Quickly fixed a small problem with our roof. Seems like guys did a good job. They were polite and helpful and took their time to explain the issue and even fixed another little crack when they were up there. Would definitely use again if we need anything more doing.

We had a serious leak to our flat roof. I looked up roofers on Which trusted traders and decided to use Knightsbridge Roofing. Keith visited , identified the problem and gave us 2 quotes - one for a small repair and one for a complete replacement(as the existing roof was 20+years old). We went with the complete replacement(with insurance backed guarantee). Keith and his team were efficient, polite and worked through and round the rain to install the new roof. The final invoice matched the original quote even though a couple of extra bits of work were included.

Just wanted to express my thanks to Keith and the Team. Keith guided and advised me and offered a number of options to fix my roof from storm damage which no one else had so I had choice of costs to suit my budget. The whole team were professional and friendly. I needed some ridge tile replacements and a separate diagnosis of the cause of ingress of water to my property. Keith Tanner provided not only a prompt and efficient service but a very reasonable costs estimate. The necessary work, which included tile repairs and new flashing, was carried out speedily and professionally. Some additional work to main ridge tiles and guttering, together with the painting of tiles to ensure a uniform colour match was all carried out at no additional cost. Keith communicated regularly with me to discuss the work required.

We needed to have two small flat roof extensions replaced, defective guttering and fascia boards fixed, as well as have the valleys of two dormer windows repaired. Of the companies we asked to quote for the job, Knightsbridge Roofing not only gave the most informative appraisal of the problems that needed to be dealt with, but were also the most competitive price-wise. Company owner Keith Tanner and his workers were thoroughly professional and did excellent work. The job was completed on time and at every stage we were kept informed of its progress with photos and descriptions. We would be happy to recommend Knightsbridge Roofing.

Our 25 year old+ and rather shoddily built kitchen extension roof and lead box gutter needed full replacement. Given the difficulties we had had with our roof we were very nervous to undertake this job. We found Knightsbridge Roofing through Which Trusted Traders. Within a day or so of initial contact, the director Keith came round to review the job. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism and depth of knowledge. He provided us with what we felt was a very fair and detailed quote to do the works and advised that there would be no up-front fees - all payment was on satisfactory completion of the job. Communication throughout this job was absolutely excellent - emails, photographs and messages sent every step of the way. When the weather inevitably delayed the job he contacted us immediately to defer works and again to say when work could commence. We were never left in doubt as to what was happening. Excellent customer care. Our first impression of professionalism and expertise was borne out throughout the job. His team was punctual, polite, considerate and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about what was required. His team worked late and into a drizzly dusk to complete the job a day early. We are extremely happy with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending this company. We felt that Knightsbridge Roofing is very well managed and that Keith's ethos of professionalism and customer consideration runs through every member of his team.

After several months of leaks getting worse, we found KRR and were happy with the quote. It wasn't cheap but it was clear that proper repairs were needed after no significant work having been done on the roof for 30 years. Keith got all the scaffolding and permits, and the work was completed in good time. We were kept updated with progress photos and some extra repairs were completed to the top dormer window without charge. I would recommend Knightsbridge Roofing to anyone.

We needed a repair to the lead flashings around a chimney, which were letting in rainwater. Keith sent one of his men to take a look and the repair was done within a week. All photographed before and after so we could see the problem and how it had been repaired. Excellent service, reasonable quote, fast work. A pleasure to deal with.

I had my whole roof replaced. Keith was quick to come out and quote, talk through the process and provide competitive quote. Work started as planned, no surprises. I got updates through photos regularly which is great as it prevented me having to climb three flights of scaffolding to look. I did do my own final look up there and roof looks great, very nicely done. Worth mentioning, I also had integrated solar panels installed at the same time. Keith did all the direct liaison with the solar company and they coordinated between them, which was great. Really impressed and hope the test of time is as successful and impressive as the team was during the project.

Having been let down by another company who were using someone else’s VAT number, I found Knightsbridge Roofing and was a bit cautious as to who I was dealing with and quality etc. I spent time going through reviews, checking vat number, company info and accounts etc but the main two reasons that I chose them was because: 1) Keith was extremely useful and even advised me to speak to one of their main suppliers to check on them 2) the price was reasonable In regards to the work, 3 of the guys came out to tackle the application of pulling up slabs and laying primer then polyurethane sealant to fix some poor workmanship from the previous owner. The guys were professional and thorough as well as respectful and I was very pleased with them. Hopefully the work holds as long as possible but I’m sure Knightsbridge have given it a great chance. I’d definitely recommend this reputable and professional business.

Keith and his staff replaced our existing flat roof with a felted flat roof, fitted new code 4 lead flashings and re-aligned our rear lower guttering. Prior to the installation, Keith provided us with a range of roof replacement options, along with the expected lifespan and cost of each option. We subsequently chose the Axter Force line three layer felt roofing system and agreed dates for the works. Keith contacted us when it became apparent that the work would have to be postponed due to several days of heavy rain coinciding with the planned work dates. Once the revised start date arrived, Keith’s team completed the work within the agreed dates and budget. Following the main installation process, Keith’s team returned to site to ensure that the new roof was fully waterproof and only took payment once that had been ascertained.

