Keith responded by coming round to inspect the problems we had the same afternoon I called. He is open and friendly. The work was carried out after the Christmas break: scaffolding erected the day before and taken down one week after completion. The roofers were also approachable and friendly, kept me informed as how the work progressed and sent photographs of the completed work, which included some work that had not been estimated but not charged. The total bill was about 60% of other estimates.

Carried out work on our roof. Also cleaned the guttering. A good job at a fair price. Sent us pictures after as well so I could see what was done a lot better than just checking from the road.

I contacted Knightsbridge Roofing to fit a chimney cowl, fix a leaking gutter joint, and resolve an issue with water pouring over a section of guttering. My gutters were also cleaned. Keith was very responsive by phone and email, attending on time promptly after my first call and providing a quote within 2 days. I don't know if the quote was competitive because it was too hard getting other roofers to quote (!), but Keith's responsiveness would have made him my first choice anyway. The work was completed a few weeks later, having been delayed by rain. The communication was very good as I was kept updated, and they were reliable as I didn't need to chase for a new date. Keith's team were polite, friendly, happy to answer questions and wore shoe covers in my home. The final part of the job was more difficult than anticipated, but they explained the issues and went above and beyond to try to find a solution. This involved realigning a section of guttering - more than they were asked to do. They tested the change but were honest enough to recommend I check for issues in the next downpour. I did that, and although a new issue had appeared, they quickly returned and fixed it, with Keith honouring the original quote, despite all the extra work. I would recommend Knightsbridge Roofing because they really care about their reputation and that's reflected in Keith's responsiveness, reliability and the work carried out by his team!

Excellent!!! Would always recommend and already have to several friends and colleagues. Professional from start to finish. I asked several friends for references for a full roof replacement and inner structural repairs to internal roof timbers/struts. Knightsbridge Roofers kept coming up. Keith arrived to assess the works and was not only extremely knowledgable about the work in hand but also the area. He was extremely professional, polite and accommodating. Prompt in getting back with the a quote and also extremely helpful in answering any questions. They repaired the internal structural timber work required, along with retiling the whole roof, replacing the gutters, facia board, repaired all 5 chimney stacks within the agreed scheduled timelines and budget/quote provided. Nothing was too much for Keith and his team. Photos and videos were provided at every stage to show work completed along with a completion certificate from Lambeth council building control. The job was carried out to the highest standards, as if they were replacing the roof of their own homes. Knightsbridge Roofing was chosen following a review of a 'Which' report and we are pleased with the support we recieved and quality of the work carried out by the team. They replaced the gutter, facia board, repaired the chimney stack. Stripped vertical tiles on the front bay of the house and garage roof and replaced them with new clay tiles. Keith coordinated the errection and repositioning of the scaffolding to also accomodate the painting of the outer aspect of the house. Keith was also helpful in discussing other aspect of work in the interim which allowed us to revise the work, which he undertook and we are very pleased with the aesthetic outcome.

I contacted Keith for a Job of removing the unsupported chimney stack, which was falling, and rebuild it. Keith has been wonderful, came in ontime, and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. I found this Man very down to earth, and that made me give him a Job straight away, after searching through Which Trusted Trader. The job has been completed with best of standards. The team led by Chris, has been Excellent allaround, neat and tidy. From now on, he is definately in my good books, if I need to do any building works, he is my first of call. I have no hesitation in recommending Knightsbridge Roofing Ltd. for top quality work and great customer service at a competitive price. Our handyman alerted us to the poor condition of the chimney stack and parapet wall on one side of the roof of our terraced house. Some chunks of masonry had broken loose through weathering, and render was cracked and missing in places. Keith came round to discuss what work would be needed and sent a detailed quote, giving us a couple of different priced options. Keith’s manner and approach inspired confidence and after accepting the quote, work commenced a week later. Keith’s two workers were like roofing ninjas! They worked quickly and quietly, completing the bulk of the work in an afternoon. They returned the next day to clean up the lead flashing and apply patination oil to prevent the lead from oxidizing. They provided plenty of before and after photos so we could see for ourselves the positive transformation. A first rate company.

