Keith has restored my faith in the roofing profession. He and his team replaced the flaunching on our chimneys; guttering and soffits plus re-aligned a number of roof tiles which had slipped. These repairs finally fixed leaks which we have two other roofing companies failed to do in the past 4 years. They also re-felted our Victorian porch roof. Keith was extremely thorough in his explanations, made sure I understood options and very kindly facilitated a double glazing company to fit some windows while the scaffolding was up, plus liaised with our neighbour as the flaunching repairs were on our shared stack. His team also took numerous photos and videos when they uncovered a couple of other issues whilst undertaking the pre-agreed work. They were the cheapest of the quotes I had received and the extra costs arising from new issues were extremely fair. I have already shared their details with various friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to contact them again.

Keith and his team completed a full replacement including insulation of the flat roof of our building (a Victorian building containing four flats) plus adding fascia boards, felting, any additional repairs etc. He is an exceptional contractor in every way. From the start Keith was a great communicator - clear about the work that was needed and when it would be done. He kept us informed at every step of the process, as I was not onsite, including very regular and detailed photos of progress - which is unusual in my experience, and was very helpful. The quality of his work was extremely high and during the process of completing the roof replacement his team spotted and carried out at no additional cost additional repairs/fixes to other areas which had been bodged by previous contractors and so were in danger of allowing leaks. His quote was extremely fair for the work required and he did not overquote for any work which he felt was unneccessary, - he had carried out a good assessment prior to quoting in order to quote accurately. Keith and his team really know what they are doing and do not just quote for a complete replacement if this isn't needed. He had previously done some work for us prior to this job and explained carefully with photographic support why this work was necessary now. He is always willing to explain things and is extremely pleasant and clear to deal with. All works were completed on time, on budget and as per quote. Extremely highly recommended.

Keith with Knightsbridge Roofing was wonderful to work with! We needed to completely refurbish our roof in order to repair leaks that were occurring. We were not able to be onsite for the work that was done, but Keith was very attentive to detail and communicative with walking us through everything he was going to do. He also took many photos of before and after the work was done. The quality of their work was of high standards and accurate. Keith was recommended by my builder and has proved a fantastic find. Communicative, efficient and with a lovely team who know their stuff. He has fixed problems on both my roof and the studio roofs of the company I work for. Replaced the dormer covering, fixed slates, and repaired the work of a con man I foolishly allowed on my roof. Sorted an ingress of water on a large zinc roof at work and re-cemented the flashing in place on another building. They assessed the work needed, took photos to explain what was going on and then sent photos of the finished repairs. Keith always got back to me in a timely fashion and went the extra mile. I chose Knightsbridge Roofing, having read the reviews on Which, to renew the rear addition slated roof and take down a chimney stack. I certainly wasn’t disappointed. The quotation was clearly itemised and costed at each stage. Scaffolding and works started on time. Keith’s team were knowledgeable, polite and hard working. At each stage Keith would send photos of the work done and reply very quickly to any questions I had. On completion I was invoiced as per quotation and received an Insurance backed guarantee for ten years. Keith was genuine and responded well to my questions. His staff were polite, efficient, neat and tidy. They repaired the bay and added lead flashing which was all done in one day. We have had rain several times since and all is well. The quote came in at slightly less which was a bonus.

I contacted Knightsbridge Roofing for a quote to fix a defect in our gutter. Keith attended on time, explained clearly what the issue was and how he would go about fixing it, and later sent me a quote. The job was relatively simple (or so Keith said!) but access was tricky. Keith and his team fixed the issue as agreed. When I got the bill Keith had charged less than the initial quote, it turns out that in the end access had not been as difficult as initially thought. Professional and reliable service, I can recommend without hesitation and I will use again if I ever need another roofing job.

Keith and his team provided an extremely professional, efficient, and trustworthy service. Our slate roof was leaking and we were struggling to find a reliable roofer in our local area. Unlike other quotes we received, Keith was able to identify the likely source of the leak and gave us two options for the repair work at competitive and reasonable rates. Knightsbridge Roofing (KR) completed a total rear extension flat roof replacement measuring 64sqm in 5 days. Provided with a detailed quotation and clear explanation of the work required I was confident from the start that KR would do a good job. I was not disappointed. With 6-4 workers per day in dry but extremely cold weather work was carried out at a pace in a highly professional manner. Not being on site to ‘see’ the work, detailed reports, with photographs, were provided. KR communication throughout was excellent. Keith Tanner has been exceptional from start to finish. Knightsbridge Roofing re-flaunched a chimney stack and replaced a broken chimney pot which was discovered after the works started. They also booked the scaffolding. Keith was very clear and communicative throughout. He was precise in explaining the costing, and confirmed all the key points in writing. During the job Keith's men on site kept me informed about progress, showed me photos of the damage and explained the work being done. Keith called me to explain why I needed a new chimney pot and agreed the price with me up front. They spotted a couple of small other problems and quickly fixed them for no extra charge. Keith followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied after completion. He invoiced me and confirmed receipt of my bank transfer quickly. The price was competitive. Knightsbridge had done some excellent work for us a year or so ago, so I contacted Keith immediately with regard to our leak. He called within the hour to assess the situation and sent his guys over from another job to affect a repair. The location of the leak, however, proved much more difficult than anticipated, and two further visits were required before the problem was finally resolved. Keith and his team are reliable and efficient. They are highly experienced and approached what turned out to be a problematic situation with total professionalism, with photographs of the work carried out being taken at each visit.

I contacted Knightsbridge Roofing at 7.30 after a very wet and stormy night when water had dropped from the light fitting in a bathroom. I had an immediate text response promising a call later that morning as they were very busy; others had suffered. They called at 11.30 and arrived at 12.30. Contacted Keith at Knightsbridge Roofing after work done on our neighbour’s house. Speedy response (as always from him), followed by site visit and detailed quotation. Reasonable price agreed and work scheduled for about three weeks as we were away until then. Job completed as arranged, guys on site were incredibly friendly and helpful, we were kept informed of progress throughout, all waste cleared and a good job done. One great thing was that on completion Keith sent numerous photos detailing the work in progress, showing exactly what was done in each stage followed by photos of the finished job, an unexpected and useful bonus. I was recommended to this firm by a friend who had employedthem and was very impressed. I telephoned about my gutter problem and Keith came round within 24 hours. He texted me a qote the same afternoon, which i accepted and 2 days later rang to say they'd had a cancellation and could do it that afternoon, if I was agreeable. Two very pleasant workmen arrived within the hour. They were courteous, helpful and very thorough and did an excellent job, leaving everything immaculately tidy. We had tried 5 different roofing companies before we came across Keith and Knightsbridge Roofing. All the other companies couldn't offer the service for all the repairs that were needed from installing new lead flashing to re-designing a GRP cover. Keith came over, could see all the problems and had staff who could do all the work. Keith and his team are both courteous and professional. They work hard and try as much as possible to minimise noise and any disruption. You also get pictures each day of the work they have done!
