KindWater Water Softeners

Unfortunately our water softener had reached the end of it's life. However it had served us for 21 years, so guess it can't last forever. We have dealt with Kindwater for many years and have always been delighted with their service. Today, Jamie identified the issue with the old unit and installed a new one with the minimum of fuss. Jamie has been to us for checks in the past and as always he was really knowledgeable, efficient and a warm friendly guy. Although it's a bit of a shock to have such a large unexpected invoice, we are completely satisfied with the service and would recommend Kindwater wholeheartedly.

KindWater installed a new water softener in my flat. On the initial survey Jamie provided much more detailed information than the other companies who'd surveyed the property about what the installation and operation of the softener would involve. There was no hard sell at all (again, unlike the other companies I'd contacted). The installation itself went very smoothly. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the service from KindWater.

Haven't had a water softener before. So checked out companies in the area and came across kind Water softeners had inquired with some other companies but found them to be rather pushy. So we decided on giving Kind water softeners ago. Jamie came out to do an assessment the stopcock was hidden behind the kitchen cupboard which was not easy to find. He did a great job finding it and worked out what needed to be done to fit the softener under the sink.He came back to fit a few days later all is working perfectly a big thanks to Jamie and the company.

Jamie came to mend an old water softener - but it was beyond repair - discussed options and decided to go ahead with a new one (last one installed by Kind water 20 years ago!) From start to finish, Kind Water have been helpful, professional and friendly throughout. Jamie, the engineer, provided a clear and concise description of water he was going to do and when providing the quote gave all available options. He arrived promptly on the day of installation and completed the job well, leaving the area clean and tidy, always respecting my property. He explained what he had done and how the Softener worked.