I had to have my flat roof redone and my rooflight removed and replaced with a new one, not because it was old, but because the work had been installed incorrectly. I needed work that was done correctly and also done in a timely manner. Due to the time of year. I was explained what the problem was with my flat roof, and shown in photos the problems as it was being repaired. This was another problem waiting to happen. Keith explained the issue, though not something you want to hear. I am really happy now that he has been repaired. All the way through, all work was photographed, so you knew exactly what was had been done that day. If you need work done, where you cannot see what is happening, you need a company that will show you their work as they do it. If you are thinking of any roof work such a loft or roof-lights installed. Take it from me, go to a company that normally does this type of work Monday to Friday. Do not get a contractor to carryout the work.

I’ve used Knightsbridge Roofing on a number of occasions … small jobs for them but important for me. They inspected & fixed some guttering and affixed chimney cowls to a 3rd storey building. Keith & the team have been brilliant both times. They communicate quickly & clearly, and do the job they say they will, on time & properly. Knightsbridge Roofing replaced my neighbour's flat roof early last year. I asked Keith to inspect mine at the time and he said it was OK but to bear in mind it was probably coming to the end of its life - no pushing to do it there and then. He also did some repair work for another neighbour and both were extremely pleased. After a bitterly cold winter, I decided this summer was the time to replace my flat roof and to incorporate insulation. Keith explained in detail what was involved and his team carried out the work on time whilst dodging difficult weather situations. They provided daily photographs showing progress and I am assured by another neighbour with more expertise than me that it is an extremely impressive job (I haven’t been up there myself)! I have no hesitation in recommending this company as they went out of their way to be helpful and professional.

Keith has restored my faith in the roofing profession. He and his team replaced the flaunching on our chimneys; guttering and soffits plus re-aligned a number of roof tiles which had slipped. These repairs finally fixed leaks which we have two other roofing companies failed to do in the past 4 years. They also re-felted our Victorian porch roof. Keith was extremely thorough in his explanations, made sure I understood options and very kindly facilitated a double glazing company to fit some windows while the scaffolding was up, plus liaised with our neighbour as the flaunching repairs were on our shared stack. His team also took numerous photos and videos when they uncovered a couple of other issues whilst undertaking the pre-agreed work. They were the cheapest of the quotes I had received and the extra costs arising from new issues were extremely fair. I have already shared their details with various friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to contact them again.

Keith and his team completed a full replacement including insulation of the flat roof of our building (a Victorian building containing four flats) plus adding fascia boards, felting, any additional repairs etc. He is an exceptional contractor in every way. From the start Keith was a great communicator - clear about the work that was needed and when it would be done. He kept us informed at every step of the process, as I was not onsite, including very regular and detailed photos of progress - which is unusual in my experience, and was very helpful. The quality of his work was extremely high and during the process of completing the roof replacement his team spotted and carried out at no additional cost additional repairs/fixes to other areas which had been bodged by previous contractors and so were in danger of allowing leaks. His quote was extremely fair for the work required and he did not overquote for any work which he felt was unneccessary, - he had carried out a good assessment prior to quoting in order to quote accurately. Keith and his team really know what they are doing and do not just quote for a complete replacement if this isn't needed. He had previously done some work for us prior to this job and explained carefully with photographic support why this work was necessary now. He is always willing to explain things and is extremely pleasant and clear to deal with. All works were completed on time, on budget and as per quote. Extremely highly recommended.

Keith with Knightsbridge Roofing was wonderful to work with! We needed to completely refurbish our roof in order to repair leaks that were occurring. We were not able to be onsite for the work that was done, but Keith was very attentive to detail and communicative with walking us through everything he was going to do. He also took many photos of before and after the work was done. The quality of their work was of high standards and accurate. Sorted an ingress of water on a large zinc roof at work and re-cemented the flashing in place on another building. The quotation was clearly itemised and costed at each stage. Scaffolding and works started on time. Keith’s team were knowledgeable, polite and hard working.
