Knightsbridge roofing repaired the roof to my home. They were reliable, thorough and reasonably priced. They used good quality materials. They photographed the problems and then photographed the repairs so I could see exactly what was going on. It was an immense relief to have the problems sorted and its a company I can recommend in good faith to anyone.

I contacted Keith to ask for a quote for re-fitting a slipped tile on my roof and clearing out the box gutter. Keith arrived punctually on the agreed day to provide his initial assessment of the work and had Chris from his team call round later the same day to assess access to the roof and take photos of the gutter. Keith then sent me the next day the estimate for the work. The repair and work was carried out later that same week and the invoice price was as quoted. Before and after photos are provided to enable you to see the work done. Keith and his team are efficient, polite and friendly and dealt promptly with my roof repair. Knightsbridge Roofing recently completed works for us on our leaking roof. Keith, the proprietor, is well experienced to offer advice, and keen to fulfil his client's needs. He’s easily contacted by phone or email and is always quick to reply. For us he re-fixed a slipped tile; de-mossed and renewed the flashing on a side roof; and, more urgently, replaced our troublesome old valley gutter with a brand new one. The weather remained mischievously dry for a month or so afterwards. But, eventually, Storm Eunice hit us with very heavy wind and rain. Needless to say, our new valley gutter was an easy match for it; for the first time in many months, rainwater no longer entered my front room. Wonderful! After a year of failed attempts to get our leaky roof fixed, I got in touch with Keith at Knightsbridge Roofing. From the outset, the quality of service was on a completely different level to what we had experienced previously. He clearly described the problem and proposed the solution In full agreement, we arranged a date for the work to be done. There were some minor delays due to the pandemic but communication was clear and consistent throughout, and on the day of works the team came over, did the work cleanly and thoroughly. We were pleasantly surprised that Keith even suggested to leave the scaffolding up for a while to just make sure the works had fixed the problem, which they had Very pleased with the service and will absolutely be sticking with Knightsbridge for any further roof work we require

Knightsbridge Roofing Ltd was recommended to us after we had problems with a leaking roof which meant that water was coming into our bedroom when it rained. Keith the Director was very approachable, professional, friendly and polite. He visited our property quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix the roof; gave good advice on how to repair the interior damage that the leaks caused, as well as going forward, what he was prepared to do if the problem was not resolved. He also sent over one of his team, Chris, to take video clips and photographs of the roof to show us the extent of the damage to the tiles, which was very helpful and informative. Whilst inspecting the roof, Chris did a temporary repair job before the final repairs could be done soon after, which was very welcoming. When the team arrived to carry out the final repairs, they were punctual, very polite and they explained in detail the type of tile they used to match our existing ones and what they did to fix the leaks. Altogether our experience with this company in all aspects has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Keith and his team are extremely efficient, very reliable, dependable and nothing is too much trouble. We have seen Knightsbridge Roofing work on some of our neighbours' roofs over the past few years and Keith and his team came highly recommended. We had a complete video survey of the roof which explained where the problems are and how Knightsbridge Roofing could tackle them. Yes, I was introduced to Keith and his team by my neighbours. Knightsbridge Roofing had helped me out concerning a leak. Later on, I approached about to discuss having a new roof. Having spent many hours looking at the roof. We agreed on the work and included new Velux Windows. They gave great attention to detail doing a video of existing roof to show me what they were going to do and each day a video of what they had done. Previously used Knightsbridge in about 2004/2005 for missing tiles and following a leak in the roof causing water ingress in the room below I contacted Knightsbridge. Although the roof was inaccessible without scaffolding I was advised that the age of the roof (20-35 years) meant that it would need replacing. This seemed reasonable so was happy to proceed and the quote was provided fast. It was about what I was expecting so was happy to proceed without getting alternative quotes. The scaffolding was erected work was completed to schedule and photographs were provided for each day of the work. This was very useful as the height was too high to see. I am assured that any issues will be resolved under the ten-year guarantee. I am very happy to recommend Knightsbridge for roofing work.

