Knightsbridge Roofing Ltd was recommended to us after we had problems with a leaking roof which meant that water was coming into our bedroom when it rained. Keith the Director was very approachable, professional, friendly and polite. He visited our property quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix the roof; gave good advice on how to repair the interior damage that the leaks caused, as well as going forward, what he was prepared to do if the problem was not resolved. He also sent over one of his team, Chris, to take video clips and photographs of the roof to show us the extent of the damage to the tiles, which was very helpful and informative. Whilst inspecting the roof, Chris did a temporary repair job before the final repairs could be done soon after, which was very welcoming. When the team arrived to carry out the final repairs, they were punctual, very polite and they explained in detail the type of tile they used to match our existing ones and what they did to fix the leaks. Altogether our experience with this company in all aspects has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Keith and his team are extremely efficient, very reliable, dependable and nothing is too much trouble. They really go that extra mile to ensure that they produce excellent work which they are proud of, whilst also delivering excellent customer care and satisfaction.

We have seen Knightsbridge Roofing work on some of our neighbours' roofs over the past few years and Keith and his team came highly recommended. We asked Keith to sort out a leak with our roof as where we live they are problematic. Keith knows the roofs well. We had a complete video survey of the roof which explained where the problems are and how Knightsbridge Roofing could tackle them. I also thought at the same time it would advantageous to replace the Velux windows. I would be totally satisfied that as when we plan one day to sell the house to retire I would know that I have everything in the house in order and that I have a guarantee on the roof that we can show the buyers. Work started on a cold January Monday morning. Work was fast and efficient. All the team were friendly and cooperative. We got to know them well after the two weeks. Yes, I was introduced to Keith and his team by my neighbours. Knightsbridge Roofing had helped me out concerning a leak. Later on, I approached about to discuss having a new roof. Having spent many hours looking at the roof. We agreed on the work and included new Velux Windows. They gave great attention to detail doing a video of existing roof to show me what they were going to do and each day a video of what they had done. Very technical team all worked well together and very pleasant to be with. Work and costs were broken down in detail. Would have no hesitation in recommending Keith and his team.

Previously used Knightsbridge in about 2004/2005 for missing tiles and following a leak in the roof causing water ingress in the room below I contacted Knightsbridge. Although the roof was inaccessible without scaffolding I was advised that the age of the roof (20-35 years) meant that it would need replacing. This seemed reasonable so was happy to proceed and the quote was provided fast. It was about what I was expecting so was happy to proceed without getting alternative quotes. The scaffolding was erected work was completed to schedule and photographs were provided for each day of the work. This was very useful as the height was too high to see. I am assured that any issues will be resolved under the ten-year guarantee. I am very happy to recommend Knightsbridge for roofing work.

I recently needed to find a roofer/company that could repair flashing as I'd had a leak since a new extension was fitted to the house. I called Knightsbridge roofing and they came out to investigate the issue. He arrived on the day he said he would and advised when looking at the issue what he thought may be the problem, which was down to how the flashing had been installed. Post this, he said he'd send me a quote to fix the work and did as promised. It wasn't much longer post accepting the quote that the team came to fix the flashing. They worked quickly and effectively to redo my flashing, ripping out everything that had been previously installed and redoing it all. The team were very friendly and informative and explained what was being done and some other observations they noticed whilst doing the work. I found them very professional and knowledgeable as well as honest, he has a passion for what he does. He was also very helpful in advising me of other issues that I had with the installation of my roof, going above and beyond repairing my flashing and providing advise on what could be done to get my other issues resolved. I would recommend Knightsbridge Roofing, quick workers and did a very neat job. I have also not had any leaking since the work has been done.

