settings on the new device. Would highly recommend the Kind Water Team!

We did some research on water softeners and came across Kind Water water softeners and booked for them to come out and explain about the product and also quote us for a new softener. The installer was Andrew and he was brilliant and left me feeling 100% trusted that the product was right for us. When I booked the job I requested Andrew to do the installation even though it was not his normal area. He did a fantastic job and hopefully we will see the benefits very soon. Having experienced low water pressure for some time we discovered that the cause was restricted flow through our 9 year old water softener. I called KindWater at 11.35 this morning to arrange for a visit to determine my options. The member of staff in the office was really helpful and knowledgeable and to my delight was able to arrange for a nearby technician to visit same day. Jamie arrived fairly soon afterwards and confirmed my suspicions that resin build up over many years meant that I needed a new softener. He was able to install one there and then and just two hours after my initial call to the office my new softener was installed, up and running perfectly, and water pressure is back to how it should be. I have been a KindWater customer for 20 years and have always had excellent service but today's service was exceptional. Many thanks indeed.

I phoned this morning to book an inspection/service, Daniel said Jamie was in the area so they fitted a visit in this afternoon. Water had been escaping from the outside overflow, Jamie inspected, corrected, float valve not sealing or shutting off correctly. Also made good leaks from hoses and replaced washes. Excellent service from office and engineer. Very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending KindWater.

Fitter quickly identified problem of worn gears and faulty valve in 16 year old water softener. He had the parts in the van and replaced in no time . Ran some tests and regenerated both chambers. Tested treated water for softness. All done and dusted in about an hour. First class service

Jamie fitted water softener, he was polite, efficient and explained everything in lay-man terms. Daniel from their office was also very polite and friendly.
