Possibly, one of the most priceless commodities in this strange old world of ours is integrity and Knightsbridge Roofing has this in bucketloads. Their staff were polite, both Keith, the owner and Chris, who was our main point of contact, were friendly and completely trustworthy and showed both flexibility and patience around what was a difficult job - an old leaky garage roof that had definitely seen better days. After the initial work was completed, they were happy to come back on a number of occasions to sort out a stubborn leak that involved further work and the replacement of some of the old roof tiles. Work which they carried out without adding any extra charge to the original quote. I would definitely recommend them.

The reflective paint on my flat roof had worn off with resultant cracks round the edges of the roof. Keith Tanner came, took clear, detailed photos and explained what was wrong and what he could do to repair it, sending me a written estimate of cost which was reasonable, comparing well with other quotes. I saw on his photos that the gutters badly needed cleaning and we agreed, at my request, not his suggestion, an additional price for this, including cleaning the down pipes. The work was started and completed on the 27th, I was shown and later sent photos of the completed work. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned and the roof looked smoothly covered and protected. Keith, Christian and Mariam are all professional in approach and in execution of work. I highly recommend this firm, am very glad I came to them.

These are the best roofers I have used and I have used quite a few when trying to find a good one. Keith sent Chris round very quickly when I rang to say there was a leak in the front bedroom and he fixed it really quickly. I have also used this company to render the chimney stack last September having tried and failed to find a roofer who could fix it and stop it leaking. Keith gave me a very good quote and arranged the scaffolding. The work was carried out by Chris exactly as planned and he did a fantastic job with no more leaks at long last. I just wish I had found Knightsbridge Roofing before I used the incompetent ones! Keith was so helpful and Chris showed me photos of all the work that was done. Their knowledge of roofing is very impressive and I have complete trust in them. What more can I say? They are simply the best!

We used Knightsbridge for a relatively small job repairing the valleys on our roof which had worn down over time. From the first contact, they were professional, prompt, easy to deal with and put us at ease. I called and spoke to Keith the first attempt who came round later that day and diagnosed the problem. He sent me a thorough quote which I was able to amend and once we agreed the scaffolding arrived the day he said it would and the work started and finished the next day. Keith was quick to come out to our terraced house to assess the problem and the job requirements. He swiftly ascertained the sources of our water ingress, and I found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring in talking about the problem and planned solution. The promised written quotation was clear and arrived swiftly. Although the first scheduled work was postponed due to one of his staff falling ill, Keith was quick to let me know and reschedule, and the work was delayed by a mere few days. This was impressive and appreciated, given the wider context of COVID restrictions, etc. The two roofers turned up punctually first thing in the morning and worked swiftly with the minimum of mess and fuss. In fact, they repaired the other edge of the ridge as it was in such a poor state: effectively, fixing without cost, the gaping gap at the edge of my neighbour's roof. I appreciated having the nature of the problem and solution clearly and patiently explained to me. The prompt emailing of photographic and video footage showing our degraded ridges and flashing and the quality of repair undertaken, proving helpfully informative, and providing much reassurance. One of the roofers was kind enough to take some time to talk me through some other separate issues I'd asked about. These related to the other (rear) side of the house and he was happy to impart his expert opinion and ideas. I'm confident that I'll commission them for this additional work, too. Very good service. Prompt responses to queries on the phone and email very much helped. Roof was leaking - ridge tiles needed fixing - daylight visible - and 60 years of moss removing. Work done on time and to the cost agreed. Very good tidy up at the end. They aren't cheap but then nothing is at the moment and getting a good job done, swiftly, was very important to us - the view from others is that it was a fair price factoring in high demand and limited supply for such trades. Other firms had quoted for work previously on the same roof and had exaggerated the task, gave alarmist predictions of roof collapse and suggested unnecessary roof replacement and crazy prices. Knightsbridge Roofing did none of this - to their credit. Would definitely recommend.

