Jamie visited us and confirmed our suspicions about the hard water in our area. He advised us the best solution to protect our appliances and heating system. The quote we received was well within our expectations and his professional advice was very helpful. Installation took place within days and was quick and easy. We now enjoy superb soft water with safe knowledge that the after sales service is constantly on hand. Jamie and his Company are highly recommended by us. Haven't had a water softener before. So checked out companies in the area and came across kind Water softeners had inquired with some other companies but found them to be rather pushy. So we decided on giving Kind water softeners ago. Jamie came out to do an assessment the stopcock was hidden behind the kitchen cupboard which was not easy to find. He did a great job finding it and worked out what needed to be done to fit the softener under the sink.He came back to fit a few days later all is working perfectly a big thanks to Jamie and the company.

From start to finish, Kind Water have been helpful, professional and friendly throughout. Jamie, the engineer, provided a clear and concise description of water he was going to do and when providing the quote gave all available options. He arrived promptly on the day of installation and completed the job well, leaving the area clean and tidy, always respecting my property. He explained what he had done and how the Softener worked. Jamie arrived on time well prepared. He carefully examined the softener before clearly explaining why it could not be repaired. After carefully explaining the options he then fitted a new system. He was pleasant, efficient and completed an excellent job.

Jamie came out earlier in the week to do a survey, clearly explaining what the benefits of a water softener would offer and the services that they could provide. He gave me a range of options, and there was no hard sell or pressure. He then came back later in the week to fit the machine, and did an excellent job, everything was fitted perfectly and as expected and he left the kitchen in a good state. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Could not have asked for more.
