We had not used this company before but we're recommended them. The problem we had with the kitchen ceiling lights was not easily diagnosed but the K and K engineer eventually found a faulty connection wire under the upstairs floor boards. We were pleased with the result, the price charged and the friendly service.

Needed an electrical safety check and contacted Kneller & Kneller. I was told the price and arranged a time and date. The electrician arrived on time, was pleasant and started work immediately. He was efficient, I had complete trust in him and he worked around the house on his own. Competitively priced and I would use Kneller & Kneller again.

I reached out to Kneller to initially discuss some adaptations to our electrical gate lighting as they are local to me. Kevin attended our home and listed carefully to our needs and provided a solution. Weather prevented work from starting and during that period, I changed the scope of works which was not an issue. Alex attended on the eventual date and carried our the gate work diligently. He also added a new external socket as part of extra work I needed and managed to repair a faulty shower switch, inspect the wiring and shower unit and settle our concerns following a different electrical firm who frankly ripped me off after our electrical supply failed and tried to scare me into believing a full rewire was required. No such issues here, total confidence in their work, the quality and care of the work conducted and friendly and respectful manner. Stephanie kept us fully informed and handled our queries and questions. Will definitely use them again.

We have used 'K&K' many times having had problems with the electrics in our house. Kev and Alex managed (against all odds) to fix the dodgy wiring above our integral garage ceiling without removing the ceiling or lifting the upstairs floor using some very creative solutions. We recently needed a full electrical health check on my father's bungalow before its sale could go ahead. In spite of tight timescales, everything, including remedial work and certification, was done in plenty of time. Communication, helpfulness and reliability are all excellent. It's hard to comment on prices (as I will no longer use anyone else, having had bad experiences of other electricians certifying their own unsafe work) but their charges are clearly explained. I regard trustworthiness and outstanding service as worth paying for. Highly recommended!

Office staff and engineers were able to react very quickly to the problem we reported as we were moving home within a few days. The office manager was able to organise a visit within 24 hours. The engineer arrived at the designated time and was very professional and friendly. He was able to assess and explain the issue. There was no call out charge and the invoice was reasonably priced. Top job!

Prompt visit to quote for job. Quotation given in writing and initial date agreed. Kept us in touch when there were supply chain problems and new date agreed as soon as product became available. Polite and friendly electrician turned up as arranged and double-checked that the doorbell he had come with could be installed as we wished. When done, he kindly helped us install the required phone app and link it to the doorbell.

This company fitted a PIV unit in the loft and where called to adjust the unit next day. They happily agreed to come without informing me there will be additional charge, I got an additional 50 pounds more than agreed invoice which was not agreed. Its gone 30% more than agreed. Although the quote was an estimate , it can not be 30% over and if you are going to charge additional for the works you have done to adjust, you must communicate and get an agreement? Very unprofessional and poor customer service from this company , avoid if you can

I needed to change the company maintaining my home burglar alarm system and found Kneller & Kneller amongst the Which Trusted traders. Communication was prompt and very pleasant. The alarm was serviced expertly and in a Covid secure way. The service engineer was good at his job and pleasant so I joined Kneller & Kneller for an annual service. A few months later I had a problem with my alarm system and this was sorted out free of charge and very quickly as part of the service. I am absolutely delighted I was able to find this excellent company through Which Trusted Traders.

We needed an electrical inspection and installation of a new oven. Booking the visit was straightforward, they turned up when they said they would and the work was carried out professionally with the results of the inspection being clearly explained. We had only asked for the oven to be connected up, but they also changed a socket and took away the old oven and all packaging. Excellent service for a reasonable price. We have used them before and would do so again.