I recently needed to find a roofer/company that could repair flashing as I'd had a leak since a new extension was fitted to the house. I called Knightsbridge roofing and they came out to investigate the issue. He arrived on the day he said he would and advised when looking at the issue what he thought may be the problem, which was down to how the flashing had been installed. Post this, he said he'd send me a quote to fix the work and did as promised. It wasn't much longer post accepting the quote that the team came to fix the flashing. They worked quickly and effectively to redo my flashing, ripping out everything that had been previously installed and redoing it all. The team were very friendly and informative and explained what was being done and some other observations they noticed whilst doing the work. I found them very professional and knowledgeable as well as honest, he has a passion for what he does. He was also very helpful in advising me of other issues that I had with the installation of my roof, going above and beyond repairing my flashing and providing advise on what could be done to get my other issues resolved. I would recommend Knightsbridge Roofing, quick workers and did a very neat job. I have also not had any leaking since the work has been done.

So, when I called Knightsbridge Roofing from the 'Which' website following a terrible roof repair from a local builder on my 3-storey townhouse which left me with a 1ft square hole in the roof over Xmas and totally stressed and worried, Keith Tanner came on time to assess the work, reassured me on how he would do the repair, sent a quote within 24 hours and was very helpful with advice prior and during the works. The repair was done within a week to my total satisfaction, the workmen were efficient, tidy, polite and did a superb job, even driving several miles to collect the single last tile that was needed! Knightsbridge Roofing have very satisfactorily completed work on our leaking 1960's roof, which is part of a small block of flats. They were prompt, knowledgeable, informative and gave us 2 estimates. This is the first time we have used this company - the usual roofer was too busy - and we would certainly choose this company again. Although there were numerous problems for them including the weather, difficulty sourcing concrete tiles and revealing numerous unforeseen structural problems with the valley and surrounding roof, the work was completed on budget and to the agreed schedule. The scaffold company they used was outstanding, everyone was very helpful and the ongoing communication excellent. So a big thanks to Which? for introducing us to Knightsbridge Roofing and his crew.

We own the freehold of a house in West London with a multi level roof. The roof was fully replaced in 2013 including stonework and felting. We had had considerable difficulties in the past. KR were recommended by the builder and the work was done expertly, on time and within budget - a rarity in London. After 8 years the roof works are in very good condition and remain so following an inspection today. We have had a number of small call outs since the main contract and Mr Tanner is always courteous and efficient - this review is following the most recent call out - an inspection of the roof for insurance purposes. Again his team were very timely at a difficult time of year and no charge was levied for their visit. A highly professional outfit in every way.

After unfortunately getting some bad work done on our roof by a company recommended on Check a Trade, we had Knightsbridge round to give us quote to help us stop a leak. They gave us a range of quotes including getting the full roof done and a smaller job to stop the leak. The people who came to do the job turned up on time, communicated well and were polite and courteous in my home. I would be happy to recommend them.

We had some heavy rains in September 2021 and I noticed that there was a leak from the roof at the front of the house onto my bedroom. I called several roofers from the Which Trusted Trader site and 3 came out to quote for the works, although many were fully booked. Two quotes seemed high whilst another came but didn’t want to do the job. I finally found Knightsbridge Roofing on the Which Trusted Traders site and the customer reviews were excellent. From the moment I spoke to Keith to the conclusion of all the roofing works (cutting out out and repairing valleys, plus additional works replacing guttering, fascia and downpipes) he was very professional, informed and instilled confidence. All works were completed quickly and competently, with the roofers going the extra mile with some of the works. The price was good value and customer service was excellent as Keith would always reply promptly to my emails and would send pictures of the works. I would gladly use Knightsbridge Roofing again in the future.

I approached Knightsbridge Roofers when I saw their van parked round the corner from my house. There is a flat roof that was leaking very badly after a shoddy repair last year. My husband is very ill and needed that room for a live in nurse. I had approached several roofing companies but they were all too busy. Keith Tanner and his colleagues offered to come straight away and solved my problem. It was extremely kind of them to help me at a difficult time. The work was carried out extremely well and the workmen were efficient and curteous. It was an emergency repair but I will certainly ask them to carry out the permanent repair in the spring.