As a female pensioner living alone, I feel very vulnerable. So, when I called Knightsbridge Roofing from the 'Which' website following a terrible roof repair from a local builder on my 3-storey townhouse which left me with a 1ft square hole in the roof over Xmas and totally stressed and worried, Keith Tanner came on time to assess the work, reassured me on how he would do the repair, sent a quote within 24 hours and was very helpful with advice prior and during the works. The repair was done within a week to my total satisfaction, the workmen were efficient, tidy, polite and did a superb job, even driving several miles to collect the single last tile that was needed! Keith also sent photos of the work done which was very helpful! Keith also used a superb scaffolding company that were quick, polite and efficient, well done to them too! Knightsbridge Roofing have very satisfactorily completed work on our leaking 1960's roof, which is part of a small block of flats. They were prompt, knowledgeable, informative and gave us 2 estimates. This is the first time we have used this company - the usual roofer was too busy - and we would certainly choose this company again. Although there were numerous problems for them including the weather, difficulty sourcing concrete tiles and revealing numerous unforeseen structural problems with the valley and surrounding roof, the work was completed on budget and to the agreed schedule. The scaffold company they used was outstanding, everyone was very helpful and the ongoing communication excellent. So a big thanks to Which? for introducing us to Knightsbridge Roofing and his crew.

We own the freehold of a house in West London with a multi level roof. The roof was fully replaced in 2013 including stonework and felting. We had had considerable difficulties in the past. KR were recommended by the builder and the work was done expertly, on time and within budget - a rarity in London. After 8 years the roof works are in very good condition and remain so following an inspection today. We have had a number of small call outs since the main contract and Mr Tanner is always courteous and efficient - this review is following the most recent call out - an inspection of the roof for insurance purposes. Again his team were very timely at a difficult time of year and no charge was levied for their visit. A highly professional outfit in every way.

Recently had the whole roof redone and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. These guys clearly take pride in their work and went way over what was required to ensure I was happy with their work. The communication was good they're easy to contact they clearly explain the work. They turned up on time and respected me and our home. After unfortunately getting some bad work done on our roof by a company recommended on Check a Trade, we had Knightsbridge round to give us quote to help us stop a leak. They gave us a range of quotes including getting the full roof done and a smaller job to stop the leak. The people who came to do the job turned up on time, communicated well and were polite and courteous in my home. I would be happy to recommend them.

We had some heavy rains in September 2021 and I noticed that there was a leak from the roof at the front of the house onto my bedroom. I called several roofers from the Which Trusted Trader site and 3 came out to quote for the works, although many were fully booked. Two quotes seemed high whilst another came but didn’t want to do the job. I finally found Knightsbridge Roofing on the Which Trusted Traders site and the customer reviews were excellent. From the moment I spoke to Keith to the conclusion of all the roofing works (cutting out out and repairing valleys, plus additional works replacing guttering, fascia and downpipes) he was very professional, informed and instilled confidence. All works were completed quickly and competently, with the roofers going the extra mile with some of the works. The price was good value and customer service was excellent as Keith would always reply promptly to my emails and would send pictures of the works. I would gladly use Knightsbridge Roofing again in the future.

Start work on time. Keep to budget. Repair. Replace damaged and missing tiles. Re-bed 3 main ridge. Tiles. Repointed all dividing ridge tiles from next door. Re-fitted flashing to chimney. recemented all valleys.

I approached Knightsbridge Roofers when I saw their van parked round the corner from my house. There is a flat roof that was leaking very badly after a shoddy repair last year. My husband is very ill and needed that room for a live in nurse. I had approached several roofing companies but they were all too busy. Keith Tanner and his colleagues offered to come straight away and solved my problem. It was extremely kind of them to help me at a difficult time. The work was carried out extremely well and the workmen were efficient and curteous. It was an emergency repair but I will certainly ask them to carry out the permanent repair in the spring. They have solved the problem and can now use that room.

Possibly, one of the most priceless commodities in this strange old world of ours is integrity and Knightsbridge Roofing has this in bucketloads. Their staff were polite, both Keith, the owner and Chris, who was our main point of contact, were friendly and completely trustworthy and showed both flexibility and patience around what was a difficult job - an old leaky garage roof that had definitely seen better days. After the initial work was completed, they were happy to come back on a number of occasions to sort out a stubborn leak that involved further work and the replacement of some of the old roof tiles. Work which they carried out without adding any extra charge to the original quote. I would definitely recommend them.

The reflective paint on my flat roof had worn off with resultant cracks round the edges of the roof. Keith Tanner came, took clear, detailed photos and explained what was wrong and what he could do to repair it, sending me a written estimate of cost which was reasonable, comparing well with other quotes. I saw on his photos that the gutters badly needed cleaning and we agreed, at my request, not his suggestion, an additional price for this, including cleaning the down pipes. The work was started and completed on the 27th, I was shown and later sent photos of the completed work. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned and the roof looked smoothly covered and protected. Keith, Christian and Mariam are all professional in approach and in execution of work. I highly recommend this firm, am very glad I came to them.