On the 29th June 2021, We contacted Knightsbridge Roofing Ltd explaining the problems we were experiencing with our roof whenever it rained. On the 2nd July 2021, the roofers came on time as promised and examined our roof. They explained the problems to us and later that day we received a quote with a breakdown and description of the works needed doing along with photos of the sections of the roof that needed repairing. We accepted the quote, it was reasonably priced and we requested that they proceed with the repairs as soon as is possible. On the 7th July, 2021, they were able to come due to a cancellation of another job, for which we were very thankful. They carried out the works as per the quote and left the property clean and tidy. On 8th July, 2021, we received clear photos of the repairs carried out and the invoice as per quote. We are also very pleased to report that a problem we had for years with damp in a wall in the rear reception room of the house was finally made good by Knightsbridge Roofing. Numerous companies were asked over the years to fix the damp problem on the wall, but were unsuccessful, and we had given up, now the wall is finally dry. We are so grateful for the excellent repairs done that we highly recommend this company and we will surely use them again.

From my first contact with Keith Tanner at Knightsbridge Roofing, the whole process and relationship could not have been more professional handled by him. Always polite, always on time, always clear. Keith's team who carried out our roofing work (Chris and Ryan) were similarly impressive - I would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I would rather not use anyone else. We approached Knightsbridge roofers via Which? Trusted Trdaers after two previous roofers failed to plug the leak in our bedroom roof. He visited promptly, explained what would need to happen, gave a fair quote for the job and proceeded with the repair within the month. He did not ask for immediate payment, and left us to pay when we were happy with the repair, and also left the scaffolding up just in case! We would recommend them for their professionalism, giving a fair quote with a pleasant and friendly workforce.

We were suffering a roof leak that transpired was as a result of damaged lead flashing along a parapet wall. I requested a visit for a quotation online and received a reply that same (Sunday) afternoon and a visit was arranged for the following Thursday. An inspection visit was made, as arranged, and the problem was quickly identified with a detailed explanation given of the work required. I received detailed quotes for the work by email the following day. A date was agreed for the erection of the scaffolding and the work commenced on 20 July and was fully completed the same day. I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process, from start to finish, via emails from the director, Mr Tanner. I was greatly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of everyone involved in the work and the friendly and considerate way in which it was carried out. On completion of the work, the gentleman who carried out the repair provided me with a full description, showing me photographs he had taken on his mobile phone during each stage of the process, and copies of those photos were emailed to me the following day by Mr Tanner, with descriptive captions clarifying the work done. I consider the work to have been carried out to a very high standard. I consider, the level of service I received throughout to be of the highest quality and have had no hesitation in recommending the company to family and friends, and anyone else who is looking for a reliable company.

The enquiry to fix a leaking flat roof was answered promptly with a comprehensive recommendation including two options, both priced with 20 year guarantee on the work. Flexibility and understanding allowed the work to be programmed with minimum disruption to the household. Once commenced the team were reliable and polite, efficiently carrying out the work and respecting the functioning of the household without causing a mess. The work has been successful to date. The 20 year guarantee is a comfort for now. I will have to report back in 2041 on its true efficacy.

As the landlord of a rental property it's important to get any maintenance issues looked at and dealt with quickly. I used Knightsbridge last year for a roof leak and when I needed a company again this year I called them and Keith was able to meet me at the property very quickly. He identified the issue immediately (a lack of flashings on an old roof) and his team was able to carry out the work within 10 days. While they were on site they also spotted issues with the pointing on a chimney and were able to deal with that. All work was carried out to a very high standard. It's so good to receive detailed photos of everything done - especially as I live some distance away and it's never easy checking what's been done on a roof after the scaffolding is down! A friend who had some work done to his roof recommended Keith. I had been contemplating replacing the 1950s roof for our detached house that required frequent repairs to the tiles and give our house a new look. I was highly concerned about having to find a roofer for my life expired 60's roof on a tenanted property in Penge. Patch up options were no longer financially viable and my previous experience of repairs, just a couple of years ago was less than good.