We needed some quick work done following the storm that blew a tile off and broke other tiles. Quote was extremely reasonable and Keith’s team helped to check the gutters and repoint the lead flashing too, while they were doing the repairs. They are my go to for any roof work.

We had a leak through a flat roof that was an extension to the property. Keith came round to have a look at the leak the day after I called and explained what the issue was and what he could do to try to stop the leak. He provided a clear quote of the work that would be done at what I think was a reasonable price. Once the work was scheduled, Keith’s team arrived on time and completed the work outlined in the quote. The work was done very quickly and to a good standard. After reviewing the work, I highlighted a smaller leak on the flat roof that I thought would also be addressed but wasn’t (this was due of my misunderstanding of the agreed quote). Keith came round again and got the area sealed then and there without any additional cost. The work was completed last week and after a few days of heavy rain seems to have stopped the leak. Work on roof and chimney. Keith was immensely helpful in planning the work and his team were all professional and helpful in carrying it out. Prompt, reliable and even little extras included as well. We needed help to fix our gutter and Keith answered our query swiftly and visited to quote for work. We had some issue with access to the back to get the scaffolding up but Keith and team showed creativity and flexibility to make it work. Work was done to good quality, and before completing, Keith came to make sure everything was done properly.

We contacted Knightsbridge Roofing to repair a leaking valley which had caused dampness in a corner of our landing. Keith responded very quickly, visited us to discuss the problem and explain the best solution, and provided a competitive quote very promptly. He also arranged for his usual scaffolder to visit us to sort out how to erect scaffolding over our conservatory. Communication was very good: his men were very competent, efficient and friendly, and sent us photos of their progress and of the completed job. Keith responded by coming round to inspect the problems we had the same afternoon I called. He is open and friendly. The work was carried out after the Christmas break: scaffolding erected the day before and taken down one week after completion. The roofers were also approachable and friendly, kept me informed as how the work progressed and sent photographs of the completed work, which included some work that had not been estimated but not charged. The total bill was about 60% of other estimates.

Carried out work on our roof. Also cleaned the guttering. A good job at a fair price. Sent us pictures after as well so I could see what was done a lot better than just checking from the road.

I contacted Knightsbridge Roofing to fit a chimney cowl, fix a leaking gutter joint, and resolve an issue with water pouring over a section of guttering. My gutters were also cleaned. Keith was very responsive by phone and email, attending on time promptly after my first call and providing a quote within 2 days. I don't know if the quote was competitive because it was too hard getting other roofers to quote (!), but Keith's responsiveness would have made him my first choice anyway. The work was completed a few weeks later, having been delayed by rain. The communication was very good as I was kept updated, and they were reliable as I didn't need to chase for a new date. Keith's team were polite, friendly, happy to answer questions and wore shoe covers in my home. The final part of the job was more difficult than anticipated, but they explained the issues and went above and beyond to try to find a solution. This involved realigning a section of guttering - more than they were asked to do. They tested the change but were honest enough to recommend I check for issues in the next downpour. I did that, and although a new issue had appeared, they quickly returned and fixed it, with Keith honouring the original quote, despite all the extra work. I would recommend Knightsbridge Roofing because they really care about their reputation and that's reflected in Keith's responsiveness, reliability and the work carried out by his team!

I also appreciated the advice given me regarding the work required to reduce condensation in my loft. I would certainly use them again and can recommend them to others.

Keith came round quickly after I contacted him and quote provided next day together with photos of the damaged tiles to a pitch in my roof so I could see the problem Work done within a couple of days of the go ahead and again photos provided of the replacement tiles. Excellent!!! Would always recommend and already have to several friends and colleagues. Professional from start to finish. I asked several friends for references for a full roof replacement and inner structural repairs to internal roof timbers/struts. Knightsbridge Roofers kept coming up. Keith arrived to assess the works and was not only extremely knowledgable about the work in hand but also the area. He was extremely professional, polite and accommodating. Prompt in getting back with the a quote and also extremely helpful in answering any questions. They repaired the internal structural timber work required, along with retiling the whole roof, replacing the gutters, facia board, repaired all 5 chimney stacks within the agreed scheduled timelines and budget/quote provided. Nothing was too much for Keith and his team. Photos and videos were provided at every stage to show work completed along with a completion certificate from Lambeth council building control. The job was carried out to the highest standards, as if they were replacing the roof of their own homes. Knightsbridge Roofing was chosen following a review of a 'Which' report and we are pleased with the support we recieved and quality of the work carried out by the team. They replaced the gutter, facia board, repaired the chimney stack. Stripped vertical tiles on the front bay of the house and garage roof and replaced them with new clay tiles. Keith coordinated the errection and repositioning of the scaffolding to also accomodate the painting of the outer aspect of the house. Keith was also helpful in discussing other aspect of work in the interim which allowed us to revise the work, which he undertook and we are very pleased with the aesthetic outcome.

I contacted Keith for a Job of removing the unsupported chimney stack, which was falling, and rebuild it. Keith has been wonderful, came in ontime, and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. I found this Man very down to earth, and that made me give him a Job straight away, after searching through Which Trusted Trader. The job has been completed with best of standards. The team led by Chris, has been Excellent allaround, neat and tidy. From now on, he is definately in my good books, if I need to do any building works, he is my first of call.