These are the best roofers I have used and I have used quite a few when trying to find a good one. Keith sent Chris round very quickly when I rang to say there was a leak in the front bedroom and he fixed it really quickly. I have also used this company to render the chimney stack last September having tried and failed to find a roofer who could fix it and stop it leaking. Keith gave me a very good quote and arranged the scaffolding. The work was carried out by Chris exactly as planned and he did a fantastic job with no more leaks at long last. I just wish I had found Knightsbridge Roofing before I used the incompetent ones! Keith was so helpful and Chris showed me photos of all the work that was done. Their knowledge of roofing is very impressive and I have complete trust in them. What more can I say? They are simply the best!

We used Knightsbridge for a relatively small job repairing the valleys on our roof which had worn down over time. From the first contact, they were professional, prompt, easy to deal with and put us at ease. I called and spoke to Keith the first attempt who came round later that day and diagnosed the problem. He sent me a thorough quote which I was able to amend and once we agreed the scaffolding arrived the day he said it would and the work started and finished the next day. All of his crew were polite and professional. Would recommend and use again.

Keith was quick to come out to our terraced house to assess the problem and the job requirements. He swiftly ascertained the sources of our water ingress, and I found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring in talking about the problem and planned solution. The promised written quotation was clear and arrived swiftly. Although the first scheduled work was postponed due to one of his staff falling ill, Keith was quick to let me know and reschedule, and the work was delayed by a mere few days. This was impressive and appreciated, given the wider context of COVID restrictions, etc. The two roofers turned up punctually first thing in the morning and worked swiftly with the minimum of mess and fuss. In fact, they repaired the other edge of the ridge as it was in such a poor state: effectively, fixing without cost, the gaping gap at the edge of my neighbour's roof. I appreciated having the nature of the problem and solution clearly and patiently explained to me. The prompt emailing of photographic and video footage showing our degraded ridges and flashing and the quality of repair undertaken, proving helpfully informative, and providing much reassurance. One of the roofers was kind enough to take some time to talk me through some other separate issues I'd asked about. These related to the other (rear) side of the house and he was happy to impart his expert opinion and ideas. I'm confident that I'll commission them for this additional work, too. Very good service. Prompt responses to queries on the phone and email very much helped. Roof was leaking - ridge tiles needed fixing - daylight visible - and 60 years of moss removing. Work done on time and to the cost agreed. Very good tidy up at the end. They aren't cheap but then nothing is at the moment and getting a good job done, swiftly, was very important to us - the view from others is that it was a fair price factoring in high demand and limited supply for such trades. Other firms had quoted for work previously on the same roof and had exaggerated the task, gave alarmist predictions of roof collapse and suggested unnecessary roof replacement and crazy prices. Knightsbridge Roofing did none of this - to their credit. Would definitely recommend.

On the 29th June 2021, We contacted Knightsbridge Roofing Ltd explaining the problems we were experiencing with our roof whenever it rained. On the 2nd July 2021, the roofers came on time as promised and examined our roof. They explained the problems to us and later that day we received a quote with a breakdown and description of the works needed doing along with photos of the sections of the roof that needed repairing. We accepted the quote, it was reasonably priced and we requested that they proceed with the repairs as soon as is possible. On the 7th July, 2021, they were able to come due to a cancellation of another job, for which we were very thankful. They carried out the works as per the quote and left the property clean and tidy. On 8th July, 2021, we received clear photos of the repairs carried out and the invoice as per quote. We are also very pleased to report that a problem we had for years with damp in a wall in the rear reception room of the house was finally made good by Knightsbridge Roofing. Numerous companies were asked over the years to fix the damp problem on the wall, but were unsuccessful, and we had given up, now the wall is finally dry. We are so grateful for the excellent repairs done that we highly recommend this company and we will surely use them again.

I can not recommend Knightsbridge roofing higher, from the start of speaking to them over the phone and having the team repair the roof in a speedy timing and with professional attitude.
